Luxurious Beach Front Condo On Siesta Key
Bella 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni condominio sulla splendida Crescent Beach, Siesta Key, FL. Votato come la migliore spiaggia degli Stati Uniti da TripAdvisor nel 2017, questo complesso sulla spiaggia è un'ottima zona di vacanza in famiglia per tutte le età. La sabbia bianca non è mai troppo calda, l'acqua è sempre cristallina e molto soleggiata tutto l'anno!
Crescent Siesta Key è un complesso intimo, completato nel 2006, di sole 26 unità situate direttamente sul Golfo del Messico. Due edifici nel complesso, il nostro condominio (unità 404) si trova nell'edificio sulla spiaggia con 16 unità; portico posteriore si affaccia sulla piscina con terrazza e l'edificio est. Ci sono 2 piscine, una piscina fronte golfo con spa e una piscina terrazza di secondo livello che separa i 2 edifici; entrambe le piscine sono dotate di barbecue a gas, tuttavia questa unità è dotata anche di una griglia a gas privata sulla veranda posteriore. Couldn’t have enjoyed more! Step out to beautiful pool or private beach. Automated entry, checkin, and checkout. Across the street from grocery, restaurants, shopping ! Full laundry available inside unit. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the huge living/dining room. We hope to become yearly regulars!

This unit had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and cared for. We are a family of 6 and we appreciated all the amenities, esp the grill, beach closet, kitchen, and the wash machine/dryer. The property and pool area felt safe and was very clean. We’ve been staying on Siesta for the last 20+ years and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in a great location on Siesta Key Beach. Directly across the street from restaurants, groceries and bars. Easy, close and covered parking in a very secure building. Spacious bedrooms; 2 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed. The view was gorgeous...2 balconies to relax on - one with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. 2 pools; one was under construction, but the beach side pool was clean and heated to the perfect temperature. A cooler and full size beach towels were much appreciated.

The apt is comfortable and easy to be in. The view of the ocean on the balcony is a relaxing place to sit with a beautiful view. Communication with the owner was excellent. She responded to our needs in a timely way. The beach and pool are easily accessible.

Enjoyed our week at Siesta Key Beach with family. Having the beach and pool option right outside your building was perfect. Captain Curt’s/Sniki Tiki across the street was super convenient plus many more things in walking distance and if not hopping on The Frog shuttle was super easy to take you to the little village area that had many more shops and restaurants.

This was our first stay at the Crescent and it was amazing. The unit was clean and convenient! The pool was refreshing and the short walk to the beach was just as we had hoped.

Condo was very nice. The online pictures really don’t do it justice. Because there are not that many units in the building, the pool and the beach were not that crowded. We all slept very well in the beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach toys in the closet. Maintenance person was very friendly. Workout room had all the weights I needed. Traffic was light. We walked across the street to get fishing supplies at CB’s and Siesta Key bike and Kayak to rent a Kayak. We saw dolphins from the Kayak and caught our dinner. Water is beautiful. This area of the beach is a little less hectic. Just a mile or 2 down the road there are lots of shops and restaurants.

We stayed at Jaime’s condo for our first family vacation with our 9 month old twins. The condo was spotless, so clean, the perfect size and had everything we needed. From beach towels, to wine glasses and everything in between. We cannot recommend this condo enough. The perfect spot on the beach, the pool was quiet and we were right across the street from ice cream, food and drinks. It was super easy to park downtown and we were only 20 minutes from St. Armand’s circle where we went shopping one afternoon. If you’re thinking about it, book this place asap!

We had an amazing stay at this Siesta Key condo during our spring break vacation! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach and close to restaurants and shops. The condo itself was very clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group of six. We would definitely recommend this Siesta Key condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation!

We stayed for three weeks in Jan of 23. The location is excellent; the hosts were exceptional—in that all that our questions were answered prompted and efficiently and most kindly. The condo exceeded expectations. Nothing negative to say about our experience. Wish every rental was as fabulous as this…..it takes the stress off and leads to an overall great experience.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and the private beach is footsteps away from the condo. You can even walk across the street for dinner, ice cream and souvenir shopping at Captain Curt’s Village …. Sniki Tiki is so fun and we loved their live music each day! Only a few negatives, but we are still giving this property 4 stars. The grocery store listed in the property description across the street is now out of business, the outdoor grill was very dirty and didn’t look as nice as it does in the photos, the dining room chairs for the dining table could use some love and one was broken, the 2nd pool was shut down for repairs, and the code for the keypad used to enter the condo had to be entered twice before the door would unlock. Not complaining … just sharing for the next guests. I understand these places get a lot of use, wear and tear from all the guests. Overall, the location is perfect and the owner was extremely responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Siesta Key Summer Vacation
We had a really nice vacation! The condo was very nice, clean and in a great location. The beach is beautiful, there is an area to snorkel down the beach a short walk. There are restaurants and a convenience store right across the street. I would recommend the Spearfish Grill. Excellent fresh fish and entertainment daily. We kayaked on Turtle beach and saw manatees! Highlight of our trip. Ride and Paddle was a great place to schedule through! Overall excellent trip!

Beautiful location
A little trouble checking in, property manager was MIA, waited about 45 minutes but no show. Cleaning service advised property was ready (about an hour later than expected but wasn’t an issue) and how to get in, so all good. Condo was nice and owners were very responsive when I had an issue, AND they were on vacation ! We would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again if we headed to that area again. Thank you.

Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crescent Condominium! Condo is as shown in the listing & the beach was awesome. We were in the West building which is closest to the beach & away from the live music across the street at night. Restaurants, ice cream, drug store, corner market , live music & souvenirs all in walking distance. We rode the free trolley up to The Village (about 10 min ride) & it is great for shopping, bars & restaurants too! Jaime & John were both great to work with!

A great place to stay on a breathtaking beach
We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The unit was large enough for six adults to easily share the space (with shared bathroom space). The kitchen was well stocked and very functional if you would like to cook dinner instead of eating out. There is also a nice balcony with a bbq. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless! The location was perfect! The complex was right on the beach and there was a service available at a cost to set up chairs and umbrellas each morning. Across the street is a drug store and variety store for anything you may need. Also, a quaint little bar with great live music.
I would say the only negative things that I have about our stay is that the carpets are stained and are in need of a good clean or replacement. I was actually shocked when I first walked in to see how dirty they were. The unit is also lacking in both bath and kitchen towels. Other than that this was an amazing place to stay!

Great get away spot
We spent a week at the property with 2 young kids below the age of 4 and four adults. Very accommodating for all parties. The layout is setup well. Prime location to the beach. The property is quite. We would do it again.

Very modern and spacious condo located with direct access to the beach and super easy to walk to several restaurants and bars. Large pool with view of beach. Very responsive host who did a great job answering questions we had. Would stay again!

Luxury, beautiful and convenient
Anything you could want and everything you expect in a beach trip. A two min walk down to the beach. Clean, secure building. Plenty of space and very comfortable.

Perfect condo for a perfect getaway!
Perfect condo for a perfect getaway. Fantastic location with great beach. Partial beach view that has wonderful sunset vista. Just be aware that there is only one Master suite with king bed. And one much smaller bedroom suite with a queen bed. Couples traveling together must flip for who gets what! All in all - we loved it!
