Questa casa ha di gran lunga una delle migliori viste sul lago Allatoona nella Georgia del Nord. Si trova vicino all'acqua con 200 '+ di facciata d'acqua. Un grande molo di 700 piedi quadrati con luci e scala da bagno vi aspetta. Siamo a soli 7 miglia. da LakePoint Sports e 35mi dal centro di Atlanta!
La casa ha avuto 2 ristrutturazioni dal suo acquisto nel 2008. Le famiglie apprezzeranno l'atmosfera della cabina al piano superiore e i bambini adoreranno l'enorme seminterrato ristrutturato con molto spazio per tenerli occupati quando non sono fuori. La cucina ha nuovi ripiani in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La nostra ristrutturazione più recente ha esteso la casa verso il lago e ha uno spazio molto ampio per rilassarsi con un libro o intrattenere con la famiglia. La casa si affaccia sull'acqua attraverso il vetro a doppio vetro da un'estremità all'altra della casa. Due serie di doppie porte francesi passano attraverso il ponte.
Ci sono tre mazzi tutti insieme. Il ponte principale copre la lunghezza della casa e ha un SunSetter da 25 'telecomandato quando si preferisce l'ombra. C'è un patio in cemento a pochi passi dall'acqua e un terzo ponte che si affaccia sul cortile laterale dove l'area erbosa piatta diventa un luogo ideale per giocare o prendere il sole. We were in this area for our grandsons baseball games. This house on the lake was our saving grace! Other families were in hotels for 8 days and wished they had rented a house. We fished, swam in cleanest lake, cooked, grilled, had a Ping ball tournament, played cards, and went to baseball games. Perfect trip, thanks to owner and VRBO.

This property was an absolute dream. One of our top vacations. Ryan was very kind and responsive. Missing it already and can’t wait to go back!

House and amenities are as listed. The lake view and access is amazing. Our teen boys took over the basement with its separate outdoor space, TV, bathroom and ping pong table for the ideal separation from adults. Host was super responsive. We rented a pontoon boat with tube and the lake was expansive and not crowded even near the holiday. We will definitely rent again if we come back to LakePoint for baseball events.

The house has everything you need. We love to cook.
Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating indoors & outdoors to have meals together. The view at sunset from the deck is beautiful and with all the huge windows you never miss it.
We did bring our boat, and the owner was correct in traffic and tying it up with plenty of bumpers. We boat on the Ohio River, so we had no concerns. Tanyard Boat Ramp is right around the corner and easy to use.
The owner does have specific requests, but we agreed with all, so no issue there either.
The house has been expanded & updated, but they have managed to keep the lake charm.
A huge plus, was the convenience of an Ingles grocery and Race Trac (esp. for ice cream) one mile and a Walmart 4 miles. We like to walk, so nice area to the left of driveway to take a short walk after dinner.

My family travels all over the country playing baseball and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. Ryan was on top of all details and made the stay very easy. If we are ever in this area again we would love to book again!

What a perfect getaway and the owners couldn’t have been nicer! We spent Christmas at this sweet lake house and the owners asked us prior to our arrival if we wanted a Christmas tree. When we arrived, It was decorated beautifully in front of the stunning windows that over looked the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets with amazing views. What a peaceful place to stay with multiple bedrooms, fully equipped with all the necessities. Great location near restaurants, easy access to everything that the owner provided prior to our arrival. The owner Ryan made our week even more special!

Amazing Cabin!
We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin on Lake Allatoona! The views are spectacular and the cabin is very cozy and comfortable. We can’t wait to stay again!

Relaxing Getaway
The cabin is very comfortable and roomy, which we needed since our family and significant others joined us. The view is amazing! There are so many places to take in the view, including from most of the cabin, a huge deck that has comfortable seating, a lower patio with a swing, a patio half-way to the dock, and of course the dock. Make sure to bring beach/lawn chairs for the dock. Casey's Cabin also has a sunset view!

