Our stay was amazing the accomations were excellent, the kids had plenty of room to play. The pantry is well stocked with spices as well as the kitchen has everything you could ask for. The rec center was a great addition to our stay as there was plenty of things there for the kids to do. We highly recommend this property if you have a large group that would like to stay together

This property has absolutely everything a group of kids and adults would ever need. Extremely well stocked and super comfortable. The house is huge and very quiet. Best rental we have ever had, highly recommend this home!

We had an amazing time staying at this home with our large family gathering of 15 people. We had grandparents, parents, adult kids and a couple of kids under 12 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is incredibly well stocked - better than any other vacation home that I have ever stayed at. There is a lot of space and it accommodated our large group very well. It is a very clean home, well cared for and very well managed. Having access to the rec centre was a bonus and so was the hot tub. I will definitely come back in the future. Thanks for the great stay!

This home is well situated close to many golf courses. The house is spacious and is the best stocked rental I have ever come across. We had everything we needed and then some!

We had a group of 12 stay at this house. Lots of space upstairs and down stairs, and spots where you can have some alone time when you need it. Very quick response to anything that we needed. Before we left from our various homes, I asked if they had folding lawn chairs that we could take to the beach. We would have had to bring 12 chairs from home for our group. A few days later I received a message that chairs would be waiting for us at the front entrance! Wow! I wasn't expecting that! The best VRBO of the many we have stayed at!

The location was excellent. Plenty of space for 8 people. Two items to report: One the code for the recreation center in the book and in the email were not correct. We had a person in the location provide us the correct access code so no problem but if there was no one around it could have been an issue
While not an issue, it would have been convenient if two of the bedrooms were opened in the downstairs area where the fourth bathroom was located. We had three bedrooms opened upstairs and one downstairs but had two bathrooms upstairs and two bathrooms downstairs.

Our stay was amazing. We were very comfortable at this property with everything and more you could need. Rooms are spacious, great selection of spices, blankets/towels, and dishes/cookware galore! The hot tub was a great addition for sure to relax in after being out and about.

We had an excellent stay at this house with our family of 11 including grandparents, parents, teens and kids. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well. The house was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

Lots to do in the area, including a nice recreation facility, especially for the kids. Peter and Joanne (owners) and Nenet (property manager) were very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great place for a large group with a lot of amenities like the recreation centre with pool and hot tub. Only issue for us was all the stairs particularly the ones going down into the property which were not apparent in the booking information.

Lovely home with ample space for everyone. We loved the large kitchen that was well stocked with dishes, cookware and cooking spices. Initially we booked 4 rooms but we weren’t sure if would need the extra rooms. We contacted the property manager and she met us at the house when we arrived to open the additional bedrooms and to welcome us. Great service…great stay…would definitely consider rebooking again!

Our family had a great time in this quiet culdesac. The house was immaculate and well stocked with all you could need for the kitchen hottub and even games! The walking trails down to the creek was scenic and accessible.

This home was set up great for our group of 3 families with children ranging from 5 to 12. Anytime we needed to contact the homeowners the response was super quick. There was more than enough sleeping space for everyone. This is one of many vacation homes we have stayed at and this was by far the best equipped. There was nothing aside from food that we needed. It was a hot week and the AC kept us cool and comfortable. You can see mountains from almost all windows and the deck of the living room is a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning. We barely used the hot tub but it was very clean. The basement and main floor was well soundproofed so parents weren’t bothered by kids playing downstairs and the kids weren’t bothered after bedtime when the adults stayed awake upstairs. The kids enjoyed the access to the Rec Centre nearby. They played squash, ping pong, played in the park, swam in the indoor and outdoor pool and enjoyed poolside fries and ice cream. The town of Radium is lacking in a decent grocery store (the prices were very high) and the internet and cell service we are used to. The hours of most businesses are also strange so be sure to check before you make plans. Not a fault of the homeowner but something to be noted if you are travelling here.

Perfect home and excellent location.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of room for everyone (10 people in total), kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the AC was amazing when outside so hot! We also were able to use the swimming pool at the complex 5 min walk from the house for very reasonable price. The communication with the property manager was great! Highly recommend!

Anniversary Celebration
This property was perfect for a family getaway! The rooms were all well appointed, kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc and the side balcony for the BBQ made cooking a breeze. The space was clean and there was quick replies to any and all questions. The two fridges was a huge bonus and entertainment spaces up and down stairs made everyone feel right at home. The house had easy access off the highway and the recreational center which is a short drive/walk away offered lots of opportunities to keep all ages busy. The cabanas that are available to rent at the outdoor pool were great for an afternoon poolside.

