This cabin is secluded, clean, thoughtful and you can tell the owners care about their property and are meticulous to their guests' experience. We weren't quite expecting the drive up and down the facing outside of Orofino to get to the cabin, but it wasn't too bad and added to its seclusion. You cannot see the River itself really from the cabin, if that's important to you, but we could see the road alongside it. Overall, a great place to stay on a beautiful, well-takem care of property.

What a beautiful place! Extremely quiet! We loved it! The road in isn’t great for larger boats but mine fit. Wasn’t a fan of all the security cameras. Overall a great place and would recommend

The cabin is a great little property, perfect for my husband and I and our dogs.
I will say that the road to access it is steep and winding with a sharp drop off. We didn’t realize it and it surprised us a bit. Just something to be aware of. Otherwise everything was really nice.

We had a comfortable stay. My moose loving husband was a fan of the decor. The kids said the hideabed couches were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped enough for me to make last minute dishes for my daughters wedding. Location was great for us, however if we had been in a low clearance vehicle, it would have been challenging. Wifi worked well enough for me to work, hosting a 2 hour zoom class from the porch.
Only complaints: the beautiful wood stairs are slick with socks, so i took a tumble from the living area to the bathroom, in the middle of the night (thankful it wasnt the loft stairs!)
Kids would have liked access to popular streaming apps (Netflix, hulu, etc) but access was blocked by a code.

Beautiful, clean, and charming. The cabin is tucked back a bit, allowing for privacy. The river is visible through the trees. Wonderful for couples, or small groups.

Very cute and comfortable cabin. Was peaceful and relaxing. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and dogs appreciated being able to run around outside.

Great place to come back to after a full day of fishing. Kitchen well stocked and we used the gas grill several times. Still chilly at night and the wood fireplace made it cozy. Definitely will return.

A beautiful view complimented by a cabin built with great detail. Interior of cabin is gorgeous and has lots of wood and stone. A large deck allows almost a 360 degree view. Lots of wildlife is visible from the cabin. Privacy is well respected

This home has the most amazing views!! I could sit outside on the lanai all day long, just listening to the birds, the river, the wind in the trees. Not to mention the mountains! We were traveling to Orofino for a wedding and this house has the perfect backdrop for the most beautiful photos!!

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is one of the top ones. Very relaxing and in the middle of nowhere. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware. We enjoyed coming back after a day on the lake knowing we would have a great comfortable place to stay. The nightly fires in the fireplace were a plus. We are already planning our next visit.

This cabin was the perfect stay for our fishing weekend. The location is awesome, just outside of town, and surrounded by beautiful woods and mountains. The property is incredibly clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Our favorite parts were the wood-burning stove and the comfortable loft sleeping area. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Great place to stay.
Our stay here was exactly what we needed, quiet, isolated, relaxing, great hosts, and cattle visited us every morning. We spent our time reading, talking, and taking walks with Hank our four legged friend. There is also a great bakery in town.

Very relaxing cabin! Plenty of space, appropriately stocked with everything you need. The chilled wine was most welcome. The drive to the became old hat as the days went on. Kathy was wonderful in responding to a minor maintenance issue. Would rent here again!

Great getaway from daily life
Cabin is just as advertise. You are out in the middle of the woods, in the middle of nature, and it was wonderful. I stayed in the cabin for a week with my dog and we both enjoyed it quite bit (even with the 100+ degree days). Will definitely be coming back, but maybe once its a bit cooler. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Getaway
This cozy cabin is tucked away in a wooded area, with beautiful scenery all around. It was a great way to experience what Idaho has to offer, and it was very relaxing. My favorite part of the stay was walking our dog every morning, observing the deer, turkeys, and beautiful views.

Luxury in the pines
This secluded, off the beaten path, house was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and homey. The only things missing for us were containers for leftovers while there and a light for reading and handcrafts. The owners have thought of pretty much everything!

Idyllic getaway
This place was beyond. Secluded, immaculate and the perfect getaway location. I spent a week up here decompressing with the pup, and we could not have enjoyed it more. The views were outstanding; the cabin was perfect and Kathy (the owner) was quick to respond to questions and offer suggestions. Even the towels were so fluffy! Will definitely be coming again.

Peace & Tranquility
The perfect springtime retreat to renew and regenerate. Upon arrival we thought we had died and gone to Heaven! A birdwatcher’s paradise...the woodpecker couple kept us entertained and the deer, robins and turkeys visited us daily. We emerged renewed and rested.

Beautiful clean and friendly
My wife and I had a great stay. The host communicated with us very well and made sure we had what we needed. The cabin was very clean and had everything you needed. The property was amazing and we saw deer and turkey all the time running around the cabin. I would recommend this to everyone.
