The friendly, no trouble welcome was a delight. Location was wonderful. A large selection of restaurants to choose from in walking distance.

Parking is a little tight but thankful there was undercover on-site parking.

I mostly enjoyed the location. It was within walking distance to all the restaurants along Surf Parade. The rooms were adequate & spacious. The living room & kitchen area was spacious also.

The view. I kept the curtains closed the whole time due to the construction opposite the building. Can't be helped but it was a real eye sore. Not having toilet paper topped up or towels was a little disappointing but it's all written on the service sheet. It's available at an extra cost for people who're staying short term.

Cleanliness

Single beds were too thin. Bad bed. Bad pillows no blankets Iron destroyed my shorts iron board was broken. No complimentary coffee/tea

Awesome location. Close to all the amenities.

After 11am there was no sun at the pool. And they forgot to mention kids under 12 weren’t allowed to use the Spa . Our TV had no apps and had Foxtel with only the basic channels. And you can just imagine travelling with two children.How much of a nightmare that is. Did speak to that manager and was promised the following day to pop around and sort everything out. Nobody showed I called twice after that. And once again nobody showed up. The carpet in the room had cigarette burns all over it. And stains.

Staff are extremely rude & racist. The hotel is disgusting, infested with bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. When you inform staff they are useless and not sympathetic. Pathetic staff and manager.

Close to Gold Coast tram stop - Broadbeach North. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Close to the casino, if that is your thing.

Booked room for three people. Had to move furniture around in order to fit camp bed in.

Amazing accommodation with splendid views! All facilities provided and so close to the beach!

Only downsides were the pool lost the sun from lunchtime which would be great in the height of summer but not so great on cooler days. The bed was abit hard

The bed was way too small , it was a double bed size for a main bedroom. Everything else was great. I think you just assume you get a queen bed when you book a new hotel and oh yeah there was no Doona just a sheet never seen that before 🤷‍♀️.

Location was great, clean and well maintained.

On arrival and other interactions with the front desk staff was simply awful. Check in and simple questions were met with frowns and absolute disgust. I understand the building is serviced apartments, but there was no basic friendliness or warmth which was super disappointing when you're on holidays. There is construction going on close by and a building coming up next door which will affect the relaxation around the pool.

The location, the staff are amazing.

Unclean, too much dusts, we have to clean so we can enjoy ourselves, we were at the last lever (40th floor) we can hear the wind noise throughout the night, and there was a loud noise from the rooftop on top of our apartment, we couldn’t sleep all night, no toilet paper in the toilets until we have to called and asked for the complimentary toilet papers. Mark on the carpet.

There were maintenance works going on and power tools being used at 7am in the morning on our level! This woke us up every morning when we were there for holidays, it was our time to relax and sleep in but we couldn’t. It sounded like a plane was going to crash through the windows it was so loud. We were not told about the maintenance works, weren’t offered a cheaper rate because of this. If we had’ve been told we would’ve asked to either be moved or for a refund and gone somewhere else it was so loud and wasn’t what we wanted on our holiday.

Traffic noise from freeway meant couldn’t have balcony door open much. Walls were a little dirty and strangely small fridge that didn’t fit the gap, but not a big problem. An extra set of plates and bowls would have been handy.
