Great place for ski in, ski out access. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint was that there was no laundry facilities available at the time of our stay, there was work being done to that area with no other local alternative for laundry. We used the local 24 hr laundromat.

Overall we had a great stay and are very satisfied: property is as described, and some of reviewers feedback was very helpful in being prepared that no dresser was available in the master bedroom ( made it difficult to maneuver the luggage, as not all items can be hung on hangers). The bedroom upstairs has a dresser, so that helped with the kids items staying organize. Overall, the location is great, apartment very clean and management's response within minutes made it a very pleasurable stay. Beware though this unit doesnt provide items like salt, basic cooking supplies ( oil/salt), so come prepared if you plan on making your meals. The kitchen however is stocked with all needed utensils/pots. Would recommend and/or stay again.

The condo is in an excellent location - quick walk downtown and to the gondola.
While the building and common spaces are dark and dated, the unit itself is very nice - bright, updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Relaxing on the balcony was nice to wrap up a day of hiking and biking.
The main bedroom is small. There were only two of us, so we put our suitcases and clothes in the loft area to make room to walk around the bed.
A low battery in a smoke detector, located in a very difficult to reach location, caused a chirping noise. We reported it and it was quickly handled by a cheerful maintenance staff member. We appreciated the responsiveness, especially with it being a holiday weekend (4th of July).
We would stay at this condo again.

We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights in early April, and it served all of our needs. The building is a little bit old, but no mind, the apartment itself is well kept, up to date and well stocked with glasses, cutlery, plates and the cooking basics. We gave our daughter the loft which she loved - it is quite roomy up there. The downstairs bedroom is a bit small - just adjust your expectations. But everything else worked well. Internet was perfect for work and Zoom calls. Although the parking lot had many cars , we always found a space, and we heard almost nothing in terms of neighbor noise. Coin Op laundry works fine. Fans and humidifiers. The management company checked in with us the day after we arrived and brought us a couple of minor items the next day. A 2 minute drive into town. In terms of skiing convenience, for ski-out we cheated a little bit to make the place extra easy - renting skis at the shop at the base of Snowflake lift is a bit more expensive, but they allow you to store your skis and boots overnight... we'd walk the 5 minutes uphill to our stuff, change, and off we went. There is a short steepish hill (part of 4 o clock) to hike up to get there; a fit person could do it with poles and skis in tow. For ski-in, you can ski right to the top of the development parking lot and its a 50-yard walk to the door (or ski right over to the rental place). For 4 or fewer I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 10 days in March. Overall a good experience and would stay again. Be prepared for a 5 minute hike mostly uphill to the snowflake lift. Coming back after skiing was a breeze, just a 3 minute walk downhill to the condo. It was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown which was also nice.
The condo had plenty of dishes and towels. We did have an issue with the toilet, which was finally resolved after 2 trips by the maintenance crew

Second year in the same building, larger unit. Perfect size for me and my 2 young adult children. The unit has been nicely updated. This year I finally figured out where the nearby snowflake gondola is. There were no directions or map but it’s a short 5 minute walk up the hill and around other condos. You can ski almost all the way back. We rented skis at the bottom of the lift that allows you to store everything there but your helmet overnight. That was super convenient. Very short walk to downtown. Parking right next to the front door. Excellent value. I’ll stay again. This survey is tiny on my phone so please excuse typos.

My adult son and I stayed here for 4 nights. Property was exactly as pictures and location would be hard to beat. 5 min walk to lift & rentals and 10-15 min walk from just about anywhere in town. The property itself is showing some age but the unit was clearly renovated in the past few years. Would definitely stay here again.

Ski in was awesome. Ski out was a little more difficult only because you can only ski down to the shuttle stop to take you to the lifts unless you want to walk up a hill and down a parking lot to the first lift.

The location is great for skiing and for access to downtown. Building access was also easy. The condo takes a long time to heat up but does eventually. We had a family of 5 and it was a bit cramped. I think it would be hard for 6 unrelated people to stay here unless you're very close friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was a short 5-10minute walk from Main Street and close to many shops and restaurants. We loved looking out the patio each morning at the beautiful fall colors and cool weather! We only had a small issue with the Wifi, but the host was very attentive and helped us get it fixed quickly. Overall a very wonderful stay!

Overall, really enjoyed this place....very convenient location and updated fairly recently (about 6 years ago). Some minor things that need to be rectified....bedside lamp in downstairs bedroom with UBC connection to turn it on and no cube to plug it into the wall.....scraped up pots and pans (almost all cooking utensils are metal for coated pans) ;/ with very loose handles as well as no sponge/scrubber in kitchen to wash dishes...shaky spiral staircase that seems to need stabilization...several burned out lights and a couple light switches that did nothing...no instructions for wifi or tv remote in condo....I called the Summit phone # to report some of these items and was told a work order was being submitted....but then had another person from their office contact me the next day to see how I was doing...who couldn't find any work order submitted. She DID apologize and offer to fix some of the issues but by that point, I was over it and not really wanting to have workmen coming into the condo.....Overall, these are all minor issues....just annoying.....

Perfect for our Family of 5!!
This was a great place for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of soap, dishwashing detergent, trashbags, etc. You CAN walk to the Snowflake lift, but it is a bit of an uphill climb, so we decided to just catch the shuttle most of the time which was just a short downhill walk from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Little Getaway

Lovely place near town
This was a very nice interior with modern features and spiral staircase to the loft. A great place to stay. Check-in could be more seamless if I didn’t have to drive to the management office first, and download a phone app to get check-in info. Would be helpful to put a note inside the unit door that says the door does not lock automatically. (It is not like a hotel where it locks after closing.) You have to enter the code again to lock it. We left several times not knowing our room was left unlocked. Overall, it was a great place with great features, and lots of utensils and pans for cooking. Will stay again.

This property was great for a family of 4 and dogs. Super cute, clean and all the kitchen utensil necessities. Clean and comfy beds and good downstairs shower. We are looking to book another trip and stay in this condo again.

The condo and town of Breckenridge were lovely. The condo, while small, is exactly as photographed and represented on the website. I worry about cleanliness when not a pandemic, and so that nervousness is even more so on the fore front of mind now. And, I did not need to worry. Upon check-in, the condo was bright and very clean; in particular the kitchen and bathroom (the two places of typical most concern). The only cleaning critique I would have would be that the floor could have been swept and mopped better. A few disappointments – Note some of these are related to the condo management while others have nothing to do with the condo mgmt….Only one set of the tiny shampoos per bath were provided, and two dishwasher soap tabs – for an eight night stay. The coin operated laundry worked well and the machines were large and good, but the CC readers on them did not work most of the time, so be ready with quarters. The building the condo is in was clean and well-kept but had very little ventilation and the hallways were hot (not a big deal). And, you are subject to neighbor noise. Luckily, in my case, only one (horrible!!!!!) neighbor for four nights during my eight night stay. Masks are required in the hallways (which I appreciated very much) but only about 10% of people actually wore masks in the hallways so that was very disappointing. Finally, I wanted to tweak my dates several weeks prior to arrival and was told I could add nights, but not push the nights a few days one way or the other. I felt this was very inflexible and the mgmt could have been more accommodating in that regard. But, other than that - a nice stay in a lovely condo in a great location. Restaurants enjoyed most: Giampetro and Clints. And, the SMR staff was overall wonderful to work with! Thank you!
