Grazie per aver dedicato del tempo per vedere il nostro 'casa lontano da casa.' Abbiamo recentemente completato una completa ristrutturazione e aggiornando continuamente la nostra proprietà, quindi siamo sempre molto felici di condividere con i nostri ospiti. Il Summerhouse fornisce uno dei più rilassanti, alloggi adatti per famiglie su Panama City Beach. Vi è la sicurezza 24 ore, ascensori veloci, e si parcheggia sempre vicino ... anche durante l'alta stagione!
La nostra unità 4 ° piano può ospitare fino a 7 persone con un letto matrimoniale nel master con vista sul golfo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e c'è una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice in unità per la vostra convenienza.
Il nostro balcone si affaccia 2 piscine laguna (1 riscaldata in inverno), una vasca idromassaggio, una piscina per bambini, e un grande gazebo di fronte alla spiaggia. Altri servizi sono elencati di seguito e tutte le attrezzature sono disponibili presso la reception.
Tutte le unità di The Summerhouse sono non fumatori e non sono ammessi animali. Gli ospiti devono essere di 25 anni a meno che l'unità è occupata da un genitore o legale tutore o gli ospiti sono legata da vincolo matrimoniale. This is by far our favorite resort we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. The Condo was very comfortable and the owner's were very responsive. The pools and pool area were well kept and the lobby was dry and did not have the musty smell from people dripping all over the place. We used the pools often because most of our days were single or double red flag days, but that was okay with us because we had 2 littles that don't like sand, HOWEVER, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FLAGS AND DON'T RISK IT. There were 5 people that drowned in the week we were in PCB and 3 were right in front of us. The rip current kills many more than the sharks do!! Pay attention and just don't risk it!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AND THE RESORT.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Steps to the ocean, beautiful view of the ocean, comfortable bed, close to the grocery store, I could have stayed forever. Mike and Jana had stellar communication and very professional. Would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. I was able to do laundry and cook meals for my family. We had a great view of the ocean from our room as well. Oh and loved having the beach chairs!

Great condo. Fourth floor in center building at Summerhouse. Great pool area. Easy check-in. Great communication with owners. Mike and Jana are GREAT! Comfy beds, room was clean. We will be back!

My sisters and I take an annual beach trip. There were three of us this time. One wasn't able to make it. We had a fabulous time! We love to stay on Thomas Drive because there aren't as many people as on Front Beach Road. This condo was perfect for us! The beds were extremely comfortable. It's beach front, so the views are magnificent. The kitchen had everything we needed. And Mike and Jana were the best! Great hosts, great family, great location, great home away from home...What more could you need!!!

We had a great time on our family vacation. This was definitely the shortest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The convenience of where the condo is located is amazing. Everything was clean and really great for the six of us. The owners were amazing hosts, and we will definitely visit again.

We stayed at Mike and Jana’s condo in Panama City Beach for our March vacation and it was the most perfect place for us. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and nicely located on the 4th floor overlooking the pools and perfect view of the ocean and pure white sand! What a bonus to have the beach chairs and umbrella included!
Having so many restaurants and beach stores to walk to is great too.
Mike and Jana were very quick to respond to texts and are so very kind. I would recommend staying at their property, as they really care about their guests.

This property is by far the cleanest, most outstanding property I have rented at Panama City Beach, and I've been vacationing there for 35 years! The condo has everything you need for your "home away from home." Mike and Jana are wonderful at communicating and answered any questions I had immediately! The staff at Summerhouse is very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the proximity of the condo to the pools and beach. It is a very short walk to both, and my arthritic knees were easily able to make it to either. The location is perfect; the condo is located on the quiet, family-friendly end of the beach and there are grocery and convenience stores very close by. We visited Pier Park one day and it is only a short drive. The beach chair service is exceptional and a big reason I chose this property. The condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We plan to return to this gem, and very highly recommend it to anyone interested in a fantastic experience! Thank you, Mike and Jana for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach home!

Our family loved our stay! Mike and Jana has a beautiful clean condo and the beach chair set up daily was so nice. Location was perfect with not being in the tourist part of PCB but close enough to all attractions! We will be staying here again.

Great Place to stay!
The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner were fantastic. Our son forgot his backpack with his toys in it, when the cleaners came in to clean they found the backpack and let the owners know. Before we even make it home the owner were I touch with us and offered to mailed us the backpack. They made our son's day. The only down fall was when we got to the Cando there was a funny smell, I think it was from the cleaning supplies that they used. But after a couple of day the smell got better.

Beautiful condo, family friendly place
Mike and Jana’s condo is beautifully updated and made us feel right at home. Check-in and out was a breeze and communication with Mike and Jana was great. The condo was nice and spacious. Very clean, and nice proximity to the beach. Summerhouse is in a more “quiet” area of PCB and it was just what we wanted, very family friendly. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We like to bounce around and try new places, but if/when we come back to PCB, Mike and Jana’s condo will be our go to place. Thank you for opening up your condo for others to enjoy.

Condo Stay
The condo was very nice. They just need to leave more than one garbage bag and more toilet paper. We had to buy toilet paper to finish out the week.

The owners Mike and Jana are fantastic! They communicate thru the entire process which is refreshing. The genuinely care and want you to be happy. The condo has an amazing view, super clean and has all the necessary essentials. The check-in was super easy as they just give you a code and you can walk right into the room. The complex is older but very well kept and the pool area is fantastic! The parking is great as its a lot directly in front of the building. We can't say enough good things about the owners and the complex. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mike and Jana for everything!

What an amazing week we just returned from! The condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything about this unit was just as pictured. Mike and Jana the owners, were great to work with and answered every question promptly and warmly! We would absolutely not hesitate to return to this unit. Thank you for an amazing week! My grandchildren did not want to come home and neither did the adults!!! We cannot wait to be back! Thank you! The Ward and Fritch families!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!
We absolutely loved Mike and Jana’s condo in PCB! The pools were beautiful and our toddler loved the kiddie pool! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable! The master bedroom was perfect! I loved that it had windows looking out at the ocean and the bed was so comfy! We also loved the complementary beach chairs! And Mike and Jana were the best! They were responsive and quick! We will definitely be back!

This unit gets a 5 star rating. Everything was as pictured and was really nice. There were no letdowns. No a far walk to the beach and our kids loved the pools. The location was the best part for me because the unit is close to the action without being right in the middle of everything. The owners were friendly and checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory.
