La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturato con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox in cucina e nuovi pavimenti in tutto (legno duro nel soggiorno, piastrelle in cucina, e moquette nelle camere da letto). Non si poteva chiedere una posizione migliore sul lago di George: siamo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla città, che comprende spiagge, parchi, noleggio barche, attività, ristoranti, bar, negozi e molto altro ancora. Questo è il luogo ideale per una vacanza familiare.
La casa dispone di tre camere da letto e due bagni (1 in master e 1 principale) e un grande soppalco al 2 ° piano. C'è un letto matrimoniale in master, un letto matrimoniale in ciascuna delle 2 camere e due letti singoli in soppalco che forniscono dormire per 8 comodamente. Very accommodating. Kitchen well stocked with all your cooking needs. Comfortable beds, living space and covered porches what more could you ask for. Grounds were private and the paved driveway was large and easy to navigate. Will strongly consider for next years trip.

A couple years ago we lost access to our yearly rental and were heartbroken, but i found this listing and we were able to continue our family legacy on The Queen! Smell from water plant was a problem at times, however.

Couldn't have asked for a better property! Walking distance to local dining and great views. Only thing, like other reviews stated, is the smell from the water treatment facility. It didn't stop us from having a great time because we were out and about a lot and you couldn't smell it inside the house. We will be back!

It was a great house very clean and spacious!
Location was a bit off the beaten path but still close to town which exactly is what we were looking for. The down stairs tv didn’t work for us and was pretty old. However upstairs worked which was fine. The beds were comfy the house was well stocked and very cute. Only down side was it is located next to a water treatment facility which I didn’t realize till the rental agreement came. So outside wasn’t always an option aroiund dinner time bc of the smell but it was bareable and isn’t all day. We would go back. But others who want to be outside with the fire pit around dinner time might not like it.

The place is very nice and the view is just amazing. Plenty of space for a bunch of family and/or friends to enjoy. Only downside is the sewer plant being so close to the property. The smell is bit much when the wind is blowing from the pant towards the house. It’s not constant so it’s bearable and the beauty of the house makes up for it. Definitely would go back again.

This was our 2nd time staying at house, it’s a perfect winter getaway with privacy and awesome views of the mountains and Lake..

We stayed here with our 3 sons (ages 18, 15 & 13) for two nights during Christmas break. Location was perfect, walking distance to town but secluded with a beautiful lake view. The kids loved having their own area to hang out in the loft. Cabinets could use a good clean out as there was a lot of expired items in there (not that we needed to use anything) just an observation. Plenty of space to spread out and beds were comfortable. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

We LOVE this house and have been here with the family since 2015. Location is amazing, porch with breathtaking view and wonderful, responsive hosts. We hope to return there for many more years.

What I love most about the property is the view of Lake George.
Four guys use the place as a launch for motorcycle touring. Bolton Landing has some great restaurants.

Other reviews are accurate that this is very close to the sewage treatment facility but it is tucked away and you cannot see the facility. One evening of our stay there was an unpleasant smell outside of the house but it never smelled indoors and most of the time during our stay it was not an issue. The house was great and the communication with the owner was extremely helpful as we needed to check in early for a wedding.

We had our annual friend get together which includes 3 families who each have a toddler around 2 years old. This was a great space to gather since there was a lot of space for us and it was easy to walk to the downtown and a playground. The home is not on a main road so kids were able to play outside safely as well.
When we arrived the home was clean to beach house standards so one of the families was disappointed since they have high standards of cleanliness (complaining of some spiders/ants and the discolored carpet areas). I however was very satisfied with everything upon our arrival and it made me feel less guilty having toddlers throw cereal and run away from outfit changes in sandy clothes.
A very kid friendly home with a low number of things to run into and break. They even had some kitchen items geared towards kids and a potty training seat in the bathroom!
The rooms had awesome blackout curtains and each room had an air conditioner that also functioned well as a noise machine for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the water in the showers stayed nice and hot for multiple people in a row.
We had a great stay and would book again if we are ever in that area.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin immensely. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake from the deck and I loved the decor on the inside. There is a lot of wood work on the walls and it is well decorated with pictures and antiques.It is walking distance to downtown Bolton Landing with restaurants and shops yet very secluded. It has a big loft upstairs with 2 single beds which is great for kids plus 3 bedrooms downstairs. It really should be listed as a 4 bedroom cabin.I highly recommend this cabin. We hope to be back!!

We fell in love with this adorable cottage as soon as we pulled up to it. It has beautiful views of Lake George. We found the house to be comfy and well appointed.

The property was nice and we enjoyed the weekend away. One note- the couches in the loft are not pull out couches as noted in the photos. Overall a nice weekend with a great location.

We rented this house for a second time and loved every minute. Great for a girls weekend. Six of us slept comfortably. Close to the main road in town. Easy trip down to lake George for spa appts and outlet shopping. We will rent again!

We were in town for a wedding at the Sagamore. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the venue. The house itself was cozy and quiet, and the views of the lake in October were amazing. Loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the sun come up over the colorful trees. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We were invited to a wedding in Lake George & decided to get a rental. So glad we did. This is the perfect getaway house. Overlooking the Lake. The house was the perfect size, the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with spices. The heat worked well. Scott the owner is so nice. It’s a short walk to town & he recommended some breakfast places. We ended up @ The Shack which was delicious - Thank you for making our stay more than what we expected!! 🍁🍁😻

We loved our stay. We loved the view, the feeling of privacy, and the variety of lovely rooms and hang-out spaces. The kitchen is great and well stocked with dishes and pots for a big group.
Scott was always friendly and responsive - he was an excellent host.
The house is next to a sewage treatment plant, which threw us when we first arrived, but there was only the occasional odor out front over the week and no hint of it when we were inside or on the back porch overlooking the lake. It didn’t affect our stay at all. In fact, we had family staying in different homes around the area, and everyone wanted to hang out here.
We highly recommend this beautiful home, and we would totally come back.

Wonderful views of the lake and mountains from this secluded cabin in the woods. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but you can walk into the heart of Bolton Landing in <5 minutes. Ample space for the family to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Bolton Landing house, nice kitchen
We enjoyed staying at this house in close proximity to The Sagamore where we were attending a wedding. The beds were comfortable. The veranda overlooks Lake George, and the back yard has a firepit with a supply of wood. There is nice feeling of seclusion in this wooded area, and the house is minutes away from the center of Bolton Landing and from bridge to The Sagamore. The kitchen is well appointed with ample seating.

Vacation!!
We had a great time! The house was perfect. The pics didn't do it justice! It was roomy and so comfortable. The views from the back porch were amazing, especially on July 4th. Watched the fireworks right there. Couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely try to rent this house again!

Best getaway ever!
We have stayed here many times , either alone or as well as with our adult children. It is so comfortable, and convenient to so many locations in town — yet it has a remote, woodsy flavor as well . It’s just one of our all-time favorite spots!
