Il condominio offre splendide viste sulla gamma Needles e Spud Mountain e dispone di 4 ponti (e grill a gas) per godere della vista in tutte le direzioni. È una breve passeggiata per una facile pista da sci che porta alla zona di base.

We had a great time staying at this condo at the Purgatory ski resort during the summer! It was very luxurious with the nicest view and deck around (hot tub, heaters, etc). Super convenient to all the fun activities at the resort such as the lift, coasters, shops. We really enjoyed the white water rafting and ATV adventures, as well as visiting Mesa Verde. The location is close to not only Durango, but Silverton and Ouray if you want to adventure! Highly recommend this rental!

Fantastic deck, except jacuzzi was not yet fixed when we arrived which was in June, and they said it would be fixed mid May. Otherwise, great stay. We did not cook, bbq, etc. but everything looked in great condition.

Home was spacious, clean, and had more than what we needed. Used the humidifiers throughout our stay, loved the floor heaters as well as the steam shower. Will definitely look to stay here again for skiing. A bit of a walk to the slopes so not able to truly ski in and out but the property was worth it.

The home was stunning with the most incredible views of changing foliage from inside and outside on the expansive deck. The home was equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. While we were there for a week, the wifi was not accessible, required calls to management and not fixed until after we left. There was also some misunderstanding with parking oversized vehicles on the property. All-in-all it was a beautiful stay in Durango to Purgatory in the Fall.

The place was fantastic. I had reserved quite some time ago and the extended deck was a great surprise. We spent a great deal of time on the deck enjoying the hot tub and the view. If my wife and I come back with family we will definitely look to rent again!

Purgatory townhome w great views
We stayed here for spring break and loved this property. We have been to purgatory at least 10 times and these were the best views of any place we stayed. The property was very clean. It has high end furnishings, comfortable beds. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The property manager responded within a few minutes. Would stay here again.

Breathtaking views
House is beautiful and views are breathtaking. Only had 2 issues with our stay. There were not enough towels and not enough hot water for the size of this house. We literally had to schedule showers, laundry and dish washer. Other than that, we had a great time.

Beautiful Home and View
This property was perfect for our family. We no longer have small children but it would have been great for that too. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. However, I wish it were closer to the lifts. The list says "steps to lifts" but it is a lot of steps. This is a long walk and all up hill and very hard to do in ski boots after a long day of skiing.
Overall the house was wonderful with heated floors in the kitchen, living room and master bathroom.

The home had gorgeous views and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking instruments, and utensils. It was also clean. We would stay again. The only thing we would avoid is labor day weekend when they hold the motorcycle event. There was a constant parade of noisy motorcycles all day Sat and Sun.

Durango rental - was okay but not great
This property was nice but there were some issues. Upon arrival we had planned to barbecue but the grill was covered covered in bird crap. It is directly under a swallow's nest, and there was gross crap covering the cover and the entire exposed deck, we just did not even want to touch it or hang out there. The other issue was that the Master bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly- hair balls in sinks and in the shower. Yuck.
Other than that it is a pretty okay place with nice views...., just don't plan to BBQ and the bathroom was not clean.
I also paid for a pool pass but it rained like every single day so that was a waste of money - we never used it.

This was a great place to stay for our family. The kids loved the big beds and having their own TVs in each room and the pool at the Purgatory lodge. The views were incredible from almost every room! Just spectacular. Good location for visiting multiple places like Silverton, Ouray and Durango. Several great hikes nearby(purgatory trail & cascade creek trail). Would definitely go here again!

Great place close to slopes!
The place is absolutely fantastic! Super comfortable sheets / pillows / beds / showers and wonderful mountain surroundings!! Nice living room area for a larger group. Perfect for walking to the slopes for skiing.
Only downside was that the dishes were really dirty! The bowls had gunk stuck on them... and we had to wash all the glasses and silverware before using any of them. Since we came in really late and were hungry and tired, this was a real disappointment. :-(

Great Ski trip
This is an Absolutely amazing house!! We loved every minute there. Very clean!! Spacious. Beautiful views. It’s set up with everything you need. Covid made dining out complicated so we made ate every meal in the house. The Ski slope is a short walk down hill from the house and was very convenient for skiing back to the house for lunch everyday. Perfect trip
