We have stayed in this unit for several years. The owner is very easy to reach and communicate with. The location is ideal for our needs. This has become our "go to" location in Keystone. Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful space.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. It is a terrific home with plenty of space for extended family. Communication with the host is terrific.

We've vacationed in the Keystone area for 5 years - this was our first stay at this property. The property worked really well for this year's trip -10 adults in total. The kitchen area worked well for preparing our meals - kitchen accessories met our needs. Each couple had their own sleeping space - 4 bathrooms worked well for our needs. We used the pool and hot tub each and every evening of our stay. The main floor and deck worked well for casual conversation. Opportunities: Kitchen: more forks - there were 9 during our stay; Towels: consensus was that there were enough towels provided although 6 more would have been beneficial for some of our group. Towels at pool were advertised - we didn't see any provided. South master bedroom: TV remotes were all dead, cable feed appeared not to work. More switchable lights would be nice. Murphy bed slept ok, recommend opaque shades to block out the morning sun better. Shower faucet handle on main floor bathroom was not attached when we arrived. We were able to use the shower without the handle. We were able to fit 10 around the dining room table for meals using folding chairs - one thought from our group was to provide bar stools at the eating bar. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were a plethora of beds and rooms that enabled my entire family (4 couples, and one single) to enjoy the Colorado Mountains! The kitchen was great and the living room cozy! Vance was also SUPER prompt when we had a question. He followed up with multiple messages and even texted me when I forgot to check my email to make sure we were covered. Thanks Vance!

Great place to stay to ski!

We had the most relaxing time in this lovely property. Was as we expected. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Townhouse was in great location. It was well equipped in the kitchen. Plenty of beds for everyone. Everything about our stay was perfect!

The property is a great space. Nice kitchen and living space. Vance was a really good host and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect layout for multi-family vacation.

We had a great time in this condo. It is close to stuff. We were skiing so sometimes we used the bus (which is just a few steps up the road) and our own vehicle. The kitchen is excellent for cooking and had plenty of tools and spices, the dining room table was cozy for six or seven of us at a time (others took meals in the living room). The living room was also cozy, especially with the fireplace (gas). We used the grill on the deck for grilling steaks, that was great, too. Generally, we used all the beds in the place. They were all good. We had plenty of blankets, towels, and the usual stuff. Everything was clean! Bathrooms and rooms were really nice. Vance was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the condo or about shuttling around, etc. Super nice guy and nice place. Thank you for everything! Cheers, -joe

We had a group of 12 and it was a great location. Short drive to Keystone Resort which allowed us to drop off and pick up with ease. Also a shuttle is available to avoid the need for parking. Just a short walk to the tunnel across the hey to the main resort. Ice skating, shopping, restaurants, and a spa. The property was spacious even with a full house. Everyone loved the family trip. Also, plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large group.

We stayed in the condo for a golf and business conference, and it was perfect. It's closer to the convention center than the convention center parking lot and with four bedrooms, everyone had their own private place to sleep/unwind. The condo is in great condition, clean and well appointed. We're going to use it again next time!

Great property for our family to gather at. We really enjoyed the condo with its proximity to hiking, restaurants, bike paths and all of the activities in Summit County.

We enjoyed this property and location. The property was clean. It had a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals in the unit and was a brand new kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We liked the layout of the bedrooms. There were two master suites, which was perfect since we were traveling with our son and daughter-in-law. There is a murphy bed pull-out in a room off of the family room. Probably would only use that if had children or it was a girls or guys trip as there wasn't any privacy. But with four bedroom ( two with multiple beds) most wouldn't need that space. The view was nice of the mountains from the front and the trees from the patio. The bathrooms were all new and we had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen table was big and sturdy for playing games with the family. There weren't any games provided...so bring your own. There are several steps up to the front door...just an FYI. The complex pool and hot tub were wonderful. The heated pool really was warm and the hot tub nice and hot and large for several people. We liked that the hot tub was under a cover because we had a fair amount of rain while we were there. Communication with the owner was good and quick reply with a couple of questions we had. We would stay in this rental again. We had a great stay!

The deck was covered in dog poop and the smell was so bad that we weren’t able to use the deck on the nice 65 degree days. The carpeting throughout the unit was dirty and stained which was very disappointing. I’m not sure that I’d stay in this place again.

This was an excellent location with a short drive to Keystone mountain! The townhome was comfortable and spacious and easily accommodate at our annual guys ski trip. We will definitely look book this the next time we come back to Keystone. The owner was very responsive for any questions that we had.

Great time

We had a blast here. We were here for the hockey tournament at Keystone and it’s a perfect location, just across the street. Lots of space, lots of beds, it was perfect for us.

We loved our stay at the Tennis Club townhouse. The location is extremely convenient to access everything in the area. Jump on the red line shuttle across the street to be at the Keystone base within minutes, or just drive 1.5 miles up the road and park for free at River Run. The house layout worked very well for our large group of a couple families with lots of kids ranging ages 2-14. The pool/hot tub access just a short walk from the house was also very easy and a really nice amenity. We would absolutely stay here again! Vance was very hospitable and responsive with questions. Can’t say enough good things!

Very nice place with ample sleeping and updated kitchen. A short walk to the bus stop to get to the lifts.
