Bellissimo condominio 2BR / 2BA a Park Place nel centro di Breckenridge ... Questo spazioso condominio è un'unità terminale all'ultimo piano, che offre incredibili viste a 270 ° sul Monte. Baldy, la città e le piste da sci sono tutte in un luogo tranquillo e silenzioso (senza i rumorosi passi del vicino dall'alto!). Può ospitare comodamente fino a 7 persone e ti accoglie con un layout perfetto; due camere da letto separate, molto private, cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e balcone privato. L'unità ha il wifi gratuito ad alta velocità.
La camera da letto n. 1 ha un'atmosfera rustica di montagna con letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, bagno privato con cabina doccia a vapore separata.
La suite n. 2 offre un ambiente accogliente e tranquillo con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, una TV a schermo piatto, un bagno privato con vasca / doccia separate. Asciugamani, shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma sono forniti per i nostri ospiti! Tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani e lenzuola forniti sono nuovi di zecca !!
L'ampio soggiorno offre splendide viste da ogni finestra, un bellissimo camino a gas moderno, una grande TV a schermo piatto con sistema audio, un divano letto queen size e comodi posti a sedere per tutti.
Il condominio offre anche un ripostiglio esterno per gli sci con un comodo lucchetto a combinazione. Appena fuori dalla porta e giù per le scale ci sono due vasche idromassaggio e un pozzo del fuoco per il relax dello sci Apres. C'è un ampio parcheggio (coperto e aperto) e riceverai un permesso di parcheggio prima del tuo arrivo.
Altre tre vasche idromassaggio e una grande piscina riscaldata sono solo pochi minuti a piedi.
La posizione di Park Place non può essere battuta ... Prendi l'autobus navetta gratuito proprio dall'altra parte della strada per colpire le piste: - ascensore Snowflake (fino al Peak 8) o Beaver Run (fino al Peak 9). Quando hai finito di sciare, scia giù per le quattro, scendi dagli sci e attraversa la strada per tornare al condominio.
Pronto a navigare in città? Basta camminare a pochi passi attraverso il bellissimo Blue River Bridge e sei proprio nel centro della città, dove troverai ristoranti, negozi e gallerie mentre ti godi lo scenario mozzafiato che circonda Breckenridge.

Very functional, comfortable unit just a block from the city center and so many incredible shops and restaurants. It’s very quiet with the windows closed but the vehicular noise is noticeable with the windows down. The unit is on the third floor with a very nice balcony and incredible view. No elevator however which is only a problem for flatlanders 😊. Overall a great place to stay!

We stayed here for a family trip through CO. This was an excellent property. Very clean, very spacious. Communication was perfect and there were even some snacks and coffee pods! So nice to stay here. Downtown shops/restaurants are literally a short walk. If we go back to Breckenridge next year, we will be booking this place!

Fabulous location for us. There for 5 days in Mid August to enjoy the mountains in the summer. Easy access to hiking trails and downtown shops and restaurants. (Esp enjoyed Aurum & Radicato). The condo is quite comfortable with good beds/ baths and a kitchen with all necessary utensils. Only observation that may be important to some, no elevator and unit is on the 3rd floor.

The location of this condo could not have been better. It is one block from the center of Main Street and a short walk to the Gondola and to the Breckenridge Troll. We did not need our car once we arrived. Condo had everything we needed for a short stay.

Honestly the pictures don't do the property justice. The views are breath-taking in any direction you look. The walk to town is two minutes away and couldn't be more convenient. The condo was well stocked w/ every essential and more. Jeff and Connie were available immediately and had a solution in an instant when I realized I forgot to print our parking pass. My family and I couldn't be more pleased w/ our decision to stay here and would love to come back again.

I stay at a lot of vrbo places. I even own one myself. I am impressed with this property and the owner's efforts to inform the guests and present a top tier property. This condo is decorated very nicely and is quite comfortable. It has everything you could need in addition to great communication from the owner/manager. The location is very convenient to get to all the places you would might want to visit in Breck.

We enjoyed our stay here despite an injury our daughter sustained while snowboarding. The condo was a great place to rest after a day on the slopes and we found it very well appointed with plenty of towels, kitchen items, room for games/movie nights/family fun. Jeff and Connie were VERY accomodating and we would definitely stay here again. Everything with the condo was exactly as we had hoped- the ski locker was very convenient and the hooks and shelf in the entryway made coming and going easy. We're hoping for a redo- injury-free vacation next time!

Thank you for providing such clean accommodations for our family trip. It was easy to get to the Snowflake Lift and the shuttle to the other peaks. It was also easy to walk for a nice dinner into town to cap a perfect day.

Location, location, location! Main St is within walking distance and has so many restaurants and shops to choose from. Condo is on the 3rd floor which wasn’t an issue for us but I did see another family using a rope to hoist their suitcases and coolers up to their balcony. It was well stocked with cooking items, towels, shampoo, conditioner body wash etc. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Breckenridge.

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location to the slopes and to the town was key to us choosing this unit. The bed in the second bedroom was hard as a board. Would suggest putting a mattress cover over it to soften it a bit.

The condo was perfect for our stay in Breck! beautiful views, well stocked kitchen and very clean!! The dryer didn’t work well, so we had to air dry most of our clothes so just a heads up!! Otherwise everything was great - would stay again! Very convenient location to skiiing and Main Street!

This was a perfect place for our family. A lift is just a small hike up the hill. The walk to downtown was the perfect amount. The condo was beautiful, well equipped, clean abs cozy. We will definitely go back!

We meet our sons for a weekend and absolutely enjoyed the condo. Great communication with the owner for our stay. We used the large crock pot to make soup. All the beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out sofa. Three bus stops within a short walk and easy to ski back to the condos across the street. The third story location offer great views of downtown Breckenridge. The only downside was the ski locker was on the third floor next the condo, we started leaving our skies in our car rather than carrying them up and down the three flights of stairs, this worked really well. We all would highly recommend this home for a wonderful ski vacation.

We spent a wonderful thanksgiving at this condo. The location is great for access to restaurants and shopping. Thankfully covered parking is provided since it snowed. The interior is just as shown. We snuggled in front of the fireplace and watched Christmas movies on a cold evening. We even used the hot tub multiple times. It was a perfect stay.

It was extremely close to all the shops and restaurants in town! I let my teenagers leave and walk through main street. It is also a short walk to the ski lifts, so perfectly located. We didn't get in the car all weekend.
The condo is well laid out and very roomy even for a 2 bd 2 ba. It slept our family easily. There are great views of the mountains and town. We had a great time and you will too!
