The house was mostly as described. Everything we needed for a good vacation. The bikes were a big hit with the close by trails. Chairs and umbrellas for our beach excursions. The only drawback was the dot concrete recycling plant that is less than 1/2 mile away as the crow flies . The recycling plant is fairly new to the area. Less than 2 years. Their vehicles start before 6 am and work until 5 pm Monday thru Friday. The constant noise of construction vehicles and the constant back up beeping of noises is not pleasant. If you happen to be there on a concrete recycling day, you will be subjected to very loud noise all day. The continuous noise Is absolutely mind numbing. I am an early riser and usually am up for 3 hours sitting outside and reading by the pool. It was not quiet at all. It was hard to concentrate, and at 5 pm it was amazing how tranquil this house became. If you are going to be out and about all day or inside the house until 5 on weekdays, this house is great for you. It is unfortunate that this concrete recycling plant is so close and so loud. There were many reviews of this house, which led to our rental and none mentioned the constant noise. What we look for in a vacation rental is a nice quiet neighborhood, which this house did not supply on the times we wanted to be outside enjoying the peace and quiet. You could not hear the construction noise inside the house, except for the concrete crushing days. Outside was loud!

We had a wonderful time vacationing in Florida! The house is better than expected with new cabinets and countertops throughout. The pool was wonderful and well worth getting it heated for evening swimming. The property owners were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Great location from all the major beaches. Owners are great to work with and communicate well. Pool was great defiantly worth the extra to heat the pool for our stay. Very remote and quite neighborhood. We will defiantly stay here again on our next visit.

This was out second stay and we have intentions of booking again. Home is in a very quiet area and has a very nice pool that is full sun all day and private. AC is the best it’s the only home we have every stayed that AC didn’t struggle to keep it cool. King bed very comfortable and a nice big walk in shower. We feel very comfortable, relaxed and at home. Been to Florida many times so not necessarily a tourists and this time we spent most time at the pool. If your an Elk the lodge is down the road. If we decide to buy in Florida we will look for a home in and area like this one.

The house was nice. Stay was quiet. Linda reached out and explained things prior to our stay. The house was centrally located so we could visit with family and friends from North Port to Manasota Beach.

The house was exactly as listed. It was clean. Our son LOVED the pool area and there were lots of extras (such as beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, etc.) in the house to make the stay very easy. The house was in a quiet location. Check in was super easy. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Would recommend and stay again. The dryer broke on our second to last day and the owners were very responsive to figuring out a solution for the next renters.

My wife and I are on a 52 day cross-country motorcycle trip and chose this location due to it's proximity to places that we wanted to explore. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well-equipped and comfortable furnishings. We only used the master bedroom and bath but found it very comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

This property was accurately presented and a great place to stay. It was a very private and quiet location while also being within an easy drive to multiple beaches. Very clean and kitchen well equipped. We came to celebrate our anniversary and would definitely rent again.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. Owners are very responsive. Everything you need for a home away from home is there. The pool was great. We drove to the beaches on Boca Grande and spent a lot of time on the island shopping, dining and fishing in the Pass.

We stayed at this home for about 2 1/2 weeks. It located in a convenient area outside of the Rotunda wagon wheel concept so that was nice. Someone else mentioned that it was noisy but we didn’t find that to be true. Yes some truck noise at the local compost site and construction noise d/t hurricane repairs but it was only a few times and not a big deal. I think we were the last people allowed to bring pets which was very nice for us to be able to do. Only improvements we could think of are to update beach towels as they’re not very thick, and to improve King Bed- it’s old and very firm. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

House was as described. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Linda answered all our questions promptly. The house and property were very private and a great location. Not far from Engelwood. We definitely would stay there again. Thanks Linda for everything. You have a very nice home!

Nice property, helpful and responsive Owner. Only negative was the relatively close-proximity to a landfill/compost site allowing you to here the beeping of the vehicles/equipment from 6:30am on. Also not a fan of Roku TV.

Very clean and pool was perfectly warm!

We felt the place was very accommodating and great for a family of 3. Outside of the normal small quirks, which were addressed in a timely manner once we engaged the owner, all was well. Dealing with Vacasa for this property was not very smooth this time around but it ultimately did not interrupt the vacation stay.

Pictures don’t do it justice… owners are super nice and recommended going to boca grande… we went during off season and it was like we had our own beach .. everything you need to beach , bike or just relax in the pool

This is is a lovely home with beautiful decor and the kitchen had everything you might need. The pool was fabulous and the lanai even had a tv. The home is located in quiet neighborhood and a short drive to beaches. Our stay was most enjoyable and we would not hesitate to rent this home again.
