No washer, dryer or ceiling fans as listed in the amenities. Two washcloths for entire stay; had to go purchase more. Parking was a nightmare for my husband who is ill and requires a disabled parking placard. We had to park in an unlit overflow lot that was dangerous to say the least. We were verbally assaulted and called lots of vulgarities one night by someone in the lot. Very long walk to the beach because of the destruction of the property; my spouse was unable to make the long walk.
Upon renting any property, I require a/c, washer/dryer and ceiling fans which were all listed but absent. Terribly disappointed. I emailed the luxury rental company but they were no help.

The condo was nice if a bit dated and needs a better cleaning. The building management has seemingly given up on fixing the property or taking steps to open up the pools and have closed the fitness center. If the beachside of the building and the parking ramp are unsafe then why is the rest of the building safe? We would think twice about staying again.
The condo property manager was quick to respond to a lock problem and was helpful.

This was the perfect condo! The view was STUNNING! Waking up having coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in was the best! The location was absolutely perfect as you can literally walk across the street and go grocery shopping at Publix. There is also a Dollar Tree, BEALS, Walgreens and an amazing gift shop! Lots of restaurants and other places in walking distance! The condo was clean and everything was included! We found our new home away from home! HIGHLY Recommend!!!!

Besides all of the amenities being closed following the hurricane, the resort met all of our expectations in terms of what was provided, location, assistance, etc. The beds were actually decent quality which always contributes to a positive experience.
Would definitely choose this location again especially if the pools, gym etc were all open :)

The resort is fabulous with everything we love - beach, pools, fitness center, arcade, hot tubs, etc.
The room left a little to be desired but it didn’t affect our fun. There was a broken lamp and some electrical outlets that did not work. But my daughters had a great trip anyway.

Was a nice place with great views and pools. It was clean. Room could use some updates, the pull out couch was broken which we had planned to use as there were 5 of us staying. It did have a nice pull out ottoman though it could use better mattress. Air conditioner was loud but worked well. Great location. Would stay here again!

Very large clean room with all the amenities of home. Relaxing private balcony overlooking Daytona's beautiful beach. Staff in the hotel were absolutely the sweetest. They were cleaning 24 hours a day. Safe secure location with lots of surrounding restaurants and shops that were a walking distance away. No partying or loud obnoxious guest everyone was very respectful of each other. And at night they have a bar so you could get a drink and relax on the balcony and listen to the waves. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Not to mention the arcades which were children friendly and small pool for our toddler grandson. I would give them 10 ⭐ if it was a option.

Front desk check in was easy and staff there very informative. Resort was kept spotless during our entire stay. Unit was exactly as pictured and met all of our needs. Loved the area in that you can walk to anything you need.

Like a blender, blankets. The coffee maker was not operational when we arrived, I called and one was delivered.

My sister and I brought our kids for the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Had more than enough room for all of us! So convenient to anything we needed! My daughter is only 3 so the splash pad for her was AMAZING!! Would definitely stay again!

Unit was as described but was not very clean in some areas. Since there is no oven, we got out the toaster oven and it was literally disgusting. It had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was no pan that fit it. I used a piece of aluminum foil to bake Biscuits on. I called to report it and was told a new toaster oven would be delivered that day but it never was. There were no pillow cases for the sleeper sofa. Those were delivered the next day. There are extra cots and a sleeper ottoman but no bedding for them. The comforter for the sleeper was stained. There was no dust pan or Broom to sweep with. The Broom that was in the closet was a long handle brush suitable for a scrubbing something outside. The bedspreads on the bed have not been washed in a long time and the bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking unit. It is a nice unit but the cleaning service needs to be addressed.

The check in and out was a little inconvenient. We had to drive to a rental office and pick up and drop off the key which added unexpected travel time for us. The resort was busy so they kept it as clean as they could. I liked the balcony that overlooks looked the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable but the room could use some updated decor. For the price it was what we expected.

The room was very nice with plenty of space and a great ocean view. It's in a very good location in the city. The property is also very nice and family friendly. Parking at this hotel is outstanding.

The property itself is nice and clean and very secure..you have to use your room key to access every door but the front. The pools both inside and out are nice as well as the hottub.
Rm 315 has a nice view from the balcony and the bed is very comfy!! My only minor complaint would be that the pans need to be updated..they are scratched and even with cooking spray our food stuck to them. Also, upon arrival the room was hot, I called the rental company and they immediately got in touch with maintenance who remotely lowered the air to 71, where we requested, but later that night I noticed they turned it back up to 72 where it stayed the rest of our week. The unit was hot and we used a small fan we brought along with a floor fan that was supplied by the owner the whole week to help with the heat.(we were there the 1st week of may).
It is within walking distance to several restaurants as well as publix and a Walgreens. Parking was not an issue even for our dodge 3500 as it fit in the parking garage with little trouble.
Overall I would recommend unit 315 and if we vacation in Daytona again I will be looking here for my reservation.
