Cottage super carino! Una camera da letto super grande con due letti Queen. Cucina completa con stufa a gas vintage e un bagno completo. Goditi il cortile !! Griglia all'aperto sul barbecue a gas e prepara s'mores di notte nella buca per il fuoco o illumina il camino a legna all'interno. Leggi un libro nelle diverse aree salotto intorno alla proprietà. TV via cavo e internet.
Siamo in posizione centrale lungo l'autostrada 9 nella bellissima città di Felton. Siamo nel cuore delle montagne di Santa Cruz, a pochi minuti dal parco Henry Cowell, dal campo ruggente e dal parco del ponte coperto. Goditi una giornata nel grande bacino o sulla spiaggia! Solo 6 miglia dal lungomare di Santa Cruz.

Gio has created a magical getaway in the Santa Cruz mountains. I spent a weekend there with my two boys and it was perfect for the three of us. The beds were super comfortable. The place was clean with modern decor, and the backyard was the perfect setting for evening relaxation. We made a fire in the fire pit and roasted s'mores under the canopy of redwoods and string lights. The fresh mountain air, the lighting, the scent of smoke from the fire all made for a wonderful experience in the mountains. Finally, Gio was great to work with and clearly cares about ensuring her guests have a great stay.

This place in Felton was more than we could have ever asked for. I think the outdoor photos do not do this place justice. There are so many adorable details inside and out. The outdoor landscaping in the front yard was perfect. We saw all kinds of butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. The sweet smell of the flowers was amazing.
The indoor space is just adorable. Very comfortable and attention to detail is made in every aspect of the accommodations. Gio has thought of everything you could ever need.
I would highly recommend this beautiful sweet cottage for a stay in Felton, Ca.

This house was great, very cute and clean. Was a perfect fit for my husband and our two yr old. We didn't realize how close the property was to the road and it was a little hard to get in and out of driveway but other than that we couldn't have asked for more!

Though it looks tiny and humble from the outside, this property was REALLY nice and modern inside with everything you could want. Very comfortable, and the backyard fire pit, picnic table and patio under the trees were a real pleasure. The busy street and steep driveway into the property generated a few nervous moments, but nothing that a bit of patience couldn't solve.

Cottage was super cute and in a great location for hiking and enjoying the red woods. However Hwy 9 can get a little noisy. It did not bother me, but my husband used ear plugs. We loved when we came back one night and saw a little fox and skunk checking the Tepee out!

My family and I loved the cottage it was very clean and private, decorated very nice, great location not far from Santa Cruz, the property was surrounded with greenery had lots of natural pine fresh air. Overall i would stay here again and again. Owner was very attentive with us..

Amazing, relaxing, clean, cozy, and central
We loved staying here. It was central to everything in Santa Cruz while being tucked in the hills for a relaxing vibe. The little town is quant with just what you need. The house had all the necessities, was clean, cozy, and the yard is incredible. I am a light sleeper yet I was not bothered at all by the hwy 9 traffic at all (as some people have mentioned). I can’t wait to stay at Gio’s next time we’re in town!

Cottage was everything stated and more. Exceeded our expectations. Cottage has everything one needs and in beautiful surroundings of forest. Love the barbecue and used it 3 evenings. Gio the owner thru texts was very, very accommodating. He made sure are needs were met and understood. We will book again! Kathy and Bill

Charming cottage
Loved that is was close to Big Basin State Park for hiking and Santa Cruz for the beach. The cottage was very clean. It was nice to sit outside with a glass of wine after hiking all day. The only thing I would change is where the TV is located in the bedroom to the living area. Everything was very well put together. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when we come back to that area.

Charming and stylish in Felton
Great location as it’s close to the boardwalk and Roaring camp. Gia has it nicely furnished with everything you need, including a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. Only reason not 5 stars is that highway 9 is pretty busy and noisy throughout the day and early evening, best to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper like me! Would definitely return.

Relaxing getaway with a great location
This property has been newly restored and decorated with antique accents (clawfoot tub/shower, antique working stove and oven). It's such a cute and cozy place to stay, with everything we needed. The two large beds were comfortable and enough space for us and our two teenage boys. The wifi worked great (our phones weren't so great on Verizon in Felton area, off and on), and it was close to the beach, groceries and Mt. Hermon camp (5 min drive). We enjoyed the large BBQ and outdoor picnic table, calm breezes and well organized kitchen that had all we needed to eat at home. Gio checked in on us via email and offered immediate hospitality, answering questions or coming by the property to see we had everything we needed. Top notch service!

Wonderful cottage, clean and nice will come again
We had a just a great time! We travel a lot for sports tournaments and this was our first VRBO. Definitely a better experience than the same old boring hotel rooms....

Considerate Hostess/Lovely Cottage
My wife and I brought our 2 year old down to stay in Gio's cottage as we were fleeing the Ferguson fire in Mariposa. Gio was extremely sweet and easy as a hostess, very considerate of our needs. Coming from the isolated location in which we live, we found the location of the cabin to be quite lovely, up in the hills of Felton and nestled among the trees. The cottage is very well maintained and stocked with pleasing soaps, lotion, linens, beach towels and umbrella to enjoy the coast, and very comfortable beds. The ambiance is enhanced by the water feature placed right outside the bedroom window. This is a very good value!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Great Cottage!
This property was perfect for our family of four; we had plenty of room. The property was very clean and the dishes/pans new and well taken care of. Well decorated - very cozy. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area behind the house. We loved that we were a short drive away from Santa Cruz but were able to spend our evenings away from the hustle and bustle. Gio was very responsive to all my questions, and she even greeted us one day to make sure our stay was going well. One of my favorite properties!

Fabulous Family Vacation!!
We had a blast with our 2 daughters (14 and 20); the cottage was plenty big enough for us and we loved the vintage stove and farm house decor. Beds were super comfy and very warm; the bathroom is large - tub/shower would be difficult for older people to navigate, but we had no issues and it will accommodate most people willing to stay in the mountains vs a boring hotel! Property is beautiful and we definitely used the fire pit! Easy drive to the beach and everything fun in Santa Cruz. Process was easy and everything we needed was in the cottage with easy to follow directions. We cannot wait to come back~