Perfect.....except.
The house was fantastic for a bunch of seniors like us to to stay for an extended golf weekend. The house is huge!! One of the best things that separates this place from others is that it has cable TV. We were able to watch live sports, in the comfort of air conditioning.
The only draw back of the place is two of us are still working and required a good wifi connection. It was to tell the truth .... awful. I could barely check my emails, and the tv cut in and out saying the connection was not good.
Otherwise, the place is fantastic and we would book again in a second if the wifi issue is resolved.

The owners Peter and Joanne have a very nice large home that will host a large or multiple family gathering. Close to golf courses,hot springs and hiking trails. The home is fully furnished and suited our family of 8 with ease. We enjoyed our time there and hope to return. Thank You.

Mountain Get-a-Way
My family decided to make a quick escape to Radium in May of this year. The accommodations are awesome! There were 5 of us in the party, and we really only used 1/2 the available space. It’s just so huge! You could easily stay here with 12 or more people. The home was clean and had literally everything you need including some spices, coffee, paper towels, pool towels - the works!
We’re already talking about booking again with more family and friends. Very reasonably priced given all the home has to offer - including access to a nearby pool, Rec centre, park and more.

Golf get away
Excellent well equipped house for large groups. Lots of space and hot tub was a bonus to warm up after golf.
For a family or if you have extra time the recreation center has lots to offer. We were 3 couples who golfed every day at the nearby golf courses and then enjoyed our home cooked meals in a relaxed friendly way. Highly recommend.

Skiing and soaking
This property was perfect for our ski club group from Great Falls, MT. It is spacious, classy, and well cared for. It feels more like a home than a rental… and it was easy to treat it with respect. We really liked having the option of extra bedrooms in the event that more club members were interested in coming to Canada. As it turns out, we were a small group and we only needed the upstairs. In fact, we barely set foot in the lower level except to access the well-maintained hot tub. Skiing at Panorama was fun and soaking in the Radium Hot Springs was a relaxing side trip. We would love to come back next year.

Beautiful and comfortable
We rented the Relaxing Radium Home in February 2022. The house had plenty of space for 12 people and it was very well stocked for a large group. It has beautiful views of the mountains and the decor throughout was beautifully done. The new hot tub was a very welcomed addition for our group of skiers. The owner was very nice and it was easy to contact him for questions. We would recommend this property to anyone, we were not disappointed in any way.

Wow, what a lovely stay! Place was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and super comfortable! Our group was large but felt like the place perfectly suited us as it was spacious and all the bedrooms were a great size. Fantastic having lots of bathrooms and tons of seating. Thank you very much and we hope to be back!

Great Family Home
This home easily accommodated our whole family. Really a lovely home. Perfectly appointed with more than you could possibly need! Spacious with a lovely long dining table for the whole family to be seated around. Great kitchen to work in. With a living room upstairs and another large family room downstairs, there was tons of space for children and adults. We noticed the folks downstairs weren't bothered by any noise from the upstairs. We enjoyed the nearby Rec Centre and the lovely people running it, with its pool, hot tub and rec room, and as we were there in November, had the place to ourselves. Check in was great, and the host was easily accessible and very pleasant and helpful. Radium Hot Springs was nearby, and some folks did take advantage of that facility.

It was a wonderful place to stay, not to far from anything.
The house was beautiful, enough room for the group of people staying, the only issues I found was that it was not wheelchair accessible or sound proof in the basement. Other than that, it was well stocked and very clean.

Lots of room!
Loved this place for our extended family of 9!
Lots of room, we didn’t even use the basement except for the bedrooms there. Very clean and great communication with the owner. Loved the use of the Rec Centre and didn’t mind paying for that on top of the rent,
If I may make a few suggestions:
Is to clean out that pantry, there was absolutely no room for our supplies. There is so much junk in there, that all our supplies needed up on the floor.
Washing machine could use a cleaning, all the towels smelled and very rough.
Vacuum cleaner and microwave were both broken when we arrived.
Minor things and they are an easy fix, will definitely rent again!

Had a few families staying together for a week away. Host communication was great, home was very clean and is super spacious.It’s walking distance to mini-golf and a couple pools but not right beside some abandoned developments which are not the nicest to look at.Overall though, we enjoyed our stay!
