Great weather and beach access. Great time with 9 of our family. Tons of stuff to see and do but the beach was the best!

This place was wonderful, a short walk from the patio to the beach, great view, and plenty of space. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the property, it seems the cleaners could be a better job. Other than that this place is wonderful and would highly recommend!

Property was well located in a nice part of the island. Well equipped with everything you might need for the beach. Property manager was very responsive and friendly to appliance question. We had a fantastic time on the beach.

I would definitely stay here again. Out the back deck and you're on the beach. Plenty of parking. Two bedrooms have decks to watch and listen to the ocean.

Had a wonderful stay and Jan was so easy to work with. Had to wait to get into property (after 3:00) for cleaners to finish up and I think they missed the main bathroom. Brought some Clorox wipes with me and cleaned it. Other than that the new deck was awesome for crawling babies to be on. Thanks for a great vacation!

I very much enjoyed my stay at "Changes in Attitudes." The kitchen was well-furnished and spacious enough to have more than one cook in the kitchen. The floor plan was open and comfortable. We enjoyed having a large dining table both for meals and playing cards and games in the evenings. I loved having only two floors to navigate instead of three, and I particularly enjoyed having the main living area on the lower floor. It meant less going up and down stairs when you came in from the beach or came back from a grocery run. The main deck had comfortable furniture, and several in our group enjoyed the smaller, lower deck closer to the ocean. It made for a nice reading spot. Having three full bathrooms and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower meant there were plenty of options for cleaning up after being on the beach all day. The beds were comfy. The rooms were nicely sized. All in all, it was simply lovely. Jan was fabulous in providing us a wealth of information and responding to any questions or concerns we had. Finding ocean front property that is comfortable and doesn't cost a small fortune is a challenge. This one is a winner. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice new deck. Easy access to beach. 5 minutes to Publix’s Gate provided for lower stairs. Used provided pack n play to block upstairs from two crawling/walking babies. Equipped kitchen except for baking pans (unless I missed them). Property manager quick response.

The back decks and proximity to the beach makes this house great. The rooms are perfect for families with kids. We would definitely go back.

This was a 3 generation family vacation with 7 adults and 6 children (2 thru 10). The house was just as advertised. The location was perfect with plenty of parking. Although it is a duplex the shared porch and beach access was not an issue even though our neighbors had nearly a full house. We found it to be a great value for a beachfront location at the end of June.

The property was very spacious and the bathrooms were nicely updated along with the new deck. it would be nice to have some kind of dividers on the decks to help with the feeling of being with just your group. There wasn't anyone next door so this was very nice for us.

We truly enjoyed staying at Attitudes. We had ten people ranging from 6-74 who all had a wonderful time. The location and beach access were fantastic, the bedrooms well appointed, the washer/dryer so helpful and the kitchen well-stocked. We enjoyed a whole week at Thanksgiving and wish we could have stayed longer. Both the owner and property manager were very helpful.

Seconds to sandy feet, this beach front property provides a 24/7 gorgeous view of the ocean with balconies off two bedrooms and the kitchen/living area. Lunch on the large deck outside or around the generous family dining room table. It was just the right size for our family of four adult kids and their families, which includes three small grandchildren. It’s situated on the island close enough to walk to fresh bagels, the local movie theater or drive to Publix grocery store. We enjoyed beautiful warm weather the first weekend in November!

Perfect location and really enjoyed the mornings drinking coffee outside. One morning a deer walked right in front if me:). House could use a few more lamps - 2 of the bedrooms only had overhead lights. The master bath upstairs needs a deep cleaning or possibly updating. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our week at the beach! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we were able to have enough space to have privacy and still enjoy each other. We had wonderful dinners around the big dining room table and even enjoyed a couple of late night movies all together in the living room. We grilled out one night, great grill!!! We used the sand chairs for a whole day at the beach. Great location - close to eveything we needed. And we really needed to be a family all together again. Thanks, Jan, for an amazing week!!!

This is a great house right on the beach with wonderful multi-level decks that offer shade, full sun, and/or bit of shelter from the wind. Owner was very responsive when coffee maker died. Kitchen is reasonably stocked, but floor is uneven. Seven friends had a great time and we’ll be back

This beachfront beach house is very roomy, 12 of us and still plenty of room. Plenty of beds,, towels ,deck furniture. The location is very convenient to stores, gas stations, etc. The view from the decks are amazing. Watching the dolphins and the fishing boats during the day was quite relaxing but looking at the fishing boats lined up fishing in the dark with their lights glowing on the water is something to see. My family would go back tomorrow if they could. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation. Thank you Jan for sharing your home with us. We'll be back soon!

Absolutely great location! Beach was seemed crowded only one day (Thursday). Bed count was accurate. Large dining area. Great decks.

Very easy to communicate with the owner, clean, great layout for the family. Main down stairs bathroom very roomy for elderly family member. Would stay here again . Back steps a little easier for the elderly to go up and down than the front ones. The family loved the time on the porch enjoying the beach view

We had a great time and plenty of room. Some updates needed but we could tell the owner is working on this. Any questions we had the owner was always available.

Made new memories with family (grandchildren). Enjoyed the house/location. Liked the charcoal grill for cooking outside. Made new friends with the family in Latitudes. Memorable way to end the summer (especially after covid19 distancing).

House was just as described. Plenty of space for 2 families. Kitchen was well stocked. 2 small issues - light bulb out and cant find beach chairs - were addressed immediately. We had a great week and enjoyed the house, the weather so much. A very much needed get away! We would easily rent this house again Thank you.

Perfect spot for family vacation. Walk down steps right onto the beach. Couldn’t ask for better. Property owner very accommodating.

Plenty of room. Clean. Nice View. Nice Neighborhood. Beds a little uncomfortable. Needed better pest control esp upstairs. Overall, it was a nice stay and nice property.

Our family had a wonderful time at this place. We counted 30 steps to the sand, and it was awesome to be able to enjoy the beach and ocean daily.

Great stay for our family. Young and old enjoyed the water and ease to go out if they wanted. Great gathering spot. Even enjoyed the flybys from military planes. Not something we see everyday. We had great weather and everyone was very nice everywhere we went.

We booked our family and extended family beach vacation here. There were 8 total in our party and it was a very roomy and comfortable stay for everyone. The kitchen has all the utensils and pans for all your most common cooking needs. We enjoyed watching the dolphins as we dined and the gorgeous beach scenery ! There are a few close grocery stores and restaurants in the area making it easy to pick up groceries daily . If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with not a lot of frills then this is it!

Lighting does not support curling up with a book. Summertime you can read outside but it's a bit cold in the fall
