La nostra unità contiene una camera da letto principale che ha un letto king size, la seconda camera ha un letto a castello e un letto matrimoniale e c'è un divano letto nel soggiorno. C'è una bellissima piscina laguna con paesaggi lussureggianti e cascate, una piscina per bambini, un tiki bar / ristorante con vista sulla spiaggia, campi da tennis, una vasca idromassaggio e altro ancora. Accesso gratuito a lunga distanza e accesso wireless a Internet gratuito nell'unità. La prenotazione comprende il servizio spiaggia giornaliero di due sedie con poggiapiedi e un ombrellone. We have enjoyed High Pointe and this condo multiple years now and always have a great time as a family. The location is convenient and the beach access and chair/umbrella setup is extremely helpful when traveling with our small children. We’ll be back!

We have stayed in High Pointe many times and always enjoy it. Perfect location on the beach and right next to Rosemary. This unit was great with updated furniture from the pictures, plenty of space for our group, and beautiful views. Would highly recommend.

Pleased with location, however I was surprised there was a walk to the beach. I thought beachfront meant walking directly off the patio onto the beach.
We were caught off guard when we ran out of toilet paper...only one roll per bathroom. Wasn't fun.

First floor with ocean view is a PLUS!
This property was the perfect location, easy to get in and out of, close to the pool, close to the beach access, AND had an amazing view of the ocean! We had some internet issues while we were there, that was our only issue, but there were plans to get it fixed after we left. We would stay here again!

30A Stay
The condo was exactly as listed. Great view of the beach and just a short walk to Rosemary Beach. We live in the panhandle and wanted to get away for a couple days before tourist season begins and places get crazy busy. This was a perfect location to do just that. I’m always looking for places to recommend to family & friends when they want to visit our beautiful beaches. This will get added to the top of our list.

This property had everything we needed for an enjoyable getaway. The views and sounds of the waves were just what we needed. There’s a wonderful patio for watching the sunset and enjoying morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you! The unit was lovely, and we appreciated the updates that have been made in the last year or two. Likely not the owners' issue, but the wifi was very sketchy and challenging for my wife and I to work remotely. I know- "Why were you working?" ;-)

Perfect Winter Holiday Beach Getaway!
My husband and I, with our two 20 somethings, spent part of our Christmas holiday here. Best decision EVER. Everything was perfect...the view, the location, the condo set up & amenities. We loved waking up to the beach sunrise and ending the day on the patio watching the gorgeous sunset. We would definitely stay here again. The property was super clean and just as advertised.

We had such a wonderful time! This is the absolute perfect location. Easy access to beach, pool, and community. We loved daily bike rides into town, great dinner across the street with live music, the beach was amazing and the sand so soft! The condo was wonderful and perfect proximity to beach and pool. Manager/owner was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Great way to spend our Thanksgiving break. Nice location--on the beach, and close walks to restaurants and shopping. The overall property is well maintained and safe. The condo was as described, clean, and we loved watching the sun rise and set over the ocean from our patio. Highly recommend.
