This home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as the listing depicted. The living room, dining room and kitchen all open was great for connecting our two families as we cooked and hung out. Owners were very responsive even though they were camping.

The house is beautiful inside and out. Liked the master bedroom being on lower level. Loves the openness of the downstairs.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This is one of the best. It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

When departing we emailed the owner that the garburetor wasn't working. We did not damage it, but the owner claimed repair on a damage insurance policy I HAD PAID FOR. She used a policy procured by renters for routine repairs to her revenue-producing personal property. And that without the decency to communicate with us about her intentions This is not honorable. Huge red flag!

House was perfect for our family! Location was close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. There were multiple gathering spots, our favorite was the spacious front porch! We would definitely stay again!

House is actually nicer than pictures! The house did not have paper towels, so soiled a hand towel. Everything else was great!

We wanted a place to stay with our friends while we visited the Coeur d'alene area. This home gave us the comfort we were looking for when we came in for the evening. The bed's were comfortable! The only thing that I would recommend is that they upgrade the pillows in the room at the top of the stairs ;-)

This house rental was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. 7 of my family members stayed here and it was perfect. We especially loved the outdoor space both on the front porch and backyard which we used a lot. The house was well stocked, and even included board games and a large table to play. The neighborhood was nice and the house was super convenient to downtown Couer d'alene and the lake. Would definitely consider this rental for a future stay.

We wanted a place to stay with our friends while we visited the Coeur d'alene area. This home gave us the comfort we were looking for when we came in for the evening. The bed's were comfortable! We had a lovely time at Fat Louie’s Retreat. The place was spotless and it feels more spacious than the photos look. We had 7 people staying and it didn’t feel cramped. The front and back yard space was beautiful. The AC and Wi-Fi were perfect, and the kitchen is well stocked. I highly recommend this place.

We loved everything about this vacation rental. It was a great set up, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you could need or want on a vacation. It was cozy, comfortable and relaxing. We can’t wait to go back to CDA (when the weather allows us to enjoy the lake,) and stay here again.
The only complaint I have is that the back gate doesn’t latch, so even though property is pet friendly, the yard isn’t pet safe.

The property is beautifully renovated older house in a quiet neighborhood, stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. I appreciated the nice washer and dryer with plenty of cleaning supplies for our use at the house. My sisters and i had a great time.

We really enjoy our staying, very comfortable home for the whole family! Dona were very quick to respond. We traveled from Seattle for my 8yrs old gymnast competition and my husband snowboarding such a great location for us. Thank you so much for everything!

Great spring break trip to to beautiful Coeur D’Alene. This house had everything we needed and more. Great location and beautiful updates, well equipped and comfortable. It was a cozy sanctuary after an active day outdoors. We can’t wait to visit again.

Nice Family Trip
It was our first time visiting family in Coeur d’Alene and this house made our visit absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful, even our family living on the lake said they wish they were staying there with us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything it was such a great stay. 100% will be booking our next trip to Coeur d’Alene just to stay at this house again.

I stayed here with my 2 adult children. We had a wonderful and cozy Christmas. It was perfect.

We had a great time here. The pictures online do the house no justice. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a common area. The rooms are huge and have big closets. The bunk room also has a day bed in it. Downstairs is very roomy. House was decorated cute for Christmas.
The only con about the home was the amount of dog hair. The cleaners did a terrible job and we were very disappointed. Tons of dog hair under furniture, upstairs, on a bed upstairs and all over the tree skirt on the Christmas tree.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.
