Enorme proiettato in terrazza. Spazioso ed estremamente pulito .. Tranquillo e lontano dall'autostrada. Ospita 4-5 persone. Godetevi la grande piscina sull'oceano, i barbecue sulla spiaggia e l'accesso gratuito al bellissimo Founders Park. Rilassati, cenare e bere sotto uno dei rifugi tiki o visitare uno dei tanti ristoranti e bar sul lungomare. Oceanfront mm 90, piantagione chiave. Libri molto velocemente. Prenota presto!

Overall, the property is exactly as listed in the description. Location is great and in a safe area. The view from the unit was as described ... lovely. When we first entered my initial impression was wow...this place is clean. However, as the days progressed, I realized the "clean" was more of a surface clean. For example, tiles in the shower floor had pink discoloration from bacteria which can happen in bathrooms. It wiped off easily with toilet paper but what it did tell me is they aren't cleaning well enough. The backs of several of the doors were smudged/dirty. The hall closet had significant build of dust on the slats. Did the world come to an end because of this no but the cleaning services could pay more attention to the details. When I asked my husband his thoughts, he just said the unit was very dated. Dated in that it looks like someone bought it in the 90's, put in furniture and hadn't reinvested in the property since then. Of course, my husband would notice things from a home maintenance side. The owners could upgrade some simple things in this unit to make it more up to date and this unit would be phenomenal. The owners were prompt, communicative and kind. Not at all saying don't rent this unit but it could be so much more. Only other thing my husband noticed with the freezer didn't get cold enough to keep popsicles frozen. So overall, if you need a home base while in the Keys, with a lovely view and fairly affordable then this unit is perfect.

We had an amazing time. The condo was pefect for our family! The location is nice because it isn't too bad of a drive to get anywhere in the keys. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 had a great time in the keys and this was the perfect home base for the week. Kids (8 and 4 y.o. ) enjoyed the onsite pool, beach, and rec room. Easy drive to Pennekamp and Harris Parks. And short trip to Islander Girl Charters and Conch Republic for boat trip and diving. The condo was clean and comfortable, plenty of kitchen items for making meals, nice view from the balcony, and overall quiet and calm property. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We sat out on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee. The view was gorgeous and it was very peaceful. The pool at the complex was a very nice size with a 9’ deep end. Only a few people used the pool which made it very enjoyable - not crowded at all. And because of that, we never made it to Founders Park. Also, we weren’t sure that we had the correct documentation to be able to get access. Maybe that should be included in the listing or at least with the check in information.
We found only a couple of weathered loungechairs for the beach, which was ok since it was only the 2 of us. Just noting since the unit is a 2 bedroom so there might be more than 2 people.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

We loved this place! Great view of the ocean/beach, we loved hanging out on the deck! Its even bigger than it looks in pictures. Coffee, breakfast and stargazing. We even had entertainment with the new osprey family. The condo was very clean and decoration was nice, well provisioned. Michael was probably the best host I have ever worked with, extremely fast to reply to my emails and the check in and out was well detailed

The view from the balcony is stunning !! Beautiful sunrises. Condo is clean- beds are comfortable- Pool is immaculate. Good restaurants nearby. A perfect vacation spot 🌴

We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view and watching the birds, fish and iguanas. It was so quiet and peaceful. Everyone we met was very friendly. The condo is not new but everything worked properly and the mattress was comfortable. We played ping pong and other games in the rec room which was recently nicely renovated. Michael was friendly and answered questions promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

It was our first time visiting the Keys. Hosts were fantastic. Any questions I had were answered right away and provided tons of info on places to eat & things to do.
The condo was much bigger than we thought. More than enough space for a family of 4. Very clean, beds were very comfortable and had all the essentials. The view was amazing! Loved taking my coffee out on the balcony and watch the sunrise. (got to see a pod of dolphins our last day).
My boys (18yrs & 9yrs) loved using the kayak to go fishing and visit the little island. Everyone was very nice and we met some really great people. Pool was clean and beach area well cared for and had tons of things to do.
We went to Robbie’s had a great lunch and fed the tarpon. Also had a great time at Founders Park.
Would absolutely recommend booking this condo. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had the pleasure to stay at Michael and Angela's condominium from March 9-16. While we felt the condo could use some updating it did not detract from our comfort. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owners provided snorkeling gear, noodles for the pool just to name a few. There was some construction noise that we were aware of before we came. It is due to wrap up soon. The views were spectacular from our balcony. I admit when we first pulled in I was doubtful. You enter at the end of the street and back of the complex. But what a wonderful surprise when you see the beautiful private, peaceful location on the ocean. The owners reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and were always available. We highly recommend this property and we thank you Michael and Angela for such a great week. We hated to have to leave!

