Situato sul West End di Molokai nel Kepuhi Beach Resort, il nostro splendido condominio con vista sull'oceano ha tutto ciò che serve per vivere il paradiso aloha. Il letto king size nella camera da letto soppalco e divano letto queen nel soggiorno può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone. This property had an excellent location, beautiful view, close to pool. short walk to ocean and easy access to local sites. A bit "dated", but true to the pictures and had a good layout for 6 adults. I would recommend the pull-out couch for small children vs adults though. Quick response to any questions and easy directions and access to condo. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was well equipped with every little thing you could ever need during your stay. And it was quality, too. :) Nice dishes, nice beach towels, very comfy bed, lots of spices and kitchen implements, etc. We were there during a historically cold and windy week and found the lanai was completely out of the wind; perfect for sitting and watching and listening to the crashing waves. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. There was a little hiccup at first, but the owner was quick to respond and then it was smooth sailing afterward. Condo was well stocked and you can’t beat the views and tranquility.

We had a wonderful visit to Molokai. It was our first time there and we met family from Alaska. Our condo was amazing! Beautiful view from the lanai, very comfortable and convenient. The beach is so close, you can hear the waves. The kitchen is really well equipped so preparing meals was easy. We loved this place and hope to return!

Ted and Nancy’s place is lovely. It has a beautiful ocean view and is a close 5 min walk to the beach. Their place has all the amenities needed. It’s beautifully decorated. They are excellent hosts and responded quickly when I had questions. I highly recommend their condo in Molokai.

A bit surreal with many of the condo’s abandoned and falling apart nearby, but the unit we stayed in was well maintained, had a good view and was perfect location wise for walking to a few beautiful untouched beaches. We were concerned that the lack of AC would be detrimental for sleeping, while we were there it was plenty cool at night. You will need to plan and procure meals since the nearest restaurant is 20-25 minutes away. The small store on site had an amazing variety of food available. We loved it!

This condo was an absolute dream. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, and well stocked. It was the perfect paradise during my four days on Molokai. It is a 30 minute drive from the main town, but the drive is beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on a trip. The lofted bedroom did get a bit warm, but they provided plenty of fans to help draw cool air in from the windows. I plan on staying here again the next time I’m on Molokai.

Our accommodation was great! We loved breakfast on the lanai watching the surf and the whales and the rustling palm trees. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler!!

Great location , Molokai is so much more quiet and non-touristy than the the other islands.

This was our second time at Ted & Nancy’s place. The condo has a wonderful view and it is nicely supplied with the things you’ll need during your stay.

So many details that add up to a very comfortable stay. The pots and pans and dishes are high quality, the knives are sharp, there is a smart TV downstairs and also one upstairs so you can watch a movie on the very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Having the washer and dryer in the unit is icing on the cake. The owners, Ted and Nancy couldn’t be nicer. So helpful and easy. We left a couple of nice “floaties” for the pool. They have a great blender……everything you could ever want or need! I would definitely stay there again. Sheree

Great place for a week’s visit
This condo and the owners are great. The property has some buildings that are unoccupied and falling into disrepair but the property is still well kept. This unit has a great kitchen with anything you’d need. Everything was comfortable and quiet although there us a friendly gecko who occasionally shrieks so having ear plugs, if you’re a light sleeper, might help. The lanai is amazing with an incredible view. Appreciated having Netflix although we didn’t watch it.
The beach is gorgeous but rocky. We wanted to use the boogie board (and fins!) that were available in the condo but ended up chickening out due to wave size and rocks. That said, all the local kids didn’t seem scared at all. This is the place for relaxation. We loved it!

Very nice condo with lovely view of the garden and the ocean. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, shampoo, etc provided. Hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive. Had a wonderful stay. If you want luxury, Molokai is not your special island, but we love it for the low key life style.

Good location, view and a accommodations. Well stocked, incredible amount of spices for any gourmet cook. Instructions detailed and simple to follow. Would go back again. We walked down to a bench to watch for green flash (yes!)every night.

