I booked this house for a weekend stay in the Hamptons with my friends for my birthday. It was GREAT! Mark was so easy to work with and was so helpful with a list of things to do in the area.

This house worked out very well for our family of 10 including six adults and four small children. With beautiful weather we spent much of the time in the lovely pool and barbecuing many nights. Location was perfect with a short walk into town and 10 minute drive to the beach.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! The house is very spacious, with both perfect outdoor amenities and a very desirable location. What made the visit even more enjoyable was host Mark's hospitality, friendliness and helpful proactive information ensuring a top experience. Great host and house, 5 stars!

We had an amazing stay at Mark’s house. To start, Mark was very communicative and attentive. We had to communicate with him for a few things (misplaced delivery, locked the code, etc.) and he was great at all times.
The house is really beautiful - just like the pictures show. It is really well equipped (the pantry, beach chairs, towels, etc). It is very spacious. I went with a group of 12 friends and there was enough room for everyone.
It was a girls trip so we didn’t bring our kids, but were able to see that there are many things for kids too.
We had a great time and I would love to go back soon!

This was the ultimate stay for my girls trip! From the resort-style pool in the back to the immaculate interior, this place is a dream! Mark was a gem to work with. I hope to return someday!

We stayed for a weekend in February. 3 adults, 2 college students and 2 high school age girls. We had so much fun. Space was great for everyone to be together, cook, play music, games etc. It was a snowy weekend and the kids had so much fun outside. Rooms were beautiful.

We had an amazing time at Mark's house. The home is clean and well maintained with many amenities that made the weekend extra special (cool nights by the fire pit were especially awesome)! We booked our stay for a combination of a mini family getaway and also an opportunity to get together with family and friends to see our baby. The house was spacious enough to have multiple people and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking multiple meals. The house was beautiful, especially the master suite. Had our family get together at Mark’s place for Christmas and New Year’s and had a great time. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is an easy 10 min walk to town of Westhampton Beach. The house had plenty of room for a large gathering and Was well stocked. One item for families with small children or elderly parents is that all bedrooms required stair access that are fairly steep. We just blocked off the stairs and carried our 18 month old twin granddaughters up and down. Overall a great experience and would consider renting again - especially during warmer months when the pool is available.

We spent Thanksgiving week at Mark’s house and it was the perfect place for our family gathering. We were a group of 10 adults, an infant, and a dog. The house has more than enough space for everyone to spread out when needed, but also felt cozy when we were gathered around the kitchen counter or seated in the dining room for meals.
Mark was very communicative throughout the booking process, as well as during our stay. He was a gracious host and provided early check in, as well as flexibility when we needed it during checkout (getting a baby, dog and all of their gear out is a logistical challenge!), which was greatly appreciated.
The house itself is beautiful — very clean, well maintained, and comes with everything you could need! We loved that we didn’t have to lug around extra baby gear because Mark had it all — cribs, high chairs and even a playpen! The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with everything you need (pots, pans, spices and seasonings) for whipping up big meals. Toiletries and lots of towels are available, as well as necessities like paper towels and tissues, and access to a washer / dryer — these details make a stay so much more relaxing, when you feel like you’re actually staying in a home. We spent most of our time at the house, and felt like we had plenty to do, between grilling meals in the backyard, playing pool on the convertible pool table and just generally hanging out in the kitchen / living room area. If you have kids, this is a great house to stay in — tons of toys and equipment suited for young kids if all ages. Our baby and dog had a blast exploring the house.
I would definitely book again for another gathering, hopefully next time in the summer so that we can enjoy the pool!

The overall impression is very favorable. Only significant suggestion is that the garage needs to be cleaned out and organized. It is offputting because that is the first thing you see. It is also not great for children since there is so much clutter at eye level. Definitely interested in future. Thanks.

The house has a beautiful pool and is on a beautiful property. Very kid friendly with lots of toys and bikes. The house is in a great location. Five minutes to the town. And the property owner was helpful and communicative throughout.

A relaxing fun week in The Hamptons
The home is beautiful very comfortable and clean. You can tell Mark put a lot of thought into the home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful airy rooms, the modern style and amenities, and the private pool and back yard.

Great house for families
We rented this property so we could spend quality time with family and friends in the area. We had a great time, Mark was super helpful. We loved the heated pool, fire pit, and the kids loved the bouncy house. There were plenty of pool towels. We also used the bicycles to ride to the beach. Such an awesome stay, we hope to get back there soon.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Marks beautiful house! The house is exactly as pictured. The home is a large space that comfortably fit my family and I, with guests ranging from adults to young adult and children. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own privacy, but to also enjoy each other’s company with the openness of the space. We especially enjoyed the backyard, which has a beautiful heated pool, fire pit, grill, and loungers. Marks home is truly a gem! If you are looking for a five star rental, with a host who will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great time, this is the place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The house is very spacious with a huge backyard. There are shops and supermarket within 2 miles of driving. We were able to enjoy the pool in May since it’s heated. The owner Mark is super friendly and easy to communicate. His response time is almost immediate. Overall it was an amazing experience and we would love to visit again!
