Casa sulla spiaggia aggiornata e ristrutturata situata a pochi minuti da Daytona Beach, a 3 isolati dall'oceano e a pochi passi dal porto turistico Seven Seas sulla via navigabile inter-costiera. Una vacanza da sogno per un pescatore, per chi viaggia in spiaggia, per un adulto di primavera o per un motociclista a un prezzo ragionevole. 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno + doccia da spiaggia extra. Lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria condizionata centralizzata, TV satellitare, materasso ad aria e divano letto.

Enjoyed our trip. But in this tech world more USB ports would be helpful. Also check your garage door. It would open but would noot close without coming inside to close.

Everything was beautiful, and the house came with everything we needed to go to the beach. I can’t wait to rent this property on my next vacation!

Thank you for a great little house, the location is perfect the Bed was awesome and the shower was outstanding.

We had a great time at SeaTreat. The place is fabulous. There were just tge 2 adults and pur dog. Every creature comfort we have at home (and more) was available for us to use. It was an easy walk to the beach for some fun with momma nature!
We especially lived parking our car in the garage. It sure gets hot in the car when out in that sun!
Dont hesitate to book this place. You wont be sorry!

We loved the house, was nice to have a driveway, garage and everything we needed for a nice week. The house was super clean. One of the cleanest rental properties I've ever stayed at.
Would definitely stay again. (Only tip I'd give is that the house isn't yellow, it's a greenish color so when you arrive don't look for a yellow house like in the pictures or you'll drive past a few times like we did.)

The house is very clean and cozy! The location is fantastic and the owners have provided almost everything you could need for a day at the beach. They are quick to respond to messages/answer questions/resolve any issues you might have. Great place! This is our new home away from home in Florida.

Home is exactly as described. Great location, we walked about 3 blocks to the beach daily. Check in and check out was super easy. Owner is very responsive. Home is very comfy!!! Would definitely stay again!!!!

The home was neat and tidy. We were close to good food and the beautiful beach. The only downfall to the whole trip was rain during the races. Will stay again when in the area.

the air condition did not work in both bedrooms it was so hot.had to sleep in livingroom floor .i am 68 years old i can not sleep on floor.so we life thursday morring.really bad.could not get hold anyone.

Renting a house near daytona
This place was so clean and beautiful.anything we needed we had there.couldn’t of rented a more perfect place.it was walking distance to the beach.we were very happy with it

Had one very small issue upon arrival, only reason I mentioned it was because of how quickly owner resolved it via email then followed up with phone call. Great sunsets just a very short walk from house. We stay in Daytona Beach Shores several times a year, this property will always be my first choice when available.

Vacation Stay
I found the property very well situated for my needs. The house was clean and met all my needs. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and I found the bed quite comfortable. If I’m every in that area again I will definitely check out the availability.

The shower shelves for soap etc, are almost falling off the walls. Guest bedroom comforter needs to be replaced and mattress. Storm door has to be pulled to shut, bedroom door sticks. All little things that won’t take much to fix.

This was a great two bedroom home located 3 blocks from public access to the beach! Home was well equipped and very clean at check in. My wife and I vacationed here for a week in December and enjoyed all the sights. A great little cafe is located a block from the house and we started our day with breakfast each morning. Neat and clean home with everything you need on hand. Pat's Riverfront restaurant a few steps away was great for breakfast! Location is near everything we needed. We hope to stay here again for other nearby events.

This property is conveniently located a couple blocks back from beach (with free public park parking right on the beach near the house). Steps away from Pat's Cafe- super cute and on the bay (we recommend the HUGE pancakes). Overall, great experience, and we were pleasantly surprised at how roomy this property was. Beds were very comfortable, including the pullout couch. Close to Publix and about 10 minutes from the heart of Daytona (if you're interested in the slingshot ride). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
