Rilassatevi nel patio con un drink e gli amici mentre si guarda un tramonto dietro le montagne e una vista sul campo da golf .. Questo lussuoso al piano terra, tre camere da letto condominio si trova all'interno del residence di PGA West a La Quinta, CA. Si trova al quinto fairway del Jack Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course. Il condominio è dettagliato con mobili di design che offre un ambiente elegante ma rilassato. Può ospitare comodamente 6 adulti e dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, una camera con un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. (Vi è un ulteriore materasso singolo e la regina nel garage che può essere portato per ulteriori posti letto) Ci sono due bagni, nonché la sua lavanderia. The condo was clean, spacious and contained everything I needed from coffee to laundry soap to plenty of linens. The area is quiet with lots of space to bicycle (and bikes were available) and walk. Not far from groceries and event venues and restaurants. I felt very safe. The owner was very communicative and helpful. I'd rent again, no question.

FUN WEEKEND
We all had a great time. The condo had everything we needed. The golf courses on the property were in great shape. The pool just steps away was great too. The golf cart was fun to cruise around the property and explore. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again. THANK YOU

Wonderful host
The owners were helpful and responsive! Answered questions almost immediately! Just a few suggestions for them…..de clutter the unit. Almost very closet and cabinet were full of “stuff”. Found it hard to find a spot for our own things. The garage was also full of “stuff”! Also, the linens need to be updated. Some were torn and tattered. Overall…the unit was great for our 5 weeks.

Guys golf trip
The trip we took was excellent our accommodation was excellent. The condo was very clean and if we need anything the owners were available any time. This location is excellent if you are a golfer.

Great stay, very accurate description and amazing host
It's a spacious, fully stocked condo with a family vibe right in the middle of a golf course and 10ft. away from the pool. Specifically, Beth was incredibly hospitable and communicative. We recommend staying there to anyone visiting the Palm Spring/La Quinta area.

4th Getaway
The property was perfect for our group to be able to go to a friends home in Palm Golf Club. The only issues we had were that the WiFi would not work and some of the electrical outlets did not work, but over all was exactly what we needed.

Excellent all around!
Great property, great responsiveness, great location.
The room is big , spacious and well laid out. You are on the #5 hole if the Stadium Course. Free use if bikes (4) and golf cart. Pool is steps from door, corner location.
Owners were very easy to work with and very friendly.
Could not have asked for more. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday weekend!
It was a well welcome staycation and birthday getaway for our middle son. We all enjoyed the location, comfort and the blessed sound of quietness! We have enjoyed a break from the pandemic, virtual school, and homeschooling . We had all the comforts of home. The only thing we had to bring was food and personal items. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

Clean/good location
The condo is clean and in a nice location. Communication with host was prompt and check-in was simple and easy. The only negatives are the place is need of an upgrade and there can be quite a bit of noise from the upstairs unit.

Great location right by the community pool. Nice view of the golf course. Well equipped kitchen.
We had a few issues during the month we were there and Beth and Eli could not have been more responsive and eager to either directly fix the problem or find an alternative solution. For example, the garage door would not open with our car inside it. I informed the owners at 10:00 on a Sunday morning and a repair person was there by noon. Problem solved.
While this would not normally be mentioned in a review, we were there during the Coronavirus outbreak so life was different. The condo was incredibly well-stocked with paper products, including toilet paper. We normally would have replaced what we used but finding toilet paper, in particular, was an impossible task.
I recommend this property.

2 Months of sunshine!
Upon arrival we were surprised to learn there was an upstairs apartment. One set of folks upstairs arrived late one Friday & left at 5:30 AM on Sat with great fanfare! We spoke to them Sat afternoon & they were very respectful upon departure on Sunday. The next renters were considerate & actually kept a similar activity level as us; no issues, just got use to people walking around above us. The owner addressed some issues regarding some extra cleaning. The linen closet is PACKED w/ extra quilts & pillows (owners have no limit on # of people in the unit, their prerogative), but there is little floor space as the unit is packed w/ furniture. The master bed could use some new linens, they were torn at the corners & the quilt had tears underneath) but the bed comfortable.
The back patio is delightful & we enjoyed our AM coffee in comfort. The LR furniture was equally comfortable. Having the pool next door was great!

Very pleasant stay
A group of 4 golfers stayed at the condo, and found it to be very comfortable, well-located and equipped. We took advantage of the patio and BBQ to enjoy some outdoor dining and relaxation. The pool and hot tub is right next door, which was also well-used. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Butterfly Migration
Lovely east facing patio unit. Absolutely perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the warm morning sun. A wonderful treat to have butterflies migrating through the Coachella Valley during our stay. Each morning thousands of butterflies were migrating north down the 5th fairway of the Nicklaus Course. This unit has all the basics+ for a turnkey stay. No need to run to the store for a must need item.

We found everything we needed. Perfect and conveniently located only a 2 block walk from my sister's where the rest of my family was staying.

