Just returned from a week in Apollo Beach, FL and couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in! Location was good- short drive to grocery stores and lots of places to eat! The house came equipped with everything our family needed to enjoy our time, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach toys & accessories, great patio & pool with games, kayaks and awesome views off the dock to watch the sunset! Michael provided great service, with quick communication and even let us check out late! The beds were comfortable and the large sofa & dining area was perfect for family game night! There was plenty of towels and bedding, with 2 sets of washer & dryers which made laundry a breeze! Everything was perfect! The only SMALL suggestion I would have would be to add a few extra hooks in the bathroom and around the pool to hang wet suits & towels-- because lets face it, with a pool like that, we were in there every day! :) Thank you for letting us use your home to create beautiful memories!

We kayaked, had family photos, went to Legoland but other than that, stayed at the house. Cooked every meal except one when son brought home pizza on the way back from Legoland. Enjoyed the house very much. A few issues but Mike was always there to take care of them. A lot had to due with him not having knowledge of them. I would choose this location again and again. Grocery stores are conveniently located too!

Our family enjoyed our stay and time in Apollo Beach! The house was just as listed and had tons of amenities!!! The family really enjoyed the pool, fishing, and playing pool. Michael was extremely responsive to every question and responded very quickly.

The house was exactly as listed. There was something for everyone at this house - pool, hot tub, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, beach gear. Located on a nice, quiet channel. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the property. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and we loved our time there. Only drawback was the fourth bedroom which was not connected to the main house. Created a logistics/safety issue for the kids staying in that room.

A beautiful open concept home, amazing pool, great dock for fishing and outdoor area that you want to live in forever. Amenities were so many… beach toys, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella ready to go. The outside seating with fans and lights really made it so comfortable. My little ones loved everything about this place and we cannot wait to come back:-)

We loved the house! As you walk in the front door you can see straight through to the pool, coconut trees and canal! It’s a great house!!!

We lived our time here. The property is clean and Michael is the best host we have had. The only thing to note, the fourth bedroom is not accessible from the house. You have to go out onto the pool deck to get to it. This made it so we couldn’t use it with our young children.

My family came to town for a youth sporting event. I am so happy that we found this perfect house to stay in while in town. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were heated and the water was clear and clean - we all enjoyed both everyday! Coffee on the dock in the morning was so nice. We also spent time kayaking. There are two grocery stores near by and many restaurants to choose from . The home owner was friendly and helped us with anything we needed. It was an excellent getaway!

Every thing about this house is amazing! Our family absolutely loved this house, the pool, the kayaks and the fishing. There was so much to do and enjoy you really don’t have to leave the property. My kids are already asking about returning and we haven’t even made it home. Definitely a vacation packed with memories.

This was our family’s #1 favorite vacation rental so far and we have stayed in many over the years. The house and property were even better in person. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful inground pool and on the back patio. The Dock is probably the biggest and nicest dock in the area. We enjoyed watching wildlife like manatees and dolphins 🐬 in the mornings from the dock. We caught plenty of fish right from the dock. Coffee in the mornings sitting on the lounge chairs around the pool was our favorite. The house was so nice that we decided to skip some of our plans and stay in. Thank you to the host Michael for everything!

Our family spent a week at this property and had a wonderful time. Our children loved the pool, fishing off the dock, and going kayaking for the first time. My son even saw a manatee while he was fishing! There was plenty of room for our family of 9, and the homeowner was very prompt at replying back with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay at this property again. Our only complaint is that vacation never lasts long enough. 😊 Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This was our first family trip with all our kids and grandkids. This house was perfect and very cozy. Between the pool and the kayaks the kids had a blast. We would definitely come back.

This property was great! Very nice and clean, perfect space for our two families. Everything was as advertised. The kids enjoyed the pool, fishing, kayaking, the bikes, tennis, corn hole and the jenga! Great family memories were made!

Really nice house. Very clean, comfortable for two families with teenagers! The house was well stocked with all the kitchen amenities. The house is spacious. Comfortable beds in all the rooms. The pool area was a big hit! Very relaxing! We all enjoyed it very much. It was always sunny ( we had perfectly hot & sunny weather this past week). The house is in a quiet neighborhood, grocery stores located just a few minutes away ( Publix & Winn Dixie). We enjoyed the Manatee Viewing area at Big Bend, seeing the sea turtles at the sanctuary area, we also made a lot of day trips - to Disney for one day, St Petersburg, Anna Maria Island, and Busch Gardens. Kids and adults were tired and happy to have the comfortable house to come back to at the end of each day. The teens even enjoyed walking to the neighbors park a few blocks away. We had a wonderful stay in Apollo Beach. Michael was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. He was also very quick in responding to questions. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks and games available at the house. We had plenty to do during our stay. The house was very clean and came stocked with almost anything you could need. We’d love to come back if we visit the area again!

This home was great for our family vacation! The home owner was so communicative - before we arrived he suggested spots to visit, then when we arrived he was a call away with questions and to swap out life jackets and bikes to meet our family’s needs.

We were happy to get out of Atlanta, where it was rainy and cold. The month flew by. Apollo beach is a nice residential community. We enjoyed the ho tub, pool and fishing off the dock, kayaking, paddle boards and golf. Mike and Eva were very accommodating.

We had a great time at this lovely house. Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels and supplies. Pool was great - a little cold even while heated but it was also early January. Fished off the dock and caught something! Nice grill and well stocked kitchen. Loved being on the water. Quiet neighborhood that felt a little far from “stuff” but then we found two great restaurants close by with outdoor seating which was fun. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house and Mike is a terrific host who responded quickly to a couple of questions I had while we were at the property. The pool and hot tub are perfect, as is the BBQ area, all of which are really important to have a good week at a rental. We liked the location and it was easy a quick to get to Ybor and Tampa, as well as to go south. I would highly recommend this property to any families looking for a good house, great pool and central location. Thanks Mike!!

Lots of fun to be had. The house had most everything you would need and more. Any issues were resolved quickly, Michael was a great host. Fourth bedroom is entered through pool deck for younger children may be an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Look no further, this is the house to rent. The house was beautiful and the pool and spa were so much fun. It also had kayak’s, bikes. Etc. Everything you need to have a special vacation. The host was terrific will rent again.

Beautiful Home in a Great Neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The house was gorgeous. Everything we needed was available. Eva checked in a few times throughout our stay. We had an awesome time. The kids loved the pool. We spent so much time on the back patio. Definitely looking forward to staying again.

Awesome place to stay!!
This house was beautiful, very clean and had everything for our family. We had our grandson who is 2 and our adult kids. Enjoyed the pool, the water and going to the sand bar. This house was very convenient to everything we needed. Thanks for the great vacation and the wonderful bottle of wine, we will be back!!
