Questa graziosa e accogliente casa per le vacanze sul lungomare offre un molo privato, una spiaggia di sabbia e aree erbose sul bordo dell'acqua. Distesi su 200 piedi di Lake Frontage e rilassati. L'acqua cristallina del lago Pend Oreille è ideale per nuotare e andare in barca. La buca per il fuoco, il tavolo da picnic e le sedie da spiaggia lo rendono il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi tutto il giorno e la sera.
C'è anche un grande ponte esterno sulla parte anteriore della cabina di fronte all'acqua: goditi l'alba sull'acqua e sulle montagne con l'esposizione a sud-est di questa casa.
L'accogliente cabina è la nostra seconda casa ed è molto confortevole per una o due famiglie. Ci sono 3 camere da letto al piano superiore che possono ospitare fino a 7-8. Al piano inferiore c'è anche un futon matrimoniale che può ospitare due persone.
Il grande soggiorno e la sala da pranzo (il tavolo si espande fino al posto 10) sono spaziosi e confortevoli. La lavanderia è di buone dimensioni e proprio all'interno della porta sul retro. La cucina è piccola, ma ha tutti gli elettrodomestici (frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde, compattatore, macchina per il caffè e molti piatti, pentole e padelle). C'è un congelatore extra-large nella lavanderia.
La cabina è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, distendersi e divertirsi. Funziona benissimo per una o due famiglie in vacanza al lago!

The property was amazing, especially the brand new dock, beautiful decks and beach. The main part of the home was very functional and was fantastic. We did notice a couple features that seem to be slightly misrepresented. The AC was not central air, but 2 window units upstairs, that struggled to keep up enough to “flow” downstairs in the 95 degree weather. The “bedroom” with 3 beds is actually a loft that you have to walk through to get to the upstairs bathroom and master bedroom. And the bunk bed has a window that looks directly from that loft into the master bedroom. Overall if was a fun spot!

Our second year staying at the Wilson's home and property for our annual (3-generation) family vacation. The Wilson's are great hosts, providing excellent communication before arrival and then upon arrival, making us all feel so very welcome. The young ones in our family range in age from 1 to 13 years old, and are most happy when they can spend the day swimming and playing in the lake. The adults enjoy the water, too, and having time to visit at this beautiful home and location. The home is very well-stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation. We like the fact that the home is a few miles out of town (Sandpoint). We typically make one trip into town during the week for groceries, have lunch, and a little shopping - which is fun; but very quickly, we can't wait to return to the home and jump in the lake! We are grateful to the Wilsons for the use of their home and property. We had a great time!

This lake house was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is very relaxing, very peaceful, very beautiful! Standing on the deck, looking out over the water, with the stars, the moon, the peacefulness – hard to describe. The interior is immaculate. Very tasteful, very comfortable, and clean. Almost everything was anticipated. Really thankful we could take the pup, too. He loved it. When you go, follow their instructions carefully. We found that Apple Maps did a good job, but Garmin did not. On our way in, we used Garmin and it was at night. Don't follow our example! :) My only quibble was that the door locks were electronic. I work in that industry and, believe me, you want a physical interior lock! Not that's there's much chance for crime there, but a swing bar, maybe? But, we loved the stay, and would definitely consider going back. Thanks, David!

This place is the perfect lake house! We stayed a week at this cabin and spent the majority of our time on the beach and dock swimming and fishing. I would honestly book this house just for the beach, but the cabin was excellent, too. It was stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The deck is huge and has a ton of seating---great area to hang out after coming up from the beach. Another plus is how private and quiet the area is. Very relaxing. We did not want to leave! We hope to book it again.

We had an absolutely awesome family vacation at this home and property. Adults were able to disconnect, and kids were happiest when they were in or near the water. Lots of seating available on the beach - with some trees nearby to provide shade during our 90+ degree week. Dave & Linda are excellent hosts, providing a house that is cared for, clean, very well maintained and really had everything we needed. Communication with them was great - I had a couple of questions before our vacation and each time I received a prompt response. Dave & Linda have really thought of everything to make their guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I'll close with mentioning the absolutely stunning view of Lake Pend Oreille. I could have spent the whole week either on the house deck or dock soaking in all the natural beauty. Thank you, Dave & Linda, for sharing your home with our family.

This is a must location for those looking to sit back and relax. Nice home that is very well stocked, and in a gorgous location. Morning coffee to evening stories on the porch gazing out at natures beauty will be remembered for a lifetime. Add attentive hosts and you have a great vacation.

Amazing Lake Pend Oreille Property
We have stayed here three times now. Each time we stay the owner has made upgrades. This time there was new flooring, both bathrooms have been remodeled, the deck was enlarged and a host of other improvements to make our stay that much more enjoyable. This is on top of an amazing property already. Exceptionally long white sand beachfront on one of the best lakes in the northwest, recently upgraded dock, large lot with tons of privacy (not common with lake properties) and a secluded location that is easy access. This home and property have it all - lakefront, views and a great home to stay in while enjoying it all. Our family enjoyed our time here very much and look forward to returning in the future.

Great visit
Had a great stay. Dave and Linda are very communicative, so you are sure to resolve anything that comes up. Weather disappointed. Expected clear and 80’s+ but got cloudy/partly cloudy 60’s-70 and windy over most of our two weeks. A couple storms did help though to move out some of the forest fire smoke so we could better take in the views. Even with Mother Nature not cooperating we love this spot!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property on Lake Pend Oreille. The cabin and beach area were lovely. It was a very HOT week to be there and the fans were greatly appreciated. What a perfect place to unplug and unwind. It is quite a distance from town so plan for that. We floated, kayaked, bbq’d and visited our way to bliss. The owners anticipates every need and we were delighted! Definitely would stay again!!

Great Family Reunion!
We stayed for a week at this lovely cabin. It was a family reunion with our adult children and their spouses. We loved being able to put our boat in the water once at the beginning of the week, and take it out once at the end. The cabin was cozy, but still had plenty of room for all of us. The neighbors were all friendly and we even attended a yoga class taught by a neighbor. The view is stunning! We spent a lot of time in the water since it was very hot while we were there. The dock was great! The communication with the owners was top notch. When we identified a problem, it was fixed very quickly. We will definitely rent again!

October Girlfriends Getaway
A lovely spot on Pend Oreille Lake near the end of a private road. It feels secluded yet is close enough to Sandpoint to enjoy its many restaurants and activities. Beautiful private beach. Pet friendly - our dogs Sadie and Kula loved the long walks along the lakeshore and splashing around in the lake! We hope to return next year!!

Fun and relaxing
Fantastic location, absolutely loved the cabin and dock. The kids had a blast roasting marshmallows, swimming, and kayaking. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax!

Very pleasantly surprised!
This home and property was very welcoming! You definitely feel that owners care about your stay, from thoughtful touches to supplies one would not expect to find! Example, my grandbaby got a lot of a sticky substance on his foot(probably pine tar). I thought it worth a try to look for a type of solvent in the laundry and I found some! The beach, dock, area was very nice and again everything we could need was available right there. Cabin, deck and furnishings were very comfortable and enjoyable for our family.

Fantastic lakeside retreat
My family and another family spent the week at this wonderful cabin on Lake Pend Oreille. The view was spectacular, the location was quiet, and the cabin was perfect for two families (nine people). Dave and Linda were great owners to work and communicate with. We hope to stay at the cabin again in the future. Thank you Dave and Linda for sharing your lovely cabin with us.
