Questa struttura esecutiva è arredata secondo i più alti standard ed è meravigliosamente attrezzato per ospitare 6 persone. L'area piscina e terrazza si affaccia a sud su un piccolo stagno e il campo da golf White Marsh nella comunità Rotonda West.
Lo spazio living piano ha soffitti cattedrale e vivere pienamente integrato, sala da pranzo e cucina. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e due serie di cursori per la piscina e il relativo bagno padronale ha una separata romana doccia e vasca in marmo. Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e proprio bagno en-suite doccia che ha anche accesso alla zona della piscina. Camera da letto 3 ha un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno famiglia ha una vasca con doccia. Tutti i bagni hanno asciugacapelli. Una cucina completamente attrezzata comprende anche una lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani e teli piscina.
L'enorme 50 gabbia ha una zona patio coperto con tavolo patio e 6 sedie. La piscina a forma libera è solare, più elettrico riscaldata e intorno ad esso è abbondanza di spazio della piattaforma per i 4 chaises. C'è anche un barbecue a gas. Nel garage ci sono sedie a sdraio / ombrellone e biciclette ad uso degli ospiti.
Questa casa è idealmente situato a soli 10 minuti dalle spiagge locali a Englewood e Boca Grande Isola. Ci sono 7 spiagge pubbliche entro 7 miglia con attrezzature per la pesca d'acqua salata di prima classe e sport acquatici tutto a portata di mano. The villa is very tired. Sofas uncomfortable as foam not great quality. Bedding very washed out in Master bedroom, ice maker in freezer not working, management company tried to repair, but could not.
Rooms and patio all good sizes, master bathroom very good size with lovely shower space, pool bath off the pool deck, very convenient. Lounge and bedrooms all good size with good storage.
Cooker old. Plastic glasses in pcor condition many need to be binned.
Lack of crockery and cutlery for 6 person villa.
Pool area good sized, lovely pool but no handrail if you needed one, also net not longnenough to reach derp into the pool.
Pool furniture very old, cushions badly marked with sunscreen etc! Chairs for the patio table are mainly broken with cracked seat tubes so only 2 to use safely!
There are bikes but only one was fit (just) to use, others had broken brake cables, buckled wheels and wrecked handle bar covers and flat tyres. They need replacing or removing, as if they are not maintained, they are a safety issue.
Beach chairs are wrecked rusty with sharp metal exposed. We were lucky to find two at a beach that had been left by other holidaymakers and we used these during two weeks of our stay.
If we had booked this for 6 people it would have been very disappointing. Not great value for the cost in our view as we have stayed at.many villas in Rotonda over 23 years at relatively much less cost and they have exceeded the standard of this villa.

Ideal location, good facilities and in general a Villa with potential. Unfortunately it does appear and present itself as tired. The patio furniture needs replacing, covers were sweat stained ( loungers), and chairs all had something not working/broken. Carpets inside are becoming foot worn, kitchen glasses and utensils are cheap/plastic or few in number. There was no welcome pack as promised in the handbook nor additional Bin bags etc. Towels were plenty but quite thin and becoming frayed. WE did enjoy our stay but were disappointed with the level of care paid to make the experience really positive.

Probably a nice property 20years ago. Carpeting is soiled. Deck furniture is seriously broken. Master bed is pitiful. Goodwill would not accept the furniture in this place. Kitchen is a mish mash of various plates.ice maker broken. Clothes washer dirty and broken. No railing to enter or exit pool. Worst lawn in the neighborhood. There's lots more but you get the idea. Property managers however were very attentive and responded well. Weve rented in Rotonda for over 10 years this is three only property we would not recommend.

This is a beautiful spacious home with 5 golf courses within a 20 minute drive. If you are planning on having the pool heated, there is a 7 day minimum rate, which we didn't get to use as it rained almost every day we were there. There is alot to do in the area if you are not going for the golfing. The only negative we had were as listed.
-No toilet paper or paper towels furnished
-Their linens need to be upgraded. The towels and sheets were tatered and faided.
-No Kcup coffee pot.
-The garage was dirty and unorganized.
These are things that mattered to our family and may not effect you in any way.

