Our family greatly enjoyed our time at this comfortable home while we spent time in the area for HWS graduation. Wonderful space, inside and out. We brought kayaks and found a place nearby to put them into the lake. Jean and Rich had many interesting stories of the local history to share. Many thanks to you both for your welcoming us!

Excellent stay. Beautiful and Comfortable

Place was very clean and furnish nicely. Always nice to have such a comfortable place. Very central to everything that we do. Love the room that has a great view of the Lake both morning and Evening.

The bedroom view was fantastic. They did so many unexpected little extras including a candy bowl for Halloween which my girls loved. Everything that you needed was on hand. A fantastic place to stay.

Garden Cottage is a cozy home. It was very clean and well equipped with everything, and more, that we needed for our weekend stay. The hosts provided many extras to make guests more comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake and the pretty garden. Stairs to the lake are steep but had handrails and lighting.

Comfy, relaxing environment on a beautiful lake. This cottage was so well equipped. It does have only one bathroom. There were 6 of us but we made it work easily. We recommend staying here.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching boats on the lake. It was in the perfect location for touring local wineries.

Jean and Rich are such fabulous hosts! We were able to meet them this year as they were tending to their beautiful flower garden. The cottage is just as cozy as it was the first time we came here. Everything is well-stocked. And that lake view is the best. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

Quiet cottage with a beautiful view of the lake. Great location and just short drives to local wineries, breweries, and town. Cottage is equipped with basically everything you need.

We had a great time! The place was just as described. We needed some extra space for our extended family to stay while being back in Geneva and having this right on the water with the sunset in the evenings was wonderful!

The Cottage was easy to find and conveniently located to restaurants and vineyards and there’s a beautiful waterfront with walking trails, visitor center, etc in Geneva. It was in pristine condition upon arrival. Great view of Lake Geneva. Beautiful landscaping. The staircase to the water and dock are quite steep and a bit of a challenge for older folks. It was well stocked with dinner, and cooking ware and paper goods. The owner leaves beer/wine for the guests. Also, a dish of candy and fresh flowers. The owners are lovely people. Definitely worth a repeat next year.

We had a wonderful time at the Garden Cottage on Seneca Lake-this was our second stay. The cottage was so clean and well stocked and hosts Jean and Rich were once again so gracious and accommodating! Being a family with 4 adult children we had plenty of space and our time was just what we needed to rest and recharge. We are already planning our stay for next summer! Thanks again Jean and Rich! 😊

Great views of Seneca Lake & Geneva in the distance. Quite & relaxing. Cottage has everything you need that you may have forgotten at home.

We visited Seneca Lake for our son’s wedding festivities. The location of the property was easy to access and close to the venue and necessary shopping. We arrived several days before the wedding to explore the area as well, many beautiful hikes, waterfalls, and wineries. The property was perfect for us~beautiful, spacious, convenient.

My fiance and I went for a 5 day vacation. My brother in law with the wife and kids came down for a night on the fourth. There was more then enough room for everyone. And everyone had their own beds. The room with the two twins were perfect for the girls! The property is beautiful and its right on Seneca Lake. On the Fourth of July you were surrounded by fireworks while sitting on the dock! There are so many options for breweries and wineries. 3 brothers is 10 minutes away and ventosa is a 5 minute drive. Theres a new brewery called Watershed 2 minutes away and the owners are super nice. Dowtown Geneva is close as well with so many shops and restaurants. The owners of the cottage are super friendly and everything that you may need is stocked upand ready.fpr you. They keep in touch with you during your stay if you have questions or need anything. All of the finishing touches were perfect down to the hand cut flowers around the cottage. The owners had a welcome bottle of wine for us with personalized note. I can not say enough good things about this property. We absolutely loved everything about it. And having your own dock and little cove makes swiming and all water sports super easy. We will definitely be back to this garden cottage!!

This is a very nice cottage in a quiet neighborhood. we enjoyed sunset on the lake while fishing from the dock.

Lovely roomy cottage on the lake. Very clean with added beautiful touches of fresh flowers, chocolate and wine. Would definitely recommend and would stay again myself. My sister loved the coffee. I loved the wine. Nice relaxing vacation.

We stayed here to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet around the home and loved visiting the local parks!

My husband and 2 adult kids stayed here for a family wedding. The cottage was super clean and there was absolutely everything one would need plus! Beautiful fresh flowers were scattered about in vases as well as a delicious bottle of wine that we enjoyed while sitting in the backyard, having a fire and looking at the gorgeous view. We would without a doubt rent this cottage again when we return.

Pick this location for a weeklong getaway with my mother to venture through finger Lakes and visit Rochester. It was a great location near the top of the lake with easy access to get a Rochester an excellent location to get to multiple vineyards.Cute cottage with beautiful sunsets. Would love to go back when it was warmer to experience the lake and water activities!

My two friends and I spent a wonderful few days here. Very peaceful.

We can't begin to tell you how much we loved this home. This is our fourth time here, and each time is equally as wonderful as the past. The home is spotless, welcoming and the ideal place for a vacation rental in the Finger Lakes. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful cute cottage with amazing views of the Lake. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean interior. Amazing view from front bedroom and roomy enough for friends and family. Home is close to many wineries. Perfect place to relax! Host is very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout stay.

We had an amazing time at the Garden Cottage! The property is exactly as listed and comes with everything you need. Truly is a home away from home. The owners were extremely communicative and the check in process was smooth. The property is perfectly located near wineries, restaurants, and hiking. The house has amazing views and is on a very quiet street. We already cannot wait to come back :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. I have a broken leg and was able to get around great. The hand held shower head was perfect! Kitchen was stocked with amenities and we loved the fresh flowers and candy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The view of the lake was incredible. Waking up and seeing that was amazing. Located in a great spot. The house has lots of room. The host are amazing. They made it an enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our cooking needs, and we are Cooks! Rooms were very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed watching the geese on the lake and having a fire in our pit. Also the location was perfect for winetasting in the area. We hope to visit again!

The Cottage was very well keep. Lovely fresh flowers and a Bottle of Wine was very nice. Beautiful view of the Lake was very nice. The Couple with us was first time Trail Event people and really enjoyed everyday (3). Even took some time and went over to Cayuga Lake. The Fletchers (PA)