Great retreat
My wife and I researched Molokai in depth before choosing the island as our vacation spot in Hawaii. I recommend anyone considering Molokai do the same since it is not your typical Hawaii tourist hot spot. That said, Ted and Nancy’s place provided the tranquil, peaceful environment we were looking for. Ted and Nancy’s condo is located just a short walk from the closest beach which was beautiful; however, I would recommend having a vehicle (rental car) while on the island to explore other beaches and shopping. The condo has a beautiful little (but full) kitchen that we used for 2 of 3 meals per day. Condo does not have AC; however, there are screens on all the doors/ windows and multiple fans throughout the property which allow for a very pleasant temperature during this time of year. Ted and Nancy were attentive to any questions I had. I used the Messager service of the VRBO app exclusively which worked brilliantly. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet retreat. Thanks again to Ted and Nancy!

In Kepuhi Beach resort which is near the beach and has a great pool! It’s a small condo with good lanai and good views. Overall development a bit depressing because of abandoned buildings.

Perfect Getaway
The condo was exactly as we thought it would be. I was impressed by the amount of kitchen tools - the pots and pans were nicer than what we have at home! A shame that the pool wasn't open due to Covid 19 - we would have loved to been able to use it. Same goes for the barbecue. Wonderful place to just relax and let the world go by!

Hello, we are back from an 8 day stay at the Nancy and Théodore condo in Molokai. What a great experience. This trip was the end of a 4 week trip to discover the different islands of the Hawaiian archipelago. It couldn't be better. The first 3 weeks included a lot of movement and walking. When I got to Maunaloa, Molokai, there was total peace. Large spaces, few people, we could only relax and take our time to contemplate the sea and the neighboring fauna.
Nancy and Théodore's condo is immaculately clean. Comfort is guaranteed. It is very well equipped to meet all our needs. We immediately see that the owners are lovers of cooking, everything is complete and of good quality.
For people who want to relax, we can only recommend 2202…

We loved the condo, location, & sunsets!! It was great & all the information about Moloka’i was helpful... We loved the Farmer’s Market, hot bread, people, etc! A few of the restaurants were closed on Sunday.. but overall everything was great!! Hope to come back & visit! It was relaxing and lovely!

A Great Place to Stay
We had a wonderful time here. The unit is very comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed, well organized, and in a great location. We watched whales from our lanai, surfers and monk seals from the beach in front of the resort, and wild turkeys and axis deer from the grounds around the resort. There are many other great beaches nearby and hiking trails abound. We fished and caught mahi-mahi, moi, and papio - all delicious! The pool, BBQs, and grounds are well maintained, and everything was very clean. Molokai is called The Friendly Isle for good reason: everyone from the owners to the locals were more than helpful and always friendly!

Beautiful condo
Everything about the condo itself was Great! Only issue was TV. Very few stations available. Less than 10. Since the weather was Very stormy, it would have been nice to get CNN or Animal Planet when we had to stay inside. We could have used Amazon Prime but it costs extra and we weren't following any programs.

Paradise!
Our stay in Molokai was amazing! We have especially enjoyed it after a busy and loud week in Oahu. The condo is in the most beautiful part of the island (in our opinion). We have enjoyed walks around the grounds, watched the (what looks like) untouched beaches, loved the sunsets, even saw some seals :) The unit is in a great spot and had everything that it needed. We enjoyed the fresh breeze (thanks to the shutters and the lanai), and the beautiful view from the lanai. The condo was clean and well represented in the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped and we truly appreciated the food that was left behind by the guests (you don't appreciate ketchup until you have to pay $10 for a small bottle, lol). The owners responded promptly to all my questions before the trip.
We highly recommend this unit!

Went to Molaki to get away from rush of people, it was perfect!
Condo was everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. View was outstanding, saw whales every day. Met some very helpful folks. Shuttle was handy, drivers not so friendly. Only thing I would suggest is need 2 keys and better light by the lock box. Thanks so much!