We stayed at condo almost 2 weeks. This was one of the most relaxing vacations ever. The condo is just like the pictures. The bed/linens are very comfy and soft. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook. Plenty of towels/washcloths/beach gear. The balcony is huge and has great furniture. The area feels safe and is quiet at night. Communication with Michael was always prompt and helpful. I panicked when we drove in and saw the construction on the other side of the building. It really was never an issue. Highly recommend this comfy VRBO.

The balcony and views are outstanding. The location is convenient to both Key Largo and Islamorada. Michael was responsive to questions.
The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee makers (including K cup). There are plenty of pots, pans, bakeware.
The living room has a sofa, loveseat, rocker, coffee table, and smart TV. There are streaming options on the set, but I was unable to access live TV channels without using my own account. The building is older but the unit has been updated. Some electrical outlets are recessed just enough that you cannot plug rectangular chargers in the outlets. There is a slider from the living area onto the balcony and a nice table/chairs outside.
The front bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, TV and a large closet. There is a slider to the balcony and a modular set that can be arranged as chairs/loungers. Across the hall is a full bath with a full size tub/shower.
The back bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a sofa, two dressers, and TV. Connected is a bathroom with two sinks, a closet, toilet and a very small shower.
The unit is well maintained, well stocked (plenty of towels and extra linens), and clean. The property is located 0.3 miles off US1, so there is no road noise. There was, however, a fairly significant renovation project at the property during our stay with a lot of construction noise.

The unit was just the right size for four adults. The back of the unit faces the ocean and graces you with a beautiful sunrise each day. It is centrally located and convenient to the rest of the keys. The host is excellent and goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable and happy. One of the best rentals ever!

This spot is beautiful and very relaxing. We prefer spaces that are a bit more walkable, lots to do in the keys but it felt like we needed to drive everywhere.

Gorgeous view from balcony. Lovely immunities including sparking pool, new gym and yoga room. Take the kayak to a little island in your own lagoon. Owner was attentive and accessible when needed.

In town for a father/daughter diving trip and the place was great. More than enough space, great location and close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Enjoyed the pool all to ourselves on our off diving day. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a nice property...construction to install columns under all balconies had started which gave limited access to beach area.Owner gave us a gift certificate to go to dinner which was nice. Kayak use was a nice plus and pool was wonderful.....We brought our own towels and put the towels provided right back in place upon leaving.The staff at the condo were very nice.Access with fobs was actually very easy.

Much of the property has been revitalized, but the mail building needs work. Small metal posts were supporting the balconies of nearly every unit. Seems like the main building structure should have been taken care of before the weight room and entertainment areas. Using the balconies seemed a little iffy.

Property was as expected. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful to sit and watch from our balcony. Pool area, corn hole and game room provided family fun. Host was welcoming and we very much enjoyed the passes to Founders Park!

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo located close to everything you need. The condo was spacious and comfortable with breathtaking views from every room. Our family enjoyed the pool and kayaking to a small island was so much fun. The on-site gym was a big hit with the whole family. Mike was easy to communicate with and answered my questions quickly. You wi t be disappointed renting this condo! All you really need is your swimsuit and toothbrush! We plan to stay here again!

Great communication from the owners. Property is well equipped and you can't beat the view. It was nice and quiet the week we were there and most of the time we had the beach to ourselves or just a couple other people. Game room and fitness room are also a huge plus. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely go back.

The Seagulls condominiums has nice amenities and is well-maintained. Michael, the owner of the specific condo I rented, was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my emails. The condo was well-appointed, with ample kitchen supplies, comfortable furniture, and a beautiful lanai overlooking the ocean.
