Lovely Dockside Apartment! Located right in the Harbor!
Non vorrai mai andartene! Situato sul lungomare del porto, questo appartamento al secondo piano ha una vista fuori dal mondo! Letteralmente c'è solo uno spazio come questo in città! I panorami sono incredibili e senza ostacoli! Guarda le barche entrare e uscire dal porto da Resurrection Bay. Dai un'occhiata alle grandi finestre del soggiorno per osservare gli animali (foche, leoni marini, lontre di mare, uccelli,) che giocano fuori nell'acqua e afferrano i pesci dalla stazione di pulizia dei pesci! Attraversa la baia (fai attenzione alle balene che si infrangono) sulle montagne dove puoi vedere i ghiacciai e in primavera una valanga occasionale! Attraverso le finestre della camera da letto è possibile guardare gli escursionisti salire sul famoso Monte. Maratona! Oltre il 4 luglio puoi assistere alla gara sdraiata a letto! Questo appartamento con una camera da letto e un bagno è davvero uno su un milione e non vediamo l'ora di condividerlo con te!

We loved our stay at Sarah's place conveniently located dockside in the harbor. The apartment had everything and anything we needed. Well appointed and Sarah left excellent instructions and recommendations during and after our stay. We would stay here again should we ever cine back to visit!

We choose this location to be near the boat tours. We really enjoy the near by restaurants and bakery. The apartment had everything we needed. The binoculars were a nice touch.

The apartment is located overlooking the harbor/marina. Very scenic. We enjoyed sitting in the living room watching the fishermen come in and process their catch for waiting customers.
We didn't cook but the kitchen looked fully stocked with dishes and cookware.
Shops and restaurants are close by as well as gathering points for some tour companies.
The property manager was incredibly patient and responded promptly to all our questions.

We stayed in the condo the third week in September. The area was not very crowded and businesses were starting to shut down for the season. The condo is located right in the harbor. The view is incredible. You can see boats and sea life. We enjoyed looking out at the harbor. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and found the condo well stock with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights before heading on a cruise. The pictures dont come close to how amazing the views really are and how nice the apartment was. Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal of salmon caught right outside with the fishing poles included in the stay. The host was absolutely amazing and helped out in so many ways, starting with helping figure out what was the best choice for us to travel from Anchorage to Seward, letting us check in early and keeping communications going through the whole stay. Wish i could give more stars to the apartment and host.

Loved being able to see the harbor and all the activity. What you may not realize in the listing is there is no curtains or blinds in the main living area which at first was uncomfortable but then you got used to it and got over it. They were great host and quick to respond.

Even though this rental is right by the waterfront where fishing boats come in, it is very quiet. The view over the water to the mountains is astonishing. The host provided very comfortable furnishings, sheets, towels, and basics in the kitchen. There was even a private parking space offered about a block away.
We enjoyed sitting at our back window watching the fishing boats come in and people cleaning their fish. Ducks and otters swam by. What an amazing experience!

Absolutely the most incredible views. Condo was Immaculate. Super convenient location to restaurants and coffee! We could sit all day and watch the boats coming and going. Eagels, harbor seals and sea otters right out the window. I can't say enought about it. Loved every minute even the rainy days!

We loved this Vrbo! My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We enjoyed going out and hiking during the day, and coming back here in the evening and watching the fisherman and charters process their fish outside our window. The views were amazing and the apartment was very clean. Sarah was helpful and responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend!

What a find!!!
We were thrilled to find the incredible views out of our VRBO. Seward at its best! Right in the heart of Seward with tons of things to see at the docks but with so much privacy as we looked down on the action from the comfort of our room. Attention to detail and perfect for a couple or single. A bit of a challenge to find it and park in the rain on a busy day but so worth any parking hassles. We’d return in a heart beat

This is the best place to stay in Seward. It is right on the docks with all of the towns life. Walking distance to everything Seward. Wildlife to see from anywhere in this apt. The owners were terrific. Great people watching as well as wildlife. Eagles, sea otters, harbor seals,and much more. The apt was first class and and very clean. No place better in Seward to stay and enjoy all the beautiful life of Alaska

Exceptional, better than advertised.
The location, view, layout, amenities, cleanliness all met and exceeded our expectations. You can just sit in the apartment and enjoy the view of the harbor and mountains from the couch or the “kitchen” table. Or simply step outside to the dock right in front of you. We were able to just walk a very short distance to our tour boats… a couple of buildings away…restaurants, gift shops as well. A 3” drive to the grocery store.
Because of the exceptional location, parking was a little inconvenient. It was about a 2.5” walk to where you parked but drop-off and pick-up locations are much closer.
Communication with the owner was also exceptional. Would definitely return to this place in the future. A great place overall

Wonderful views, super host and extremely comfortable accommodations. The host has thought of everything…if you even say the words “I wonder if they have”, trust me, it will be there. Superb accommodations & attention to details
My husband & I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spotless & had everything we could have needed. It is in a extremely safe & well lit location. Comfortable bedding & mattress along with comfortable furniture to sit on during our down time. We had the most incredible view of the harbor. It was like a picture. Just incredible. We watched all of the comings & goings on the dock. Fish being weighed, cleaned and tourists admiring the boats. The owner had even left binoculars for the viewing. Check in was simple and Sarah communicated with me periodically. I would highly recommend renting on your visit to Seward. I know that my husband & I will reach out to Sarah again on our next visit to Seward. You have “the best”location and a great rental to boot.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location simply cannot be beat! Sarah's place was clean, comfortable, and right at the harbor. We loved watching the boats come and go, and watching the fishermen clean their catch each day. We will stay here again next time we're in Seward.