Thanksgiving Week—Perfect Weather!
Beautiful weather. Nice condo and great view of the golf course. We had a pleasant stay but a few things keep it from a 5 star: 1. The WIFI didn’t work during our stay which was unfortunate especially for my four teenage children. 2. The advertised golf cart also didn’t work which my boys were looking forward to cruising around the neighborhood so they were a little bummed. 3. Upstairs neighbors got up before 7am each morning and would run back and forth and therefore due to the loud pounding it was difficult to sleep in.
Besides that we enjoyed La Quinta during Thanksgiving Week with our family of six.

Clean and convenient
Very clean unit and obliging owners. Enjoyed the location next to the pool. The use of the golf cart was an unexpected bonus. Would rent again.

What a great family getaway!
Eli and Beth were very friendly and responded quickly to my emails. Condo is in nice community and the neighbors were very friendly wishing us a Happy New Year. Once we arrived, we unpacked and sat on the back patio enjoying the view and serenity.
We were 3 households (6 adults, 2 children and an old dog.) The place was perfect for our family. We made most of our meals and found the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for preparations. House is very clean and well maintained.
Overall, our stay was very relaxing and exceeded all of our expectations.
We'd recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay in La Quinta.

Great location
Condo was exactly as advertised and is perfect for the golf fanatics out there. Golf cart drive away from awesome PGA courses and located on a very quiet street in gated community. Hot tub and pool right outside the door were very nice after a "tough" day of golfing ;-) We were a group of 4 guys golfing and the condo had everything we needed! Would certainly recommend and our group already talked about booking again for next years trip. Owner was very easy to do business with. Thanks Beth

The unit was comfortable and in a good location.
There were a few maintenance issues that came up while we were there. It was agreed that the maintenance work would be postponed until we left. It is my understanding that these issues are now being addressed.
As a result, the owner has given us a partial refund on the rental payment we made.
The owner indicated that VRBO will be returning the $ 300 US damage deposit that we made.

What a Wonderful Experience
We hadn't been to the desert in a number of years. My memory of La Quinta was "it was east of anywhere you wanted do be!" Boy have things changed! PGA West was surrounded by great restaurants, shopping and all the golf one could ask for. The condo was beautiful, well stocked with all the basics to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. It was clean and ready for our arrival. All we had to add was some food and good friends. The rooms were well sized and tastefully furnished. Even my car was treated to its very own garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay and look forward to our next visit. And if you're not a golfer, there is an abundance of exciting things to see and do in the area. Don't miss the Palm Springs Art Museum; it is an absolute gem! And if you're lucky enough to get tickets, be sure to visit Sunnylands, the Annenberg estate and gardens, in Ranch Mirage. It was a spectacular visit and a memorable afternoon's feast for both the mind and the eyes. But you have to get tickets well in advance. And for art lovers who like to shop, El Paseo in Palm Desert is a real treat. And at the end of the day, we could wind ourselves way back to our inviting condo for a comfortable, relaxing evening at rest.

Great stay after cooling down and cleaning up
A beautiful property with lots of room, supplied with everything we needed with several families staying together. It was comfortable and great for family with children.
There was a problem with property being ready for us. It was summer, over 115 high humidity and the air conditioner had not been turned on in preparation of our arrival. There were a few dirty dishes and sheets. Like someone had stayed after it had been cleaned.
We still had a wonderful time after we cooled down and cleaned up. I would recommend the property manager check the property and start the air conditioner prior to your stay.

Comfortable condo
We had a fantastic time! We all loved the way the condo was decorated, and all the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time out and around sightseeing and had a splendid time, but returning to the condo at night was such a comfy experience, it felt like coming home.

Great Condo
Our stay at the Katz Condo was great. The place was clean and very roomy. All of the pictures showed exactly what it looks like, very beautiful. My husband golfed at the course that the condo sits on as well as Silver Lake and Shadow Hills. He said all of the courses were very reasonable and well maintained. The pool right outside the front door was basically all ours since we never saw another person at it. Having the BBQ right on the patio was fantastic. We would recommend this condo to families or just couples!

Fantastic Experience
I stayed in Beth's Condo for the Coachella Music Festival with several friends and could not have asked for a better experience. Prior to arriving at the condo, Beth was friendly, professional, and very detailed in communicating the information necessary for a pleasant stay. When we arrived the condo was clean and exactly as the pictures represented it to be. It is located right on the golf course on the corner of the building so the only neighbor was above us (we never heard any noise from them at all). The community pool was very close by and we had it to ourselves all weekend. The condo was also very close to the festival grounds and most people chose to bike (about 15 minutes on dedicated bike paths) each day. We never golfed but the course looked lovely. I highly recommend staying here.

Loved it!!
We were in town for my son's baseball tournament which took place a few minutes from the condo. I loved the scenery, the peaceful quietness, and the size of the condo. We wish we would have stayed longer to go golfing and to explore more of La Quinta. Beth was very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry. The golf cart was a plus and a must to explore the community. We loved watching the different styles of homes and golf courses. I hope to be back soon.
