Perfectly located within walking distance of Turtle Center and Macabuca (favorite dining spot - stunning sunsets). Many activities are a walk or short drive. The house reef is spectacular with rays, turtles, lobsters, and crabs. The tanks/showers/wash station were very handy for diving.
Both pools were delightful. The one closest to our unit felt private, often with no one else around, while the other pool offered an ocean view and spa.
The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a good layout for our group. Wifi was strong inside and by the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked, though a chef’s knife would be a great addition. Note: the 3rd-floor bedroom lacks a door = less ideal for light sleepers but offering privacy. Washer/dryer = bonus!
Bedrooms could benefit from better room-darkening options; light-sensitive guests might need an eye mask. The children’s bedroom blinds were stuck, letting in too much morning light = overtired kids. Property manager fixed upon his return from being off island.
Patio area had a nice pool view and useful drying racks (more wetsuit hangers please). However, ongoing pergola repairs caused debris and noise during much of our stay. On quieter days, the patio was a peaceful retreat.
Grounds were lovely. We felt safe walking to nearby attractions. While a safe for valuables would be nice, it wasn’t necessary.
Fantastic stay with a great location, layout, and amenities. Would love to return once the pergola repairs are complete!!

Our family rented two condos at coconut bay. Our condo was great! Everything we needed for relaxing trip. Diving from the shore down the ladder was super convenient. Thanks for a great setup to meet all of our needs.

Our stay at this beautiful property sadly came to an end today. As I’m sitting back at home in 45* rainy weather, I am reminiscing on the memories our small family made this past week. Our two adult children joined us on this trip. We had more than enough room in the house. We loved the outside area, including the pools, gazebo, coral area out front-Wow!!! Right down the street we walked to Macabuca several times, and then journeyed to the Dolphin Center and the Turtle Center. The sunsets are amazing right in the backyard! We hope to return to Grand Cayman one day and would love to stay at Coconut Bay.

We had an amazing stay at Michele's condo. There was tons of space for our family. Our children really enjoyed the pools and we enjoyed the amazing shore diving. Duncan the property manager was fantastic - we booked him for a boat tour and he took us to some 'locals only' type spots - we had the best time.

We had one our most enjoyable vacations ever due to Michele and the property manager. The condo is beautiful and strategically located to great restaurants and water activities. I enthusiastically recommend Michele and the property to anyone wishing to have a great vacation. I have already recommended it to several of my friends.

A nicely-appointed condo in a great location. Well-kept grounds in a peaceful setting, away from the Seven Mile crowds but close enough to beaches and good restaurants. And across the street from the Turtle Center: can’t go wrong.

The entire family enjoyed our time at Coconut Bay. From diving to pools to just plain relaxing - there was something for everyone. This condo had an amazingly well-equipped kitchen- which us is a blessing since we eat in most meals.
The condo was very clean, and the property manager was very responsive, thank you, Duncan. We like the peacefulness of the West End, but yet convenient to Georgetown. Quiet, clean and safe- what more could you ask for on holiday? I recommend this property.

This condo is excellent for the large family. It's very clean and tidy. We had a great time staying at the unit. The property manager was out during our stay. The owner, Michelle is very responsive and took care of the things immediately. I definitely recommend this to the large family to stay. 👍👏

The three story townhouse unit was wonderful! My husband and I brought our son, his wife and their 3 teens to Grand Cayman for spring break. The condo was very clean and accommodated all of us very well. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glasses we needed. It was a quick drive to the grocery store and down town George Town. We snorkeled a few steps away from our unit and enjoyed the pool right outside our patio. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. We absolutely loved the place and are already talking about returning in the future. I highly recommend this facility.

This is a great location on the North West area close to the Turtle Center, grocery, and several dining options without having to go to SMB! Great diving and snorkeling access to the water and a small beach to watch the sunsets, and access to a freshwater shower to rinse off. The patio was perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the pool! the kitchen was well stocked and we loved the layout with 3 1/2 bathrooms! Duncan the property manager was wonderful to work with and Michele, the Host was great to communicate with! She responded quickly and always had info for us! We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

The property worked great for our family. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Beaches and other activities and restaurants were a short drive a way and the pools on site were a great way to relax at the end of the day.a beautiful place. Hope to come back again someday!

Coconut Bay 104
We could not have been happier with the whole process of booking and staying at Coconut Bay. Michelle, the host, was most helpful in navigating the hassles of planning with Covid still in play. What started as a Christmas getaway turned out to be an Easter stay. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay-fully stocked kitchen, dishes, beach towels, outdoor grill. The on site manager was very helpful setting up water gear and water adventures. All in all a great place to stay!!!

Perfect Condo
Condo had everything, perfect location. Access to buses for $2. So glad we did not get car. Guys dove and we enjoyed beaches and snorkeling. Would go back next year!!

