Pictures do not show the beauty of this place. We have vacationed here twice and hope to return. Plenty of fun for the family, fishing and the property owner Theresa is a genuine person.
You will not regret visiting this place.

Stayed at the lake house to attend a women’s conference! Was the perfect place to stay for a group of women….plenty of beds/bathrooms. Also enjoyed the kayaks and sitting around the fireplace in the evenings.

Large home with many bathrooms for adult guests! the property overlooks the lake with an island of wildlife across the water. We loved the pool table, kitchen, and large country table for games and gathering. PERFECT for our family reunion.

The property was as described and we had a great time! The view of the lake is lovely and we enjoyed watching the deer, ducks and birds. The only drawback was that the oven didn't work and the burners didn't get hot enough, so cooking was a bit of a challenge, but everything else was great! The property manager/owner is very attentive and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. We would rent this property again.

We stayed with a group of 14 old college buddies in town for a concert in downtown Fort Worth (about 15-20 minutes from there). Robert was a great property manager and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do, restaurants and bars close to house and in Fort Worth as none of us were familiar with the area. The house has plenty of space and the upstairs is perfect for as a big room to fit plenty of people to sleep up there. They also have grills, water equipment, ping pong and pool table so you always had some sort of entertainment while there. Will definitely use them again if we have a big group or family vacation down there!

Conveniently located with a beautiful view of the lake. Overall enjoyed our stay. Had to do some cleaning - cobwebs, some dust bunnies and mouse droppings - we only noticed the latter as we searched for one of the kids phones - wasn’t terrible. Furnishings are dated and I think compared to other VRBOs we’d all stayed in over the years overpriced.

This is our fourth year. Views of lake and sunsets are amazing. Hostesses are there when you need them and leave you to enjoy when you're "good". House is comfortable. Close to shopping. Quiet. Lake access is first rate. Super fun, comfortable and very pretty; herons all the time and often deer on the island.

This was our 3rd year staying at this property. It would have been yr 4, if not for COVID. It' always clean, the location is perfect considering we have a lot of family and friends living in the area. The property manager Theresa is very easy to work with and she always responds quickly to any questions we have. Since we have been staying here there has never been any conversation about looking for another property.

We had a great weekend! The house is wonderful and very relaxing! Everything was amazing including the owner! One of my guests accidentally left her spare FOB and Theresa mailed it back it the next day! I have nothing but great things to say and would 100% recommend.

From age 3 to age 93, this property was the perfect spot for our family to gather for a wedding in Ft. Worth.
The location was perfect and it was easy to get everywhere we needed to be, but also far enough out that it was extremely peaceful!!
The upstairs apartment was perfect for our young adult crowd and gave them a place to gather and stay up late!
The house was very well stocked and had lots of things to keep us entertained. Theresa was extremely responsive and we didn’t want for anything.

Our stay here was most excellent! The house was great and there are loads of activity-related things there to do! Loved the kayaks, the fire pit and especially the great porch overlooking the lake with its fabulous colors at sunrise and sunset. Theresa as our host was extremely friendly and accomadating. This was the perfect place for a family gathering! Beautiful sunset views from the back porch, great entertainment options for kids (movies, games, dock & kayaks), and plenty of space for a group. Theresa was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would book again!

This place was awesome. It’s the perfect spot for a group of people looking to enjoy time at the rental outside of any other plans. The kayaks and paddle boards mixed with the corn hole convinced us to cancel plans for one of the days we were there too.

House is great! Ac went out but the host responded quickly and brought portable units that night. Had it repaired the next morning.

I took a group of student officers to this beautiful property for 2 days. We had plenty of space, games, water activities and tons of fun! The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and hope we can back year after year!
