Bellissimo condominio si trova a solo 1 isolato dall'oceano e Mission Bay, ed è situato al confine tra Mission Beach e Pacific Beach. Dall'altra parte della strada (1 isolato) da spiaggia, baia, ristoranti e vita notturna - ma ancora molto tranquillo e confortevole:

This was an amazing condo. Clean, well stocked, two parking spots, location was one block from the beach and a block from
Groceries, restaurants and liquor store.
Easy access to all over San Diego- less than 20 mins to anywhere. Our kids were sad to leave!

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed 8 nights and I think we only got in the car 3 times. Two of the times were to drive to Del Mar for horse racing. One block to the beach and endless shops and restaurants within walking distance. This was our 1st time staying here and we will be back again.

Susie was easy to connect with from the start and when we arrived we were truly happy with all the accommodations at the unit. Great location and 2 parking spots were perfect when we had a couple of friends drop by on different days.
We had all our adult children and they were extremely happy to see the location in the social center of PB.. great food and access to grocery, pharmacy and a great beach spot right across the street. Thanks Susie..

My wife and I gave weekend trip to Sea World and San Diego as a Christmas present to our daughters, sons in law and twin grandsons. This condo was the perfect location. It was a short walk to the beach and bars, a short drive to Sea World and another short drive to a great beach in Mission Bay for an afternoon of paddle boarding. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The condo was clean, roomy and very comfortable. As we left, my eldest daughter asked when we are doing this again, having Christmas in June:) Great place and truly memorable long weekend!

We selected this condo for our family to stay in while we attended a wedding. The condo is right across the street from the resort the wedding was at (The Catamaran) so that was very convenient.
The instructions on getting into the building were not very clear. At first our GPS took us to the back of the building, so we had to backtrack to the other side. Once we parked in the green curved area you have to get out of the car and walk to either the North or South end of the building where there is a tan colored gate with a staircase behind it. These details should have been in the instructions. This is the keypad to use to put the code in. All condos are on the second level.
Once that was all figured out though everything was great! The condo was well equipped with beach supplies, kitchen equipment, etc. we had a toddler with us and the condo had a pack n play, stroller, and high chair as well. We brought our own plug covers for child proofing (and left them there for future use).
We had one small issue with the tub in the downstairs bathroom not draining. After leaving a message with the owner she did call me back and said she’d have a plumber take a look at it the following day (our checkout day). It wasn’t a problem for us as we had already bathed the kids and had no future use for it.
Over all I would definitely stay in this condo again. It was so conveniently located right in between the beach and the bay. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The condo was perfectly located close to the beach. Everything to go for a stroll to sit and enjoy the waves was in the closet. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make home cooked meals. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home, we had the best time.

This condo was perfect for family and friends - clean and well stocked in all areas including items to take for a day out to the beach. Close proximity to everything and very enjoyable experience. Host was informative and communicative - everything was given timely and didn't have a need to reach out for anything. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying here Jan 3-7. Place was just as described. We all slept well in the beds and dedicated bathrooms for teens, parents and grandma. Amazing access to restaurants, bicycle rentals, and grocery store. Owner was prompt in answering questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Really loved our stay. Host was very responsive and instructions to get into the condo were very clear. Location was fantastic and close to everything. Beach, restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. Condo was also well stocked and had everything we needed such as a pack n’ play for my 1.5 year old and toys, chairs for the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here with a family

This beautiful home is one block to the beach! It's also close to Sea World (you don't even have to get on the freeway), Ralph's (a fabulous grocery store), liquor store, and many great restaurants. It's a short drive to the airport. It had everything we needed and more!

First of all, I would like to say how incredibly supportive this host is Sue is such a sweet, amazing woman, and excellent communicator whom went above and beyond to support us feeling comfortable in her home.
Between the time that I booked a place, and when my stay was, I had a horrible accident and became disabled in a wheelchair and was so glad to realize the place was wheelchair accessible. Sur really helped us with arrival getting in and making sure we were comfortable, and the place was nice very close to everything and easy to access so thank you so much.

This place was super clean and the kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of beach toys/towels. Communication with the host was easy, she answered when I called and texted back right away when I had an issue. FYI, it was all operator error, nothing was wrong with the property. But good to know a quick response time will happen if something does go wrong. You may see in other reviews that parking is tight because of a pole. It is tight, but I parked my Expedition in the center spot, and then I parked my friend’s minivan in the pole spot. You will be tight next to each other, but you can park two big vehicles there, you just have to coordinate and be patient. Try that at any other place near the beach with their “mini” versions of a garage. The clearance is 7’4” at the smaller gate if I remember correctly, and higher at the other. Double check with the host if your vehicle is taller. Grocery is a couple blocks away, plenty of restaurants. Also an easy drive to Balboa, the Zoos and La Jolla. Great spot, thanks for being awesome hosts.

This was our 10th annual Girls trip to San Diego. Our usual spot was unavailable. This listing said it sleeps 9 but our group of seven was a very tight fit. We were all very disappointed that there was a 9pm quiet time listed in a book of rules that is not on VRBO. This meant no late night card games or watching football due to this rule being “strictly” enforced by the HOA president that lives next door. There was one private patio about 6’x6’. This area is where you will find the AC unit, the BBQ(which you can only use if you buy your own propane) and a table- leaving room for two people to stand or sit but no more. The other patio pictures are for common areas where the neighbors do not appreciate your noise.

Sue's condo was fantastic for this Canadian family. 3 bedrooms with each bedroom having their own bathroom. It is centrally located in Pacific Beach. We had so many great stores and restaurants to go to.
The condo had everything you would need for a beach vacation. From beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and children's beach toys.
We were 6 adults with an infant (fold out crib and high chair were provided). The condo was perfect for all ages.

This was a great headquarters for exploring San Diego. Just a 1 block walk to the beach (although we preferred the beach near Belmont Park). Being so close to the Bay was amazing with a toddler. The house has an abundance of beach supplies which was awesome - coolers, chairs, umbrella, baby toys, boogie boards, stroller. We had two families plus kids with plenty of room. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is stocked but if you're planning on cooking alot you might need to bring a larger skillet and some mixing bowls. Overall, we absolutely loved our time there and the short walk to the ocean and restaurants.

This was a nice property but some minor issues. The balcony was very small, and you had to move the two person table to squeeze in to BBQ. The “view from the balcony” is a little rough with a neighbors junk filled back yard to the left.
There is parking for 2 vehicles but it is very tight. One of the spots is next to a concrete post, so you must be careful and drive a small to medium sized vehicle.
This was a nice property, but “immaculate” might be a bit of a stretch. We stayed at this property for 2 weeks after staying in a 5 bedroom home for the first 2 weeks and this was much less expensive, but definitely a step down. You could see signs of wear in the interior but still a very nice property.
The owner was very quick to respond with any questions.
A disclaimer for the less than 5-star review…our son in law broke his foot the day before arrival and we had a rainy week so we were stuck inside more than usual for our trips to San Diego! We frequently visit this area and have spent 10 weeks here in the last year.
I would recommend this property and feel it is priced appropriately.
