I cani sono benvenuti se sotto i 20 kg, addestrati in vasino e almeno un anno.
La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto (una delle quali è una master suite con bagno annesso), tre bagni completi e 3 combo divano / letto. Bellissima casa in una grande area con tonnellate di fantastiche attività per godere di pesca di classe mondiale, canottaggio, sci nautico, kayak e tubi sul lago bianco, White River, Lake Michigan, Muskegon Lake e Muskegon River per escursioni nella foresta nazionale di Manistee . Ci sono piste ciclabili / pedonali a pochi passi lungo la strada dove è possibile fare una passeggiata. Medbery Park sul lago Michigan è a soli 8 minuti in auto.
La casa è stata appena completamente rinnovata nel 2015 ed è in ottime condizioni! Central air aggiunto nel 2017!
Il parco divertimenti Michigan Adventures e il parco acquatico distano solo 15 minuti in auto e meritano almeno due giorni di divertimento. Sicuramente alcuni sottobicchieri divertenti e gite in acqua lì (anche per gli adulti!).
Dai un'occhiata a Pekadils per gelati, panini creativi e zuppe.
Fai un viaggio di 15 minuti al Duck Lake State Park dove puoi goderti tutta la natura.

We had a great time at this lakeside property. Although it was very near town, we felt like we were far away from our busy day-to-day lives. The house was comfortable and fit our family of 4 adults just right. The kitchen was very modern and nicely equipped and we all had fun cooking in it. We loved the open concept, too. The bike trail being so close was a bonus!
We would definitely stay here again.

This property definitely exceeded our expectations. Stephen was very accessible through texts and emails to accommodate our every need. Like any accommodations there may be issues and although they were small Stephen promptly and thoroughly resolved the few issues that we did have. The house was amazingly supplied with all of the little things that most rentals do not have. The kitchen was especially nice with beautiful cabinets and an abundance of pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware.

We had an excellent stay. Stephen stayed in contact with us through the power outage and checked on us. Would stay here again on any trip to Michigan.

We stayed over labor day weekend and it was amazing! Stephen was so quick to answer text, the house was stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean! The only thing we would have liked was a swimming area but there places to go near by if we wanted to swim. This was an amazing get away for our family! The house was very spacious, the bedrooms were great and had very comfortable beds! I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Montague! A few of us tried out the kayaks, we used the Adirondack chairs and fire pit one evening. The kids enjoyed using the swim rings. The cottage is close to the bike trail which made it an easy walk into the downtown area. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen! Communication with the property owner was easy…we had a great week!

We we really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for out family. Besides being well equipped, it was very clean and in a very convenient location close to town. The only hiccup we had was that we brought a boat and a wave runner so we had two trailers. With multiple cars for our family and two trailers, there wasn't enough room for our larger trailer. Not realizing the driveway was so steep, I should have verified logistics of bringing multiple trailers with to the property. But overall, great stay and great host!

This property is very nice. It has great space for an extended family and was well stocked. It was a short drive to the beach/Medbury Park. We enjoyed being able to sit at the dock on the lake in the mornings. We used the fire pit and kayaks and walked with close trail access to get into town. Enjoyable week with plenty to do.

Perfect for my children and grandchildren to get together. Nice quality of bedding and towels, all the basics provided. We rented a pontoon and the dock was great. Also fishing from the dock.

The whole family had a wonderful time, from time on the water, to enjoying the open floor plan of the home. All the beds are very comfortable and the canopy of trees helped shade the rooms from the early morning sun.

We love this property and have stayed here many times. We have so many precious memories of boating, fishing, bike riding and sitting by the lake. The house is beautiful and Stephen provides all of the comforts of home. We highly recommend!

House is comfortable; host was easy to communicate with. Description is accurate. Property does have lake frontage; however, during our stay, it was not user friendly. There is not a sandy beach; algae was rampant and the geese are frequent visitors (and where there are geese, these is plenty of geese feces). This made it impossible to allow my grandkids to swim at the property. We made daily trips to local beaches, which was an unexpected added chore…but found the recommended beaches and other suggested attractions a fun outing. The deck is quiet and pleasant but quite a distance from the lake front. The steep drive was excellant daily exercise. And the surrounding neighborhood is nice for walking. Property lines are well defined and neighbors keep to themselves.

Interior was gorgeous with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was enjoyable for cooking and hosting. The backyard doesn’t have as much privacy as what the photos kind of led us to believe. But it is lake front and pretty. Neighbors houses and yards are right side by side. The dock was a little wobbly and since we didn’t have a boat or anything with us we didn’t use it that much. Would be a great place for someone who had a boat and wants to take it out to Lake Michigan.

Cannot say enough good things about this property. The host thought of, and provided, everything we could have needed. The kayaks were perfect for taking out on the lake. The yard was perfect for the kids to run around. Enjoyed smores at the fire pit. The inside is well kept and as advertised. Not a single complaint!

Parking primarily was at the top of the property and the house was Several yards away down a
Steep incline. Not a big deal for us, but can be for older guests or people

I would recommend this house to others. It was very clean and tons of room. The bedrooms were perfect and big so we had plenty of room to spread out. The driveway was a little bit steep but we all enjoyed ourselves.

Good home base for the area
The house is very well equipped. Updated kitchen has high quality appliances and cookware. Lake view is disappointing, very close to neighbors, who often had equipment in view. But the location is terrific for exploring the area. On different days we enjoyed three different state parks nearby for hiking and another day went kayaking on a river. A beautiful bike path starts within a few blocks of the house and a very large and complete grocery is within a mile. The host was very helpful both before and during our stay, answering questions and attending to any issues that arose.
