We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just above the water, with great views of Rogers Rock and the sunset. The family thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding off the dock. There was space for everybody to enjoy their stay.

We 4 adults 4 kids spent great time in this lovely house. The view is stunning, the activities are exciting (fishing , kayaking, water playing ). Kathleen is so helpful and hospitable. We will certainly be happy to return!

Roomy, well equipped home on the beautiful and much quieter end of Lake George. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful property right on the beautiful waters of Lake George. The house has everything you need for a picturesque summer experience: kayaks, grill, firepit, deck, etc. Upon arrival the house wasn't in the best condition (coffee machine/oven broken, fridge unplugged, heat on and off, etc.) but that was likely due to us being the first guests of the season. Overall, very enjoyable stay great for large groups and a dream location for kiddos!

The property is built on love and it reflects. It has everything a family needs. Its clean, beautiful and kids (small) friendly. We enjoyed a lot.

Perfect hideaway for an end of the summer getaway amongst friends. It was comfortable clean and homey. We have already discussed our next trip back

We had a great stay in Ticonderoga. The cabin is very comfortable with a great sun deck and outside furniture. Kathy was very responsive during the whole stay and helped us with all our questions. Highly recommended!

We have been going to lake George for about 25 years. This was definitely one of our best. The house was well maintained and clean. The waterfront was wonderful. Highly recommend.

There were 8 of us for a wonderful week on the lake in early summer. We're familiar with Lake George and quickly decided this area is one of our favorites because of the peace and calm there. We liked the layout of two bedrooms upstairs, in which we housed two adult couples, and the large walkout basement area which housed the four children we had with us, ages 8-22. The large deck areas are a highlight, as well as the lovely view over the lake from the front of the house. We barely wanted to leave, choosing instead to grill most of our meals and enjoy them outside. We also appreciated being able to keep our 25 foot boat onsite. We had a few small challenges which our friendly and easy-to-reach host, Kathy, was able to help with. We would certainly return to this area of the lake in the future. Do note that there are quite a lot of stairs as the home is on a big slope, so if you have family members with accessibility challenges this property can be a bit challenging. This also makes for a lovely setting for the house and some separation from the road above.

The owner thought of EVERYTHING! Great location, great house! This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed!

Kathy is the most helpful with organizing your trip out to the most beautiful place on Lake George. I highly recommend staying at this hidden gem !

This property is on a beautiful spot on Lake George. We spotted eagles and falcons, watched bass swim in the crystal clear water. The cabin is rambling with plenty of beds for a family or multi family to stay; windows opened provided wonderful breezes. Lots of cookware in the kitchen and multiple choices of where to eat those meals inside and out; lots of kindling and firewood for outdoor fires are readily available. We did have to figure out problems w/the t.v. which turned out to be that the HDMI cables weren't plugged in & not the cable. The owner checked on us periodically, but was unable to solve any of our issues. The drawbacks of the cabin were: our boys were drawn to the picture of the slide which is not safe, according to the owner needing repairs (the water level wasn't safe, either which was not the owner's fault), also, there are 2 small bars that block the slide, but both of our kids, 9 & 13, could easily have slipped under the bar - it needs to be removed!; a shed has floats, etc. viewed from the window, but the owner said it was unavailable; the hot tub was unavailable; no life vests available (she suggested to us to buy them...really? we were flying to & from). We have used rentals from the oceans to the mountains & the owners have their personal items stowed, locked & away from view w/a list of what isn't available for use & no pictures showing these items, so you know before you go. My husband spent a day cleaning up cobwebs & outdoor furnishings for our use which was fine as it gave him something to do, but perhaps just plan on some tidying up if you go, plan to bring your kiddos outdoor toys (lots of younger kid items in the cabin available) & bring all safety equipment (life vests), driving easier than flying if you need these things. We will return to Lake George, but not to this cabin.

The views are amazing and the house is spacious enough to do multiple activities with family or relax by the lake. Close to many area attractions. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our time on Lake George!!!