The home was amazing other than a few vital things. It was easy to access and a great location. The home was very clean and tidy, had plenty of dishes, bedding, towels etc.
My issues were as follows:
1. The master bed was absolutely hard as a rock. Upon sitting on it, we could hear and feel the springs. Therefore we did not use the master bed which left us in the guest room. Luckily we didn't have a need for the extra room. However, being the people who paid, we felt we should have had a nice experience in the master suite.
2. None of the bikes were in shape to be ridden. All of the bike tires are bad and cannot be aired up.
3. The beach umbrella was not functional. We did buy a beach umbrella and left it there for future vacationers.
4. Upon reading the rules, we found that many things should have been disclosed in the listing. I found the request to turn the air up to 82 when away from the house for the day to be ridiculous considering we visited in July with 100° plus heat index.

My husband and I rented for six weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The house was large and clean. The lanai was beautiful, very private and where we spent most of our time! It was very spacious and the lounge chairs were so comfortable. The pool was beautiful and it was kept very clean. A few small problems that we had were fixed very quickly. Would certainly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed our one month stay. The pool was wonderful and well worth the reasonably priced heating surcharge. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances functioned well. Property managers Susan and Dylan were extremely pleasant, helpful and promptly responded to requests. (e.g. barbecue propane tank refill, replacing light bulbs).

Property was great. Ian cut our stay. shortened Evan refunded for unused nights. Waiting to see if VRBO will do the same for booking charges and taxes. Enjoyed our week at Evan's property. Property Managers were excellent.

The property was great for my wife and I. When we arrived there were many lightbulbs out in the property. I myself replaced several before calling the property manager who came over the next day and replaced the rest. In addition the outside needed some general cleaning. The garage door is stained as is the walls outside next to the front door with what appeared to be mold. After our initial visit from the property manager to replace the bulbs they came back the next day and did some general trimming of the front yard landscaping that was needed. They also sprayed the staining next the the front door.
Instructions should be provided for how to operate the TV. It was difficult to get set up.
Pool was very nice and well kept. Some of the outdoor furniture needs repair or replacement. Only saw the pool cleaner there once and he did not vacuum the pool which was needed after a storm.
While these are all minor things all in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

This home has bright, clean and big rooms. We liked that each bedroom has its own bath. We didn't need much but the manager Justine made her self available. The neighbors are friendly. The pool area is spacious, private and well maintained. We were on Cape Haze for golf and beaches and this home is in an ideal location. The owners have a booklet on the kitchen counter that is very informative on the house and local restaurants. The house has almost everything you would need while staying there. Beds were comfortable. We will stay again when in the area. The Beck's & Davis'

This place was so perfect for our 4 person family! The size of the home, the pool, the location, the amenities all were great. Only small complaint would be that the house seems that it haven’t been deep-cleaned in a while....a bit dusty, but overall very organized, put together, and tidy.

House itself was well designed but definitely needs a deep clean. Grill was not working properly nor was bike pump. Most aggravating was we chose this house as it was listed with heated pool only to find out it cost an additional $10/day to heat it. Owner was responsive to request for Netflix by providing a firestick. Overall very pricey for the accommodations.

The house was very well laid out and clean with a very nice pool and comfortable furniture. It is very close to the Rotonda golf courses. The place could use a bit of sprucing up but was generally in very good shape. When we arrived the BBQ Grill was not clean - but that is something that is supposed to have been done by the previous renters. The wall to wall white rug is clean but has some noticeable stains. One owner provided bike had a flat tire (bad tube) that we could not fix - all the bike tires were flat when we arrived but there is a hand pump and we were able to get all but this one to hold air. We had a couple of fire alarms start chirping and the cleaning firm was quick to provide replacement batteries which took care of the issue. The guest bathrooms could use a towel rack or two. Overall though, this was a very nice place - we enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental to others..

Great location, convenient to all local attractions and great neighbors. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Only two points of concern. First, the solar heating took 3-4 days to get the pool comfortable and second, the mattress in the master needs to be replaced. Otherwise, a GREAT location.
