Top floor townhome- Great location and expansive views
Questo è un condominio ristrutturato all'ultimo piano in un complesso molto privato. L'unità è su 2 livelli e ha una splendida vista sulla valle sottostante dal balcone molto grande. Il livello principale comprende un'ampia zona giorno con TV a schermo piatto, altoparlante Bluetooth JBL Flip da utilizzare durante l'ascolto di musica o altri tipi di intrattenimento, e un confortevole arredamento occidentale riscaldato dal camino in pietra e dai soffitti a volta. La cucina completamente ristrutturata dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, fantastici ripiani in granito ed è aperta sulle zone soggiorno e pranzo. Questo livello ha anche la camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato ristrutturato completamente.
Il livello superiore ha le altre 2 camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e un drammatico soffitto a volta. C'è anche un soppalco al piano superiore con divano letto più rotelle. Il secondo bagno completo è anche al piano di sopra. Esci sul balcone e il tuo respiro sarà tolto dalle vaste vedute mentre grigliati o ti godi un bicchiere di vino. La complessa piscina stagionale e la vasca idromassaggio si trovano proprio di fronte al parcheggio, a pochi secondi di distanza.

We come to Steamboat annually for our "siblings trip" with my brothers and our kids. This property was perfect for our families. The amenities were everything we needed, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, plenty of fans, a beautiful view etc.! We needed a nightlight in the bunk room for the kids and I was able to find one easily. The condo is located near the base but be sure to be prepared for a good cardio workout if you walk because the walk back is uphill ;) The updates in this condo were beautiful and we really, really enjoyed our time here. Thank you for keeping the price affordable to allow families to make core memories here, we can't wait to return!

We went Spring Skiing in Steamboat and had a great time at this location. It wasn't a bad walk to and from the base or you could take the shuttle. The home was as described, well appointed kitchen and we cooked almost every meal there. Surpisingly the kids (just out of college) had a blast with all the puzzles that were there and many other games. The place was very clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen appear to be updated in the past 4 years. Plenty of space and hot tub across parking lot was a hit every evening!

The location to the slopes was not accurate. It says 1 block, but it was a 15 minute downhill walk to the gondola. It also says ski-in, but it's a 10 minute walk downhill once you get off the slopes. The condo was spacious with a wonderful fireplace and lovely views. The shuttle was handy, but you have to plan ahead and reserve for each ride that you need. Check-in location is near downtown, about 3-4 miles from the condo.

Place is located very well for skiing/snowboarding. If you figure out the path, it's almost ski back. Walking over to start is fairly easy. Shuttle is nice, but at times the wait makes it impractical. Had some issue at the place and the office support was outstanding !!

I've been going to Steamboat for 40 years and know the area well but had not stayed in this particular location. I really liked it and the townhouse was very nice with tons of space for our family to spread out. The spacious living room had a nice fireplace, although it did overheat the wifi a couple of times because the router was right on top and we couldn't move it. The bedrooms are great with one of the uppers having a nice bunkbed setup, plus a loft area with couch for hanging out, doing work, etc. The hot tub / pool area is also nice and just a short walk across the parking lot. But the walk to the slopes is a couple of blocks so just be prepared for a bit of a huff in boots after a long day of Steamboat pow pow. Overall a really nice place and we will likely come back again.

This property is perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and it didn’t hurt that the views were gorgeous from the balcony! The hot tub and pool were great and not far at all … short one minute walk across the parking lot. In addition, the shuttle service was very convenient and easy to book to get to the Steamboat gondola.

The condo was not ready for check-in at 4:00 pm (more like 5:30), but the management company compensated us the cleaning fee, which seemed fair.

Two master bedrooms and a room with a pair of bunks was great for our family. The shuttle that you could schedule was nice, just ensure you schedule desired time in advance for peak times (opening and closing our mountain).

Description reads it sleeps 10, we were 7, but provided only 5 towels. Fireplace and TV worked only sporadically. Dishwasher and oven are certainly showing wear and tear. Temp was hard to control with really hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Ultimately, we are all good friends in Steamboat to ski. These were more inconveniences than deal breakers.

Quiet, restful fun!
This was just what we were looking for! Sleeps 9 people in beds (bunks for 4 people). It was within walking distance (half a mile) from gondola square. Was modern and comfortable.

The property fit our needs well overall and was great place to stay. It was well maintained, clean and close to amenities and the gondola. The gas grill and patio were not usable during the winter as snow was not cleared so some of the features present in advertising were not 100% usable. Overall, we'd rent the unit again when we visit Steamboat Springs.

Great Ski Vacation
The condo was perfect for our group of 9 with plenty of bed options. The condo is a short drive down to the Gondolas or a 10 minute walk. The hot tub and pool provided a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The kitchen had the majority of appliances and utensils one needs (no toaster and the ice maker is not hooked up to the fridge). We will definitely stay again when we visit Steamboat in the future!

Large condo in the heart of the mountains
Great location, clean, updated, quiet and very well stocked. We stayed here with another family and had plenty of room with everything we needed. The views from the deck are great and we could walk to mountain village in a few short minutes. The pool is quite small but worked well for the kiddos. We would certainly stay here again!

Close to slopes, complete for family relaxation.
We had a great stay with the other family we stayed with while skiing and enjoying the sights of Steamboat. Kids (ages 3-12) loved that the pool was heated while parents could hang out in hot tub after a day of skiing. The unit easily accommodated our group of ten and felt bigger than I had expected. Kitchen is very complete. We would come back again.

Comfortable and great location
This property was perfect for multiple families. We had kids with us and they loved the bunk beds. The layout worked well and we loved eating out on the deck. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Ladies Race Weekend & Retreat
A group of us stayed in the condo for an ironman race it was absolutely perfect. So spacious with a GREAT patio overlooking the valley and we got an absolutely great sunset the second night. The condos were quiet and with plenty of parking and easy access to the pool. Really had everything we needed and the management company was great - working with us as we carpooled up later than expected due to work and get keys, etc. We will definitely be staying here the next time we race in Steamboat!!
