Overall we had a really nice stay. We had a small issue where my husband couldn't find the base for the hot water pot but it was right where the hosts said it was. He was looking for a cord and not a base. We also had an issue with the TV in the living room changing channels to channels with the number 5 in them. We couldn't figure out what was going on but eventually discovered that it only changed when we moved around on the couch and found a remote under it. Once we moved the remote out from under the couch it stopped... amazing. Ha Ha It was a great vacation for us and we got some much needed "us" time. The best part was the peace and quiet. Thank you Brad and Dilya for making your home available and allowing us the time to spend together over the Christmas holiday.

We enjoyed our time at Three Rivers Retreat. Kayaks available and access to Deschutes River was a big plus. Rental rate was a bit more reasonable than most VRBO’s in the area!

A great place to get right onto the deschutes. The kayaks are wonderful spacious. Two refrigerators plus the bikes can't beat it

This house has everything! Comfortable beds.. very relaxing home. Bikes, Kayaks.. beautiful river access that’s easy to get to… private dock. Friendly neighbors on both sides. WiFi to keep the kids happy! One level - no stairs except down the back deck. We had an amazing time and we’re already planning to book again for next summer!

Perfect location
Great house, everything was perfect, location ideal for skiing and vacationing in the bend area. House is in a forested setting with a second deck overlooking the inlet that has access to the river. Super hot tub and comfortable beds. Great for a family.

The stay was good, except we didn't realize how close the neighbors really are. We wanted a little peace and quiet , instead you can actually hear the neighbors from across the river or what not. Also it would be nice if host would have basic edible essentials , such as condiments, butter mayo, etc....Also, I understand picking up after yourself but when being asked to strip the beds and start a wash as well as start the dishwasher, really? Other places just ask ,not to make the beds. And we always pick up after ourselves and wash the dishes! Other than that it was nice!

This is a great house to use as a base when exploring. The house is just south of Bend & was clean and well equipped. There were 6 kayaks to use in the creek in back of the house. There is also 3 bikes to use. Also a nice hot tub on the deck. I would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed with my adult kids and granddaughter
Loved the layout of the house. We enjoyed using the supplied kayaks. Great fun floating from the house to the community park.

Family Time
We had a great time on our vacation. We enjoy spending time on the water. This property was great for floating on the river.
We had a couple of small issues and the owners were quick to reply.
Carpet was a bit dirty and to be expected for a vacation house.
All and all we enjoyed the house and were comfortable.

Location location
A great place very spacious and well set up. I will say the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor fire pit with glass and the hot tub was just wonderful! They are conditioning cool to living room but boy it was sure a hot house at night couldn't open the windows due to the fires. They do have fans but it was a hot one. Do you have wonderful bikes and kayaks no tubes you'll have to rent them.

Piece of heaven
We have come to SunRiver for over 40 years - we decided to book something on the river this year.
Best decision we could have ever made. My family love rafting and the putting into and getting off the river have always been a little stressful. Not this year.
We had the river outside our house. Kids rafted two or three times a day even in the rain.
I spent each morning on the dock enjoying my coffee. Had a mother and three baby deer’s that visited twice a day. We were a short drive to sunriver but spent all our time at our place.
Wonderful owners who thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and worry free. All kinds of extras including life jackets and kayaks. I said rafting but my daughter in-law and I were the only rafters - the kids will all be getting kayaks after using the owners.
Great vacation and perfect house and location.

And the location is close to everything adventurous in the area or just for a walk in a nice quiet neigborhood.We recommend this home.

Comfortable home...everything we needed for a fun, romantic anniversary getaway.
We loved the hot tub at night with the lights and waterfall features, the Adirondack patio for relaxing and planning our future fun. And the location is close to everything adventurous in the area or just for a walk in a nice quiet neigborhood.

Relaxing!
A wonderful place to get away and relax. Enjoyed sitting out back and taking in the view. It was great to have access to the kayaks and enjoyed the ease of paddling out to float the Deschutes.

Fun and relaxing
This property was just what we wanted. The location was perfect. We loved taking the kayaks out. The canal and river were wonderful. We often saw deer. So peaceful sitting down by the water or relaxing in the hot tub. The house is nice and roomy. Our only suggestion is to update. The living room furniture could use some new items. Although we could tell that the house had been throughly cleaned, the carpet and rugs are so worn it felt a bit dirty. The bed pillows need to be replaced as well. Just some minor replacements would make a huge difference! Besides that we loved it!

Great place to stay
The house is great and well suited for 3 adult couples. The beds are very comfortable. The property has a nice landing on the river for gathering with friends.

Great hideaway
My family had a great time staying at this property. Perfect location to bike and kayak or just sitting on the dock with a glass of wine. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Very impressed with all the amenities included! We would definitely stay here again.

GREAT WILDLIFE VIEWING
The layout and location of the house was ideal. A short drive into Sun River village. Coffee sho on the deck overlooking the water was a perfect venue to discuss and plan our days.

comfortable for two couples
Went for fishing. Unable to fish from property due to so many weeds. Unfortunately, because of the fires there was so much smoke we really could not enjoy the outdoors, poor visibility and pretty smelly. I was also expecting the house to be more remote. The property is in a residential neighborhood, its ok, but not what I expected. They provide a lot of toys to use, but again, the heavy smoke made the outdoors not so fun for the first 4 days.

The property is great with so many extras
This is a wonderful property. The extras are amazing. Great hot tub, great washer and dryer. So many extras with tubes kayaks and bikes. All with supporting extras - pumps paddles.

Good location on the river, not fancy, but clean and comfortable
The kayaks and floaties and the hot tub were big pluses. We were a little farther from Bend than I expected, but I also appreciated the peace and tranquillity of the riverside setting

Wonderful!
We all had a wonderful time. My son lives with his partner and her mother in Portland, my husband and I live in Chicago so we don't see each other often. Renting a house big enough to include her brother and Angel, their very well behaved, rather senior pit bull gave us all a chance to be on vacation together. The house was ideal. It was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, making a fire at night in the pit with the well stacked log, my son loved the hot tub, we went kayaking on the river in the smaller boats, and Angel was in dog heaven. The only thing that didn't work was the grill on the deck, and the can opener. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great and convenient!

We had a wonderful stay. We utilized the kayaks every day at least twice a day. The "welcome" snacks and wine were a sweet addition. The house was very clean and we loved every minute. Hope to be back next year!
