Venite a rilassarvi e godetevi questo monolocale con vista sul golfo di respiro. Situato al secondo piano in modo da poter sentire l'onda e sentire la brezza dell'oceano. Ha porta a schermo in uragano, in modo da poter aprire le porte della porta e patio per sentire la brezza dell'oceano.

The room was perfect. The view was amazing and the walk to the beach is very short. The staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with Carol was great. She makes sure the guest have everything they need for a relaxing stay.

All good except had to wait 1 hour for the cleaning crew. Check in was 4 but wasn’t ready until 5 and no one advised so we just had to wait in the heat.

Perfect for rest and relaxation!!
I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past 2 years. I recently stayed and my experience was amazing as always. Owner gives great check in/check out info and will communicate whenever you have a question. The condo has everything you need... starting with a fabulous view of the ocean from instide the condo and from the balcony where you can hear the waves, all kitchen supplies, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a wagon to pull them over the walkway to the beach, cable, wifi, etc!. Great getaway!! Highly recommend and I will definitiely be returning to this charming condo!

That was a huge plus bc we didn’t have to pack and bring our own stuff from home and load and unload it multiple times. She has great communication and is very welcoming. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Amazing Birthday weekend!!
This condo has EVERYTHING you need for an amazing and comfortable beach experience!! That's why I keep coming back!! The ocean views are fabulous and the beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs provided) are easy to transport to the beach in the provided wagon! I was greeted with a birthday surprise. It was a fabulous weekend! Carol communicates quickly if you have any questions. Super great experience!

We had difficulty with the front entrance and had to have assistance to unlock and open on several occasions. We were not able to open the balcony door to enjoy sitting out there to enjoy the view. The track for the door was stuck with dirt and the screen would barely slide. Not being able to enjoy the balcony was disappointing. The space was well appointed, but we did find a pair of shoes left by a previous tenant. Property was fine as a whole.

The condo is a very short drive to all of the best restaurants and shops. The privacy was amazing for our little family. The unit was super clean and had all of the necessities. The host stayed in contact and available for any questions we had. We felt like we gained a friend through her. We cannot wait to come back, and we will definitely be staying in 111 again. Don’t miss out on this place. I could go on and on.

Our little family of three absolutely loved staying in this beachfront condo. No detail was overlooked! We had fresh coffee every morning and our own private beach entrance. Sunsets on the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We felt very safe and the property is extremely well cared for. We would stay here again, one thousand percent!!

Mosquitos can be an issue around the condo, especially near/after dark, but we picked up some bug spray from a local store that kept them away from us. The listing says 2 bath, but the condo itself only has 1.

The room appeared to have been recently refreshed as everything was so clean and new looking. The bedding was so soft and the towels were wonderfully fluffy and white. The property was manicured nicely and the walk to the beach was a joy on the boardwalk provided. The beach was so clean and not crowded at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
