La nostra casa è stata completamente ristrutturata. Goditi i banconi della cucina al quarzo, gli elettrodomestici più recenti, i nuovi mobili per soggiorno e camera da letto. This house is beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 6! Jane, the owner, is so nice and always very responsive to questions. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that you need. The deck is the best part! Beautiful outlook and so lovely in the evenings with the sunsets. Our pups also loved the house and it was great to be able to bring them with us! The deck is great for dogs as it is fully enclosed and secure for the pups!

Nice cabin on the golf course, with great views! Nice kitchen and balcony. There is a great lake in the community with a couple of beaches to relax.

Our Friendsgiving retreat was a success! Jane was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole booking process; she was able to book our tee time for golf which was a bargain for a course of that quality. Clean and cozy little home! Plenty of kitchen appliances and cookware so cooking was easy for the group. Overall we had a blast! Thank you, Jane.

The house was absolutely lovely! Clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Great location on the golf course. Lots of deer and turkeys to watch. The pool, golf course and Grille restaurant are within walking distance.

How can it get any better with your deck facing the 9th fairway, green grass, peace and quiet. The ninth is special for our family as it was the favorite golf hole of our parents. We had the entire family with us this year and our house was probably the best in the last 45 years of coming to PML. Clean, very well appointed and Jane was responsive and supportive of our requests. Don’t miss this one, it’s a gem!

Jane's home is definitely the best home we have stayed at in PML - she has thought of everything. We felt at home the second we walked in and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us to hang out. The deck and views are amazing! Our favorite times were spent sitting around the firepit in the evenings - it was so peaceful. We will definitely be staying again soon. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and for being an amazing host.

We had a great time at this house. Very clean and comfortable. The big open windows with the view out the back was great. It was really fun to watch deer and other animals cross through the golf course in the morning. Would definitely recommend and also return for another visit.

Lovely mountain getaway
My hubby and I loved staying here amidst the pines. The place is very well appointed and airy. The view from the deck and living room is so peaceful with the links nearby. Jane was an excellent host and we intend on coming back again. Everything topnotch!

Yosemite
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is great. and as listed. The only issue we had were there were ants (quite a bit) in the kitchen and dining room. Once we were able to address them they did not return. In addition, the house was very hot when we arrived. Once we were able to get it cooled down, it was great! Loved the location and especially appreciated the large deck to enjoy the beautiful setting.

Loved our stay
Modernized, well kept home with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Beautiful location, very convenient for travel to Yosemite. We most enjoyed the enclosed porch, watching the wildlife and the pool being so close. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your home! Just a word of caution to those with dogs, lots of sticky burrs and foxtails along the side of the home: we purchased some flea combs to remove them at the local grocery store for just $2 and that removed them, but something to be wary of!

Beautiful family friendly home near Yosemite
Unfortunately, we didn’t receive accurate check in details, nor did we receive any contact information and didn’t realize this until we arrived and were unable to get into the house. Luckily, we were able to obtain the owners contact information from a nearby neighbor and after several attempts, were able to get in touch with the owner and get the correct door keypad code. From that point on, we had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well maintained. The deck offered a great place to sit and hang out. The home was spacious and offered all of the amenities you might need. Easy access to Yosemite and near Groveland restaurants and market. We loved being able to take our dog with us. Despite the initial check in problems, overall, our stay was great and we would definitely go back. Thank you.

Beautiful Get-Away
We'd never visited Groveland before and were delighted by the area and this home. The home was lovely and comfortable inside and out. We could have spent the whole time sitting in the family room or dining table looking out on the peaceful green, water, and forested area. We hope to come back in the summer when it is warmer and enjoy more outdoor activities..

Relaxing getaway by yosemite
We stayed here during winter with intent to visit Yosemite. Unfortunately the park was closed due to weather, but it didn’t stop us from having a nice relaxing time in the snow. This place is about 30 min from the gate into Yosemite in Groveland, in a gated community with easy access to gas stations, a really nice little grocery store / deli, and a couple of places to pick up takeout food for any comforts you might need. The house itself is cozy, with a nice view of the golf course. The beds were comfortable, and the house heated up quickly when we needed it. There’s a nice full kitchen with all the fixings, and a washer and dryer inside, as well as TVs for netflix when you’re in for the evening. The host was super nice, accommodating, and communicative. I’ve stayed here twice now and would happily do it again.

Great stay for party of 8 and close to Yosemite
This is a beautiful property. We had a party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids, and 2 dogs) and wanted to be close to Yosemite. The house is updated and has a nice deck that overlooks a golf course. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the deer, turkeys, and geese roam the golf course. There is also a cute pond too. The inside is updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of room and both had double sinks. We enjoyed took advantage of the Pine Mountain Lake (PML) pickle ball amenity. The PML neighborhood was a nice area to run in the morning. I saw 11 deer one morning! The property owner, Jane was incredibly nice and had great communication.

Excellent getaway in an amazing location.
This place is such a nice relaxing stay. Check in and communication was super easy. It is not very far from Yosemite and the town is really cool too. Would definitely stay here again. A++

Comfy stay, nice view, close to fun things
We had a lovely time at this house. The house was very clean, the hostess was responsive, the neighborhood is quiet and close to a cute Groveland downtown area (with California's oldest saloon!) The only confusing part during our stay was the process of getting into the gated community without an access card.

Amazing home and excellent experience!
This is by far the best experience I have had in renting a vacation rental. The home and surrounding property were beautiful, the communication with Jane made the check-in process a breeze, and my family had a great time on the back deck, playing in the water at the lake, and golfing.

Wonderful Family Yosemite Trip
Staying in Jane's home was wonderful. It is very nicely updated, well stocked, and clean. The community lake and beaches are very nice to enjoy. The home has a beautiful view off the back overlooking the golf course. We would definitely consider booking this rental again for a trip to Yosemite.

Wonderful Home
This is a newly-remodeled home, and it was beautiful! It was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our family of 5 plus our dog. The large wrap-around deck had a gate so we could relax out there with our dog, and not have to keep her on her leash. The home is about 30-ish minutes to the gate of Yosemite, and a 5-minute drive to the grocery store, gas stations, shops, and restaurants. There is a beach nearby where you can rent pontoons, paddle boats and kayaks for a reasonable price. We loved it here, and if we ever return to the area, we will rent this house again. I would highly recommend it!

Just beautiful. Could not have found a better property for all of us.
Great week long stay with my husband and our daughters family. Our two dogs were perfect guests. Loved the amenities in this lovely remodeled A Frame on the golf course. We did almost everything at PML as we did when our three were young. So happy Two Guys Pizza is still in business- best pizza ever!!

Great place to stay
This is a great option if you need to stay in the Pine Mountain Lake area. It looks like the house has been completely renovated from the ground up so everything is new including furniture, fixtures etc. The location right on the golf course is a big plus since it opens up a beautiful view. Super quiet. Just what we needed.

Beautiful home in relaxing setting
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The home is remodeled beautifully and very clean. We loved relaxing on the deck in the evenings. The pool is a short walk away. We also enjoyed going to the beach. The only thing I would add to the home are beach towels. Most homes near a pool and beach have beach towels. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Nice Updated Home
We enjoyed our stay in this highly updated home. We did have a major "glitch" when we arrived and found the refrigerator was not working. We worked around it and the owner replaced it with a new refrigerator a few days later. Overall, I would recommend this property to others who want to visit Pine Mountain Lake and spend some time at Yosemite.
