Ottima posizione! È progettato per le persone che vogliono rilassarsi durante le loro vacanze. Conosci sulla spiaggia per molto tempo e la necessità di andare in bagno o un boccone da mangiare? La nostra casa è un duplex con una unità su ogni piano. Questa unità al primo piano ha un ingresso separato per la privacy. Dopo solo 6 passi al primo piano, tutto è allo stesso livello ... 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina abitabile, soggiorno e zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ha anche grandi ponti anteriori e posteriori coperti.
Un sacco di camera da letto! Tutti i letti confortevoli; niente divani estraibili o letti a castello. Possono essere ospitati fino a 8 ospiti. Dispone di 1 letto king-size, 2 letti queen-size e 2 letti singoli. Ha anche 2 bagni e una doccia esterna, che rende più facile per tutti prepararsi per la cena allo stesso tempo.
* TV e lettori DVD in salotto e OGNI camera da letto!
* La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, comodini, comò, grande armadio, bagagliaio con coperte extra, un bagno privato 3/4 e porte scorrevoli in vetro per il ponte coperto cortile.

È inoltre possibile aprire le porte scorrevoli in vetro dal soggiorno per un facile accesso al ponte anteriore.
La cucina abitabile ha un grande tavolo da pranzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, fornelli a gas, ripiani in granito e pavimenti in laminato. Il pavimento in laminato si estende in tutta la casa.
Il soggiorno ha un divano e un divanetto, ciascuno con due sedili reclinabili. Ha anche una grande TV con lettore DVD / VHS. I vari CD, DVD, cassette VHS, giochi da tavolo, puzzle e libri sono forniti per il vostro divertimento.
La cucina è dotata di frigorifero in acciaio inox con ice maker, forno a gas e forno a microonde. Macchina da caffè, macchina da Keurig, tostapane, frullatore, utensili da cucina, posate, bicchieri, tazze, pentole, padelle, ecc sono forniti per l'uso.

La nostra casa si trova nella tranquilla, all'estremità meridionale di Beach Haven, a circa un miglio a sud di Fantasy Island parco divertimenti, Bay Village e Mercati di Murphy. È vicino alle attrazioni, ma ancora lontano da tutto il rumore. E, la casa è in diagonale dall'altra parte della strada da una spiaggia sorvegliata!

This is a fabulous neighborhood. Quiet & close to the beach, it is also convenient to everything you need without heading into busy areas of the island.
This is an owner who knows how to present his property to renters. I can’t think of a thing that was not available for a renter’s needs. The outside areas are great: a front porch with table & chairs is ideal for morning coffee. The back porch is shaded and relaxing and adjacent to two bedrooms. The back patio gets south and west sun. It has a table and chairs and six Adirondack chairs, plus plenty of room for yoga.

Absolutely lovely!
Great communication from the host about the property and information on the area. A well maintained, lovely home and property. The front porch was wonderful and enjoyed by our group. Quiet neighborhood. So close to the beach! Definitely recommend this property and the host.

This was such a nice vacation rental! The property is so beautiful and clean, we felt right at home. It is close to everything but quite peaceful and relaxing. Sal is great. He is very responsive and gets back to you right away. We enjoyed walking to the beach, dinning out and shopping nearby. It was great to be away from touristy areas. There's a nice used bookstore less than 5 min away. It was very hard to leave and I hope to come back soon!

This was such a nice vacation rental! The property is so beautiful and clean, we felt right at home. It is close to everything but quite peaceful and relaxing. Sal is great. Amazing location
Everything about our stay was terrific. Sal was great to deal with, very informative and quick to respond to any questions. The house was exactly as described and 2 minutes from the beach. Has outdoor space in front and rear of the house.
Of course great weather certainly helped .

LBI Wedding Weekend
This was the perfect spot to stay for a wedding on Stratford Ave in LBI. The house was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach and the wedding location was very convenient. Thank you Sal!

Comfortable, and a great location!
We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. It was a 1.5 mile walk to chowder festival in Beach Haven.very pleasant residential neighborhood. I would recommend renting this house.

Great Family Beach Stay!
Such a great spot for friends and family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. Casual, warm and lots of room - the house is near everything (the beach, restaurants, shops) but also has a sense of privacy and is quiet in the evenings. It was our first time on LBI and Sal was a great host providing us with the tips/tricks to navigating the island. We would definitely recommend this spot for families with kids.

This is our 7th year staying here. We love it. It is a short walk to the beach. Nice area close to the restaurants and stores. Hope to be back next year.

Peaceful, spacious and clean
This property is larger than it looks from the outside, and with two covered porches, it is the perfect beach house. There's almost always a light breeze on the front porch, and the table and chairs there make it a lovely gathering spot. The house is light and spacious, fully equipped, immaculate, and easy to be in. A half block from the dunes makes the trek to the beach and back easy. The owner is personable and helpful with an obvious pride in the house that is everywhere evident from the upgraded kitchen to the provision of beach chairs and sand toys to the large outdoor shower. We will be back.

My family 6 attended our nieces destination wedding in October on LBI. This beautiful island I summered on when I lived in NJ. We had a fantastic time, the house was perfect for the family. We all hope to return some day soon.

Great House
Except for Jose the Hurricane the house was as expected, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. This is our 6th year at this property. And we can't wait to go back.

Great spot on LBI!
We rented this property (1st floor) on short notice for the Labor Day weekend and into the next week. It is just as the photos show. The place was immaculate, kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc. The bedrooms are all good sizes, especially the master bedroom and the one with 2 queen beds. Location was great, and overall it was a perfect place for 5 adults and 2 small kids. Would definitely try to rent this property again the next time we decide to visit LBI.
