We enjoyed our stay but the place needs some attention to detail. Stains on beds and pillows, oven had a piece of bacon melted onto the glass, fans needed cleaning, floor covering under dining room table had old tape holding part of it to the floor, handles missing on dressers, towel bar in tub kept falling off. Beautiful home just needs some help!

We really had great time staying at this property. Property Owners were very prompt in responding to questions. Very spacious and clean rooms. Loved the neighborhood and backyard space facing golf course.
If I have to say something that can be done better it's providing bathroom mats or rugs. It was very inconvenient to get in and out shower without the fear of slipping on the floors. Internet and streaming channels were extremely slow and were unable to use most of the time.
Over all it's a great place to stay. Would really appreciate if you could address the above mentioned issues.

The house is lovely and the development is terrific. Everything was exactly as described online. Plenty of room for our family. We always have a "championship" wiffle ball game, so there was room out back for that, which is a must for this particular vacation. There is a grill which is nice.

Everything was as expected for the golf trip!

Very good experience. Spacious house. Good location. Nice gas grill. Listing says linens are included, but when you go to additional information it says linens are not included. Fortunately, good communication with the owner clarified this before it became a problem. The requirement to have towels and dishes washed, dried and put away prior to check out was burdensome as we had to be out of the house by 7:30 for an early tee time.

The house was clean, well equipped, and beautiful (better than the pictures). It fit our group of 4 adults and 5 children perfectly. It was a short drive to the main beach/boardwalk area. The community was very nice, although the amenity passes were pricey given that we were not staying for a full week. The only other drawback was the shuttle to the beach could take a long time depending on the line/time of day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property!

The house is beautiful! So much room to be together and also rooms for privacy! The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and dishware (which is also pretty), silverware and utensils. All appliances are up to date and in great condition! The living space is perfectly decorated and bright! Lighting and fans are so pretty! The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the bunk bed that is a full with a twin above is very shaky and noisy but that is the only negative review. After the first night we change sleeping arrangements and all was fine! The location is beautiful and very spacious! It was very peaceful and enjoyable! We did utilize the pool and other amenities which were great! All in all I and my family would not hesitate to stay there again! Thank you Ryan and your lovely wife! She was readily available with our only one real question and entry problem, (haha)! We cannot thank you enough! 5 stars out of 5!

fantastic place to stay
our trip was 9 adults and 5 kids from 1yo to 8 yo for 3 nights and 4 days in early July.
the owners were very prompt with questions. they sent an exhaustive email with everything the house had so there was no guessing game with toilet paper, sheets, pillows etc.
the house was clean, well decorated and looked much better than the pictures showed. my family was a little hesitant but were all estatic once we walked into the house.
its in a quiet community. about 10-12min drive to bethany beach. neighbors were friendly. i would definitely recommend this house and the owners again.

Nice house!
We enjoyed the 4th of July weekend in the house with friends. We had 3 families - which included 2 children each, the house fit all of us nicely! Had alot of cooking utensils.

Pleasant Week at Bear Trap Dunes
We enjoyed our stay. The back yard was a plus and great view of 2nd hole on golf course. Ample space for a total of 5 adults and 3 kids, one infant.

Great place!
Beautiful place. About 4 miles from the beach. The place had lots of things to cook with. We did a lot of meals at home. Bring towels, sheets, paper products, hot pad, dish towels. The community was beautiful. Walking paths and an easy walk to the pool and shuttle.

Fun family vacation
Very pretty and friendly setting. House was lovely as promised. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities, missing a few things that would have been useful(oven mitts, extra folding chairs, cooking spray).
The quoted price for using the facilities was $35, but we were charged $50 apiece, which was exorbitant for three days. Location was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants and neighborhood was quiet. Would consider returning in the future.

Relaxing mid-week getaway
Stayed with extended family including 7 kids. The house was very comfortable and the owner was really responsive with any questions. Nice little community, and only 10 minute drive from Bethany beach. We were able to walk to the pool. We would stay again.

The house was perfect for me and the group of friends that joined me. The house was located only a few minutes from the beach and less than 1 minute from a very nice golf course!

