La migliore vista sulla spiaggia del mondo! Ascolta e guarda il surf e rilassati nella piscina a sfioro. Rilassati di notte mentre guardi il favoloso TRAMONTO costaricano dal tuo balcone privato!
Annidato sul fianco di una piccola montagna, il condominio si trova a breve distanza a piedi dalle spiagge di palme e dal centro di Samara. Goditi il suono del surf e l'incredibile vista dal tuo balcone privato o mentre ti rilassi nella piscina a sfioro. Guarda e ascolta mentre scimmie urlatrici giocano davanti ai tuoi occhi e i pappagalli volano sopra la testa.
Ci sono molti ristoranti dentro e fuori dalla spiaggia e sono tutti fantastici e offrono un'eccellente varietà, ma i nostri preferiti personali sono guardare il tramonto da Gusto sulla spiaggia e fermarsi frequentemente nella panetteria è un must! Tieni d'occhio i piccoli amici di Samara come la varietà di lucertole, iguane e bellissimi uccelli tropicali.
Non aspettare .... prenota presto e sempre ..... Pura vida!

As with prior stays, fantastic views. We walked nearly every day this stay down the hill 5 min to Bahia for stunning views at happy hour. Everything we could need was in the unit. Still occasional sewer odors though not as bad as prior visits. Loved every min.

You simply can't beat the view from these condos and the pool was beautiful. Unfortunately the property is a bit more tired and dated than it appears in the photos. Also the master bed was the least supportive mattress we had ever experienced. There is a a very small, nice little deck, but unfortunately it's right above the sewer vent so you get that odor when you're outside. Evidently these owners use it quite a bit themselves so it's a bit cluttered with their stuff. On an extremely positive note the owner was extremely pleasant and easy to work with when booking the property, she was also incredibly helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, etc.

Our 2nd stay in this complex. Still has the million dollar view and nice infinity pool. Every item we could want or need though we ate out nightly to better sample the cuisine. Love Samara.

We stayed here one week. It was hard to find, we weren't given instructions before check-in time, but once Debbie called we easily found it. It's a tough walk to town, I would suggest having a car. The pool was nice and bed was comfortable. It felt a little crowded with a lot of stuff packed in every nook and cranny.

After spending 9-10 days in Samara, and doing much exploring in this area, I can this Condo was the Very Best Location you can be at!!
The Space it self is Wonderful, and Deb made it all very easy.
My wife and I can’t wait to go back!!

We’ve been informed few hours before arrival that AC was out of order and has not been fixed while we were there (4 days).

This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach get-away to Samara. The property is set in the hills allowing you to take in beautiful views of the coast. My husband and I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio listening to the howler monkeys and taking in the views as well as the amazing breeze off the ocean. The condo is loaded with amenities for a comfortable stay (the bed in the master bedroom is SOO comfy!) and hours of entertainment at the pool or beach. We LOVED the location!! The condo is just a short walk to the town of Samara so you are close to restaurants, markets, tours, and of course THE BEACH! The walk to and from the condo is dark at night so I do recommend bringing a flashlight or using the light on your phone. The property owners are incredibly kind and helpful and are easy to work with. I highly recommend this property when traveling to Samara. I know we will be back!! Pura Vida!!

Not a good location for older visitors, very steep rough road and busy main road to cross. We had to take a taxi everywhere, luckily they were inexpensive. View was spectacular and pool was amazing.

Despite having good instructions on how to find it, we drove around in circles for about 20 minutes before we found the driveway that leads up to the building. The driveway is very rough and somewhat steep. Once at the top, we had to ring the bell for the guard to open the gate.
The unit is okay inside but aging. We couldn't get some doors and windows to slide properly. We struggled with the AC. We were surprised that the steps to the pool lead right past the front window, diminishing any sense of privacy.
The walk to the center of town was more than we expected as well. It was a good thing we had a car. Overall, we were disappointed after reading all the great reviews. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and I give them an extra star for that.

The property and view were exactly as shown on the site pictures. We loved having a balcony. The condo was very well equipped with coolers, ice packs, boogie boards, three beach chairs and lots of beach towels. This was very handy for our trips to the beach. The kitchen also had everything we needed. The pool area is really nice and has lots of comfy seating as well as shade! The beach was a little further from our condo than we had expected but still only about a 6-8 minute walk: down the steep driveway to the main road for 2-3 minutes, directly across the busy street then about a 3-5 minute walk down a dirt road. You can definitely walk into the town of Samara which is only about an 8-10 minute walk but be careful on the busy road as there's not much extra room for pedestrians. We usually drove in for dinner in the evenings. The restaurants in Samara were all very good - so much variety, reasonably priced - we are a family of four with 18 and 20 year old sons who eat tons and we were able to eat a great dinner with drinks for anywhere from about $50-80 US. The two toilets in the condo were not always reliable as the tank wouldn't always fill in order to flush so some jiggling of chains and pumping of other plumbing parts was needed - the on site security guy was always helpful. Plumbing in Costa Rica is a bit of an issue in many places so we didn't get too rattled about it. The air conditioner in the master bedroom didn't work consistently but again, the owners gave us a few tips to try; we had to turn it off for a day or so and let it thaw out and then it worked. Overall, we would recommend this accommodation for sure!