Perfect for our family
The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and attractive. It was close to great diving, grocery store, and other conveniences. Pool area was attractive and well maintained. The owner and property manager were very responsive in answering questions about local beaches, diving, and restaurants, and responding quickly when two of our bathtubs weren't draining properly. We would definitely come here again and hope to do so once this coronavirus thing runs its course!

Fabulous Trip
This was a really nice Condo. The location for diving was perfect! My husband and son dove off of the shore everyday. The Cracked Conch is right next door and has great food and drinks. There is a beautiful public beach that is about a five minutes drive and we had the beach to ourselves. We will definitley go back.

Fantastic Girl's Getaway
Our trip to Grand Cayman was amazing and the location of the property was ideal for our week long girl's getaway. It was far enough away from busy 7 Mile Beach, but close enough for us to enjoy the best parts of the area. The short walk to Macabuca and Cracked Conch was an added bonus.
The only issue we had with the unit was that the property was not cleaned well, some starter items we expected were not there and a few of the tubs didn't drain properly. When Curly stopped to check on things he quickly took care of the issues and even scrubbed the grill which we used many times over the week.
Thanks also to Curly for introducing us to Captain Shaun Ebanks who provided us with a private boat tour of Stingray City, Coral Gardens and Starfish Point after the cruise ship crowds had left.
I would definitely return to this property in the future.

Perfect location, beautiful spot
We had an amazing time at the condo. Everything was well kept and the back patio was awesome leading out to a pool you shared with 7 other condo members. Seemed very family friendly, short walk to maccabucca with great food. We had some trouble getting in touch withthe property manager but it didn't end up being a big deal, thankfully. The only other downfall I would mention is that the third bedroom has no door. We went with 2 other couples and one couple basically had to settle with no privacy for the trip. It's also the largest bedroom.

Great place to relax!
We Really enjoyed this condo - it was clean and perfect for what we needed. Very nicely decorated and homey! Michele was incredibly responsive when I had questions, usually within the hour. The only thing I was a bit surprised by was there was no shampoo, body soap or dish soap in the condo. If that had been mentioned in the ad we could have picked some up at the store on our way through town or brought our own. Other than that everything was great! Thanks Michele!!!

Perfect for Divers
Loved this property! Well situated and spacious, this town home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for the 5 adults in our party. It was clean, and incleplenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was well appointed, and furnished everything you needed to cook meals. The grounds were beautiful. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chaise lounges and tables/chairs. Sunset viewing from the beach every evening was great. Excellent location - buses available to go anywhere on the Island. Turtle Farm and Dolphin Show a short walk away. Next door to an excellent restaurant. I also have to say the people staying there in other units were lovely. Nice community feel. What a great experience. We’ll be back!

Had a great time. Great access to Cemetery beach for snorkeling, turtle farm, gray area to scuba dive. Could walk to Macabuca, favorite place for drink and watch the sunset.

Awesome spot!
We had a group of 6- moms and sons for a high school graduation trip. The condo was very spacious and each mom and son had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was great as we did a fair amount of cooking. There is a great restaurant next door and a few small souvenirs shops one of which sells liquor. It is very close to the Turtle Rescue and the Discover Dolphin Center.
The pool was amazing and we often had it to ourselves. It's a short walk down to a small beach and entrance into the ocean. We were there for diving and did 2 shore dives straight from that area. It was awesome. We did several other dives with Stingray Watersports, which is located on the premises. We also snorkeled a lot and saw lots colorful fish and an octopus.
We did not rent a car so we depended on the public busses to take us around. They were easy to navigate and came right to the front of the condo.
Michele was very responsive to all our questions as was Duncan the complex manager. When some of our bags didn't arrive, Duncan bent over backwards to get us some clothes to tide us over even though is was Sunday and all the shops were closed.
We had a great time and we highly recommended staying at Coconut Bay.

Perfect Spot
I took 4 18 year olds on a diving trip and we had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect layout, clean and well equipped. We lived everything about it.

'Best Vacation Ever...'
Said all three of my teenagers after our stay in Grand Cayman! The condo was perfect for all of us, as we stayed upstairs and the kids were on the 2nd floor. We had an amazing time and the location of the condo was ideal; it's a short drive to go anywhere. Since we are a family of five, we chose to eat in for breakfast every day and a few nights and the condo is equipped with everything you would need; bbq grill, baking pans, blender, new appliances, etc. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evenings and watching the sunset from the back of the property. It was always fun watching the scuba divers going in and out; asking them what they saw, especially since they dive at night!
Michele was beyond helpful and pointed us in the right direction for all of our activities; we jet skied, snorkeled, rode horses on the beach at sunset, went on the Bio-luminescent Kayak ride at night, hung out at Rum Point, went to Stingray city and held stingrays & starfish, went to the Turtle Farm/Dolphin swim; you name it, we did it! The kids were never bored-which is tough with teenagers!
We will definitely come back and stay here. You won't be disappointed!
