(LOCATION), è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal cuore del Boardwalk (LOCATION), e ha negozi e ristoranti a solo un isolato di distanza (LOCATION)! Le tue giornate saranno piene di mountain bike sulle tavole, shopping, beachcombing, ristoranti, passeggiate e tempo tranquillo sotto le stelle per rilassarti e goderti i ricordi della giornata. La ricetta perfetta per una vacanza perfetta.
Questo condominio di 2 piani, recentemente rinnovato, si trova nel North End (la parte migliore di Ocean City) tra la terza e la quarta strada. We had a great week! The location is fantastic, quiet, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean. We were close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy when we chose, but just far enough to be away from the noise for peaceful evenings. Bob was very helpful and friendly with our questions. Thanks!

After a few weeks of thought, I’ve decided to leave this review. Mostly due to the conversation I had with the owner. This unit was absolute filth. I have pictures and I wish I could share. The beds are covered with linen bed liners. All three beds were overrun with hair. Under the beds look like they’ve never been clean, all sorts of debris. There was white animal hair all over downstairs. The owner told me after the fact that they have a Corgi. This was troubling as the listing says no pets. For someone with allergies you’d think no pets means no pets. The master shower also had hair all over. The baseboard, floor heater, shower. The shower liner had MOLD! The shower knob had mold! This is a million dollar condo?! I couldn’t believe it. The top of the shower tile was lined with grime, hair, dirt. We had a dead bug on a window ledge. When we left, we moved the ottoman to check for things left behind, found more dog hair and dog food! The master vanity was coated thick with dust. The chain on the stairway light coated with dust. I opened the AC filter cover, that filter hasn’t been changed for at minimum a year.I brought these things to the owner’s attention immediately. He sarcastically offered me a refund. He made excuses like “he lives in PA”. Told me if I had booked with him I could have saved 1K from VRBO & OCNJ fees when I told him how much we spent and expected better. I found myself apologizing, not sure if he would throw me out for complaining. Left me speechless.

Great Home By The Beach
We are a family of four with two children under 8 and this house was wonderful. It was spacious and the proximity to beach and boardwalk were fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy. Everything was just as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
The condo was as advertised.
Pros:
Great location, beach block, on boardwalk but not the commercial part.
Two parking spots which was huge in this area.
6 beach tags.
The owner provided check in instructions that made everything easy.
TVs in every room with Netflix.
Condo somewhat updated.
All the people we met in the building (all owners) were very friendly.
Cons:
Cleaning people left dirty cleaning rags on surfaces and furniture.
Microwave was caked with dried up food.
The sink for the master bathroom is in the bedroom itself, separated from the bathroom.
Loud refrigerator - definitely on it's last legs. (but it worked)
We would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect location!
The condo was adorable! Modern beach decor with very comfortable furniture and beds. Owners did a really nice job in communications and providing amenities like beach tags, cleaning supplies and storage for beach gear. We had a really great week- so close to quiet end of boardwalk and nice beach while still close to restaurants/ice cream stands, etc. highly recommend!

I rented this condo very last minute as I was hesitant to travel during COVID. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bob ( the owner) as well as the condo itself. Prior to signing the lease, Bob understood my concerns and assured me he could offer additional COVID cleaning with a fogging machine. When we arrived at the condo, it was not only extremely clean, you could tell it was actually deep cleaned. I was thrilled.As nice as the property pictures looked online, in-person the condo was actually WAY more beautiful. It was nice having a two story condo. Felt incredibly spacious. Super comfortable beds and bedrooms were both really large. Bathrooms looked recently updated. Family room sofas were in great shape, looked brand new. Really everything about this place was just perfect. Additionally, the air conditioning worked really well and the two stories felt cool and comfortable the entire week, day and night, even in 90 degree heat. Additionally, renting Bob’s condo comes with two driveway parking spots.....the only condo in the building with reserved space! Finding space to park on beachblock is impossible so those 2 driveway spots were priceless! We had great weather and just a fabulous week. We consider ourselves so lucky to have rented from Bob. He was available all week when I had a few questions and responded immediately. He is a nice man and very trustworthy. I HIGHLY recommend renting his condo. All in all, especially during COVID, a perfect week.

Our Park Place stay

Views of ocean from bedrooms and living room. Within the first block of the beach. End of the boardwalk so not in the midst of hustle and bustle and noise. Must walk up two flights of stairs.

Great Location!
We had a fun family vacation. The property is steps from the boardwalk, no streets to cross. The place is on the third floor which helped in combatting all of the calories I consumed on the boardwalk. Ocean views from the property were very nice. The property was clean and well kept. The owner answered the phone when contacted and coordinated repairs with contractors in a timely manner. I would have liked a larger exterior sitting area so more than two people could sit outside in the same place at once. The property lacked cabinet space to put groceries so mostly all non-cold items were on a large island. The exterior trash and recycling bins were very full throughout the stay. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and would stay here again.

The property was perfectly located from the beach and boardwalk. There were views from pretty much every room plenty of space and the apartment was well stocked with everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay and Bob was a great host always answering all of our questions and making himself available when we needed anything. Looking forward to renting this space again when we come back next time.

Boardwalk Delight
This is a great house close to the boardwalk. Well maintained and great amenities. Bob was very accommodating and easy to deal with. House was good location for day trips to Cape May, Atlantic City and other New Jersey shore destinations. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience. All the items for a stay were available. The site was clean. The view of the ocean was fabulous. Parking could not be better. Access to the board walk was easy and close. What an awesome place! The location to everything is perfect and although the weather wasn’t perfect our first couple of days, the ocean views were wonderful to have as well. Bob was so accommodating and was even available for questions about the condo during our stay.

Great location, two parking spots, outdoor shower. Beach block, easily walk to boardwalk or downtown. Condo is decorated beautifully. It was wonderful to have three bathrooms! Great views of the ocean, watched the sunrise this morning right from the upper deck. We highly recommend vacationing here, I’m sure we’ll be back! Thank you Bob and Bobbi!
PS - they have lots of fun games available, and I played tiddlywinks for the first time in 35 years! Lots of extras available in the condo as well- laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, body wash, everything you need in the kitchen. We had a wonderful vacation!

AMAZING! Great place to make memories!
We loved this place so much that it was our second time staying here! The location is absolutely perfect! You’re in the center of everything. We have an 8 year old and 3 year old so it made going to the beach and boardwalk much easier and hassle free. The new outdoor shower also helped tremendously.
There are tons of great restaurants and little shops around the area. The condo itself is very spacious and clean. Bob was very informative and helpful getting everything set up and settled. We would recommend this place to anyone and when we come back, I’m sure we’ll be staying here again.

A Most Enjoyable Stay
Everything about this condo is exceptional. I am a return guest and am looking forward to another stay in 2019. The owners take pride in their property and are most accommodating. I am very happy to have found this "jewel" to spend my time in my most loved vacation spot - Ocean City, NJ.
