Lack of toiletries, heat stopped working left s message and no one returned a call or even fixed anything

Location was great. Easy access.. clean and comforatable

A few more amenities would have helpful. A cutting board in the kitchen, a few extra towels, but overall nice.

Property is quiet and away from major streets. Located near Whistler bus stop which worked well for ski when buses weren't at Covid restricted capacity. Dedicated area for winter gear inside entrance. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, cookware and nice plates,glasses etc. TV xfinity system nice and easy to use. Parking lot snow removal crew was very efficient and it was cleared within an hour of 8+" of new snow.

Although the area seems safe, recommend replacing or reinforcing front door for security. Oven could use clean cycle between guests. Would not leave anything valuable in the unit until the damaged door frame is fixed/reinforced. Front door is metal and solid but frame was cracked on arrival and really offers no protection. Realizing its peak season, the cost per night seems at least 25% higher than expected for this unit with basic features.

Dark parking at night. No assigned parking. No divider between our deck and neighbors deck. Felt like we were sitting on top of each other. Need someway to create privacy between the decks
