Il nostro condominio si trova all'estremità sud di Tybee così vicino alla spiaggia che è possibile eseguire a casa per andare in bagno. La spiaggia è proprio lì per il tuo divertimento costruire castelli di sabbia, nuoto, bodysurfing, prendere il sole, e rilassante. Se è troppo caldo o vento sulla spiaggia, seduti sulla veranda e godersi la vista sull'oceano, anche bene se si ottiene bruciato dal sole da seduti troppo a lungo. La vista dal ponte renderà difficile lasciare, ma dentro abbiamo un ben arredato 2 camere 2 bagni condominio per il tuo divertimento. È sempre possibile ordinare prendere fuori dai ristoranti che sono così vicini basta andare a prendere l'ordine.
Il nostro condominio è sulla riva vicino a ristoranti e bar, oltre alla spiaggia. Fanny sulla spiaggia è accanto, hanno cover band durante i fine settimana di stagione. Ci sono ristoranti e bar sul Strand e dietro l'angolo su Tybrisa. Una volta che si arriva e parcheggia l'auto, non c'è bisogno di tornare in esso fino a quando si è pronti a lasciare l'Isola. Si può camminare o in bicicletta ovunque!

We are on year 3 of this rental and always enjoy every part of it. The condo is well stocked, clean, and steps from the beach. The under garage shower is a lifesaver when vacationing with kids. The location is convenient and just a few minutes walk from the pier and all the shops and food you need. Mary and Paul make check in easy and painless.

Mary was very nice and let us in early and went through everything with us. They have everything you need all right there. Food places we walked to were all good. Thank you for having night lights! The stairs were the only negative part.

We had the best experience! My daughter and I visit Tybee annually and I can say this was the best! Not only was the location ideal, the hospitality we recieved from Lauren was the BEST!! She not only met us to welcome us, also shared some resteraunt recommendations and text to let me know the SCAD sang art festival was happening and that we should check it out! We will definitely be booking this again!

Our group of four ladies were very pleased with this property for our "Girls Get-Away" this past week. The location was amazing, being right across the road from the South Beach as well as next door to Fannies Restaurant where we enjoyed great meals and service. And just a block away from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants.
The only downfall may have been the two stories of steps that we had to use to get to the condo, but we aren't spring chickens anymore!
Our views from the lanai we spectacular, watching the sun come up each morning. And seeing AND hearing the waves crashing on the shore was so relaxing! However, the open design of the lanai area, where your neighbors have to walk by in full view of you while you're sitting on the lanai, may be bothersome for some who want privacy.
The condo is very homey and comfortable. It was well stocked with about everything you might need. Nothing "fussy" or so ornate or fancy that you worried about it. Nice new appliances, including the W&D. Comfortable beds with lovely bedding.
If you have one vehicle to park in garage under the unit, you'll have no problem unless you drive a large vehicle. Two vehicles

Location is in the center of all the Tybee action and the beach could not be closer. We arrived really late and the surprise welcome beer in the fridge was perfect! Loved the area and would stay here again.

I cant say enough good things about our stay! Paul and Mary did an excellent job communicating with us in the weeks leading up to our stay. Mary met us at the condo to get us checked in and offered a variety of recommendations for things to do and places to eat on the island. The condo itself is very well maintained and had everything we could have needed for a week at the beach. There were so many restaurants and stores just steps from the condo, not to mention the beach that was no more than 100 yards from the front door. Overall, the condo and our experience with Paul and Mary exceeded any expectations that we could have had!

This property was exactly as advertised. Paul and Mary were excellent host.
They made our Anniversary Trip special. Mary was in constant communication with us from the time we booked the property until our arrival.
She was there greating us as we arrived.
Mary shared all the details regarding Tybee Island, and made excellent recommendations for our stay on the island.
The only recommendation is to put a small TV in the bedrooms.
We will definitely stay at this property again.

Staying at Paul and Mary's condo never disappoints. The service and communication is unrivalled. (One of the couple meets you at the property to let you in and go over all the details of the unit. The condo is always very clean and well stocked with anything you could want or need .We definitely will be back !

The hosts are deserving of the title "super hosts". The condo was exactly as pictured. The easy access to the beach meant we could come and go easily. We really enjoyed watching a pod of dolphins from the balcony the day before our departure!

The condo was perfect for us in every way. It is located on the beach which made for sunrise viewing a breeze. Easy access to the beach for long walks on a pristine sandy beach. Can walk to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Sunsets can be seen by walking down and around the south end where we had the entire beach to ourselves. Mary and Paul were great hosts. They welcomed and made us feel right at home. Provided lots of great information on local restaurants and things to do. It was a great destination for 4 gals from MN to get away for 4 days of Sun and fun.

We've stayed at many VRBOs and this is by far the best experience we've had. Such wonderful and accommodating hosts. The place was so clean and high end amenities. The view was amazing. Location was close to Savannah for day trips, beach right across the parking lot, beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean and sunrise right from the deck. Lots of things to do within walking distance. We hope to visit again.

This condo was perfect for our long Labor Day weekend stay. We had everything we needed. It’s oceanfront and walking distance to restaurants and the inlet that faces Little Tybee. We never drove our car once we parked. Sunrises are amazing from the balcony and walk five minutes to see the sunset over Little Tybee. You won’t be disappointed. Owners are fantastic and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nice, well stocked, very clean and has a great view of the ocean and is just right across the street from a nice beach. Good restaurants and food nearby. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. We had a later flight home and they allowed us to hang out at the condo for a couple of hours past checkout time which was greatly appreciated.

We hope to visit Tybee in the future and we will definitely remember our home we had for a week. It has a beautiful view, within easy walking and/or biking distance to many things, and is just a great place to stay while on this beautiful little island. Definitely recommend.

This condo (and the view!) are better than the photos. Watching the sunrise from the balcony (and equally as impressive, from the living room when it was chilly out) was magical. Communication with the owners was seemless, and having never been to Tybee before, we really appreciated Mary's personal touch and helpful recommendations at check-in. Thank you for a lovely stay!

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. So close to restaurants and stores. Easy walking distance. The view!!! What a way to wake up everyday and enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun comes up. Top rating an all categories.
Only tricky part is the parking. You do get a nice parking spot in a covered garage. Only tricky part was when the neighbor was in their spots. One covered car and 4Runner

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Strand! Unobstructed ocean front condo with everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy vacation. Within walking distance to shops, restaurant and pier. Even though it it right beside Fannie’s restaurant, we never had an issue with noise. Parking area has shower and storage for beach equipment. Already booked to return :)

Best View in Tybee!
This condo was in the perfect location. Close to the beach and downtown, and the balcony was perfect for people watching and the view of the ocean. Inside was clean and comfy, we felt at home from the first minute there. Paul met us in the garage to assist with parking, and Mary met us upstairs for a quick tour and to answer any questions. They were so hospitable, and we look forward to being guests at this gorgeous property again someday!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! The place was beautiful and very clean. The owner met us upon arrival, showed us around and gave recommendations for restaurants and things to do on the island. The location was great - could walk pretty much anywhere! Loved the balcony with the ocean view and the beach right across the small street. Looking forward to staying here again!
