Goditi sia il centro che lo sci con questa comoda posizione! 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, Midvale, UT si trova alla convergenza degli stati interstatali 15 e 215. Quelle stesse autostrade ti porteranno rapidamente alle stazioni sciistiche e a Salt Lake City. Questa posizione centrale rende il viaggio facile. La mia casa è un ottimo posto dove stare tutto l'anno. In estate, la piscina è aperta e ci godiamo seduti sotto il gazebo a mangiare barbecue mentre i bambini saltano in piscina. Durante i mesi invernali, le piste sono un disco breve e conveniente. Visitare il centro è molto comodo e divertente da fare tutto l'anno. Bowling e "un bar di nome Sue" che dispone di piscina, freccette e shuffle board gratuiti sono a 2 isolati di distanza. Questo appartamento aperto per famiglie dispone di 3 camere da letto per un totale di 6 posti letto (una camera ha due letti a castello per i bambini), una cucina e una grande sala con un biliardino. La cucina è fornita di pentole, utensili, set da pranzo, keurig, tazze da caffè e bicchieri da vino. Ha anche un bagno completo fornito di asciugamani, shampoo e sapone. Inoltre, gli ospiti hanno accesso al wifi. I nostri ospiti hanno lasciato recensioni che lodano la posizione degli appartamenti perché è molto comodo arrivare a Snowbird, Alta, Brighton e Solitude: 25 minuti in auto. È anche facile stare qui per arrivare in centro. Abbiamo una stazione della metropolitana leggera a 1 miglio di distanza. La stazione della metropolitana leggera è percorribile a piedi o è facile parcheggiare e guidare in centro. I nostri ospiti del passato hanno soggiornato per le numerose conferenze tenute da Salt Lake City. I nostri ospiti adorano anche l'ambiente adatto alle famiglie. Kris could not be more friendly and hospitable. This is a basement unit but was very spacious. Great communication and responded very quickly. I would definitely stay here again on my next ski trip!

We had a good stay at this centrally located home. The basement is quiet and was spacious enough for seven adults. One bathroom isn’t the best but we made it work! Although we didn’t have the time to use it, the pool looked appealing.

The hosts were very helpful. The property was adequate for what we needed. I was disappointed that the pool water was green because the pool was why I was drawn to this property. My grandkids still swam and had a great time. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was quirky but adaquate.

My wife and I took our three teen boys and three of their friends on a ski trip. 8 of us. 6 teenagers. The house accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of space. Plenty of hot water. It was good. And when we asked something from the owner, he responded quickly and positively without any hassle. A+ stay.

Very nice, owners very helpful easy to get a hold off, and put up with all the noise we made as my children loves to play board games whenever they are together, will absolutely book it again since our son lives nearby and we will be visiting him and his family frequently.

Was a little confused getting into property at first, but got in without assistance. Nice place, plenty of room for a family of 4. Kids really liked the provided snacks, and the inground pool. Definitely better than a hotel room.

What a fantastic place to stay, and great for the price. The property manager was easy to communicate with, and was very helpful. Definitely staying here again next time! We had 8 people, and not a single problem! It’s like your own 3 bedroom apartment.

Great Stay
For four men on a ski trip looking to hit multiple mountains this property was perfect. It is an easy drive to all the slopes. It has three bedrooms with four large beds. Full kitchen with all the essentials to do our own cooking, large living room to relax, a garage to drop our skis, solid wifi, and a parking spot in the driveway. Kris was easy to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. It was like being at home. And the price is right!

Awesome Deal!
I was worried about staying in a basement apartment for fear of noise from people upstairs. We never heard anyone! It felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Five Star reasons:
1) Great location. Close to stores and activities
2) Private and quiet
3) Exclusive access to the backyard (including gazebo, grill, and pool)
4) GREAT PRICE!!
5) Lots of room to sleep. Great for large group or large family
One Note:
There is not a washer and dryer for clothes. Come prepared with that in mind.

The property is clean, properly appointed and very functional. It is a very good value. Would stay there again without hesitation. Actually is well located to the SLC area especially for skiing at Snowbird, Snow Basin, and Alta. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room with 5 occupants. Only drawback is that the apartment is a basement so no waking up to the sunshine through the windows.

Right location, right size, great value and clean
Our family of 6 adults, one teen and an infant was well accommodated and comfortable for 4 days. The property Is closely located to all services and freeways, but is quiet and serene. We did not use any of the outdoor amenities due to the winter cold, but we would definitely consider a summer stay to enjoy them. We particularly felt that the pricing was good and no irritating “extra” costs tacked on at reservation. Thank you, Kris, for an enjoyable stay.

Our stay was comfortable and easy. The apartment was clean and it was a perfect spot for our excursions around the Salt Lake Area. The hosts were quick to answer questions and responded to texts promptly.

I loved staying here. Kris was very accommodating. The space is perfect for a family vacation to Alta/Snowbird. I would recommend this place.