Beautiful place right on the water that the whole family can enjoy.
We had a amazing time playing in the lake and enjoying the beautiful view from the decks. Grocery store is close and convenient along with restaurants. I would recommend bringing floats and life vests for your stay as the water is deep. There is also plenty of space in the dining areas for the whole family to be together. The house itself has a lot of character. Highly recommend renting Casey’s cabin. Lastly, the owner was easy to get ahold of if needed and great to deal with.

Spectacular!
Thoroughly enjoyed the property - unbelievable views, plenty of room and wonderful memories for two families during our stay. Very accommodating amenities that allowed us to bring our boat during the stay. Ryan was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Awesome place!!

Cool week in November
We stayed at this beautiful house on the lake during a cool week in November. Our niece's wedding drew us to the area and we definitely had the best accommodations of anyone we knew who came to the wedding. We rented a boat from a nearby marina which was very convenient and my husband enjoyed fishing. The house was very comfortable and the views were beautiful and relaxing. The owner responded quickly to texts and I would highly recommend this property to couples or families.

Very nice place
Only 2 complaints, there was rodent in the house that went behind the stove and into hole in the wall. since we were there for a family event it would have been nice to have more family been able to come over to visit but owner had a no more occupants other then the people staying in the house, which i understand not to have party's in the house. We really could have used the house to have other family members over to spend more time since we are all from out of town and parents home was way to small to gather there. So with that said the house was very clean and great place to stay thank you very much.

Perfect for Lakepoint Sports Complex
The house is very close to the Lakepoint Sports Complex and the surrounding areas. It is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The lake is gorgeous as is the view from the upper deck.

Perfect Lake Home for WWBA
The Casey family has a beautiful lake home and their home was enjoyed by all.... It was the perfect location for my son as he played in the WWBA at Lakepoint 17U!!! Wish we would have known about the Casey home years prior.

Holiday Weekend
We’ve rented Casey’s Cabin 2 years in a row for a long weekend. It’s well-equipped, clean, and the best view of the lake. Communication with Ryan is also always prompt and clear. Highly recommend.

Casey's Cabin was perfect for our event
We had 7 adult males in the house for a job our business did in Atlanta for the Super Bowl. The property is a beautiful lakefront cabin, right off I-75 and just far enough outside of Atlanta in the direction we wanted. The cabin is designed great for a large group (business or family). With 6- 8 men traveling, we usually run out of hot water, but that was not a problem for us here. The place is inviting and has a great view of the lake, patios and plenty of space to entertain. The Casey's were great to work with and have an absolute jem of a place.

Ryan is very accommodating. Check in / check out was super smooth. Had minor plumbing issue and he was johnny on the spot. 2nd time staying here would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Views and Great Accomodations
We enjoyed our Thanksgiving family reunion at this beautiful lake house. The accommodations are great. If you have young children, beware of the steep stairs down to the basement area, but the stairs have a door on them as well as a door from the living room, which is very helpful with a walking toddler! The lake view is amazing, comfortable beds and all around great time. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We hope to be back in the summer time to take advantage of the beautiful lake and surrounding areas!

Casey's Cabin was a wonderful location for our family get together. The home is very large with many amenities. We enjoyed the deck for the beautiful sunsets. Most of the day we spent boating on the lake and it was nice to be able to dock so easily right at the house. The deep water cove was so much fun for our grandchildren to do "easy" tubing. In the evenings we played games on the beautiful, large table in the dining room. We did not utilize half of what the property has to offer - 2 decks, swings, 2 patios...our stay was just too short! We would highly recommend Casey's Cabin. Besides the Casey's are wonderful as well :)

Casey's Cabin was the perfect gathering for our family of eight adult children gathering for a wedding. It accommodated all of us comfortable and everyone enjoyed the perks of being right on a lake with a beautiful view. Whether swimming in the lake, sitting around the campfire or enjoying the multiple decks everyone had a great time. Nothing but rave reviews from all. Hoping to make this an annual event.