The layout of the house really worked for us. Pros: the community is very cute, lots of walkers and bikers, the front pouch was awesome for morning coffee and late afternoon drinks. The pool was nice and close for the older kids to walk. Having the golf course in the back was also a nice plus.Cons: cleanliness. Not sure if it is a lack on the housecleaners part or the last rentals. Based on the dishes left in the dishwasher, the bottoms of a bathing suit found in the downstairs hallway bathroom and the underwear found under the master bedroom when cleaning up to check out, we assumed it must have been a bachelorette weekend before our family one. Also noted in another review, a little wear and tear around the house. A few things needed attention that Ryan had someone come over very quickly to fix. Overall we made due with the weather and had a great time being together!

Beautiful home
We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to any concerns/questions we had. There was plenty of room for all of us (11 total). Appliances were all new, plenty of toiletries, pans, plates, utensils, etc. There were a lot of games & puzzles also. Highly recommend.

Amazing house in great community perfect for family vacation
This rental is in a great community with nice amenities and the house itself is outstanding. The pictures don't do justice, there is so much space and it is super clean which is a big deal for me feeling comfortable when away from home. The amenities were nice such as the shuttle service straight to the beach as well as the sauna, pool and kids had fun at the basketball court and foosball. This was our first time to Bethany beach and we are so glad the house was everything we could have imagined for our family trip. I definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with family and kids. The host was very responsive and followed through to ensure we were good with our stay.

Beautiful house, nice neighborhood
This house was perfect the 14 of us that stayed here. (yes you read that correctly 14.) The house was perfect, amazingly we never felt cramped or crowed. Staying in a house with 14 people there is a lot of trying time but surprisingly showers were never a problem. There was plenty of hot water!! Which made life a little bit easier for this trip. The neighborhood is beautiful and neighbors were friendly. (good walking community)
There were only a few problems we had, the people who stayed before left recycling in the bins. We noticed this when we were leaving, (going through a check list to make sure everything was in order) So having to haul the recycling bin to the dumpster in the rain while trying to leave was a hassle. Also there is some obvious wear and tear, (like any house) as well as some damage (which I noticed and contacted Ryan who was aware and was handling). I would have like to be made aware of the issues before getting there since there was a security deposit and i didn't want anyone thinking we damaged anything. None of those problems were detrimental to the trip but were small things that if i didn't have to worry about would have made the trip perfect. Ryan was accommodating with 3 family coming from out of state, he worked with us and couldn't have asked for anyone better.
All and all it was a perfect family trip and allowed my family to make memories that will last a lifetime!!

Amazing !
The house was amazing! It was very spacious for all 10 of my friends. The neighborhood was really nice and the neighbors were friendly. The family area and kitchen was very spacious. The backyard had a great view and was big enough for everyone to relax in their own space. The garage had a lot of equipment for outdoor activities such as, basketball, football, lacrosse sticks, and boogie boards. Check in and check out were made very easy with the great communication of Ryan. Also if we needed anything he was available! I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a great location only minutes from Bethany Beach.

Very nice house for a large family.
We had a very nice time staying at this house in Bear Trap. We had 3 adult couples and 4 children under 3. We were able to each have our own space. It was nice that there were things like paper towels and toilet paper left by the previous tenants, as well as a left over stock of dish soap, paper plates and other sundries. We had brought our own so we in turn left some for the next people. The only negative is that the house could use some updating on the decor, such as the bar stools and the kitchen table only seats 6 even though the house can sleep many more. It would also be nice to have a screened in porch, but we knew when we rented it that it didn't. It was really nice to have ceiling fans in all the rooms because the temperature didn't need to be set real low to keep it cool. There was a nice washer and dryer that was great to have. Overall the house worked really well for us and we would recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful home! Perfect vacation!
We stayed at this home for 2 nights during the summer. The house is huge and decorated beautifully! The beds were comfortable and all the bathrooms were spacious! The community was quiet and a perfect place for a vacation. The drive to the beach wasn't too bad -- we used Uber to avoid having to park.
Highly recommend this to anyone for a vacation or a weekend getaway!

Beautiful home right on the golf course!
Myself and 11 other friends stayed here for a long weekend for our annual golf trip. The house was perfect for us in that it had a beautiful front porch, back yard looking out on the golf course, and the big kitchen/living room was perfect for our large group to hang out after each round. Pretty close to Dewey and other surrounding areas to go out at night for dinner and drinks as well.
Ryan was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely look to stay here again if we ever come back to the area!

Property was perfect for a trip to the beach with 13 people.
House was clean when we arrived, and the owner was very accommodating of my group's needs the entire trip. Would recommend to anybody interested.
