This gorgeous, centrally located home felt like a visit hosted by a dear friend. Gorgeous Christmas decorations, warm and welcoming ambience and well stocked in all areas. The home was so nicely decorated plus plush amenities I truly felt like we were staying with a dear friend. Location is excellent for activities in town center, museums, shops and restaurants as well as visiting the pueblos. We felt like locals, not tourists. We will definitely be back!!!

A very clean and nicely decorated home in a quiet area. Very comfortable with plenty of space. My only criticism is with the communication - tried a couple of times to message the host with no response. The only way to contact the property manager to arrange check in was by phone and she was not always available (in fairness, when she was she was very nice). I didn’t have a SIM card for my phone that included voice, only data, so making phone calls was a fraught exercise that could have been avoided by the use of email. There was no info provided on check out procedures or disposal of garbage, both would have been helpful. We were very happy with the space, the communication just needs to be improved.

This was the perfect place for our stay. The house was spotless and very well maintained and decorated. It is in a nice neighborhood and close enough to walk to the Railyard and even downtown. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Quiet hideaway filled with interesting artifacts and decor. Two large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms are a plus. Convenient neighborhood.

A well furnished, good looking house. In late summer the patio is a great place to hang out in the morning and evening. There’s a working keyboard for any musicians out there. Beds and furniture are comfortable, the TV setup with Roku is fine. The one drawback is that there are no screens for the excellent French doors, so can’t get much airflow into the house. We thought that maybe there could be a custom screen that rolls or slides in front of the bedroom door when it’s open. Otherwise, my wife and I were very comfortable here during our 10 day stay. And we walked the nearby trail to the rail yard a couple times.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home. It had lots of amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Our favorite part was the lovely patio and landscaping. We spent so much of our time there. We hope to return and would certainly plan to stay at this little gem. John thanks for sharing your home.

This house was exactly as pictured on vrbo! It was bright and cheerful with good natural lighting. The rooms were all spacious, the furnishings and wall art were reflective of the Santa Fe culture. The outside spaces were comfortable and private, complete with cushions on the chairs and a color coordinated large umbrella for shade. The beds were comfortable, and the bed linens were of high quality. The only suggestion for improvement is to add grab bars in the tub/showers of each bathroom. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed in Johns VRBO for the month of April and we couldn’t have been happier. The condition, the comfort, the amenities were perfect. When we walked in the first night and saw how beautiful it was we knew we had made the perfect decision on where to stay in Santa Fe.
Located in a residential neighborhood, but within walking distance to the Rail Yard and Historic Santa Fe and a close jump onto highways, this home is perfectly situated to enjoy Santa Fe and the area around it. We used it as a jumping off point for day trips to National Monuments, the areas pueblos, and the surrounding communities as well as visiting the local sites. With 1 block of the home you have access to a very nice biking/walking trail . We used it daily to wander up into town or go grocery shopping Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s is an easy walk). The neighborhood itself has a Liquor store(2 blocks,( small grocery ( 3 blocks) and two restaurants ( Tune Up Cafe(3 blocks) and LA Choza( short walk on trail and our favorite!). It’s really a perfect location.
Our favorite amenities of this beautifully decorated home: comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, showers with super hot water, the large patio.,.. the quiet! This home was so quiet and peaceful.
Home is immaculately cared for by Rose who will greet you upon your arrival and can be hired to make a meal. Communication from both John and Rose was top notch .
We hope to return.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is very comfortable. It has a full kitchen, great linens and comfortable beds, and a pretty patio (too cold to use, but still). The owner was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended.

I stayed for one week in December with a friend of mine - would love to live in this house permanently as the decor is fabulous and so is the layout - excellent privacy between bedrooms plus wonderful privacy for the house itself with its fenced in surround patio area. The Christmas decorations added so much to our Holiday stay - we were able entertain friends on Christmas Eve and Day. This home lives up to its photos and more.

Stayed for a month. Had an awesome time. Quiet neighborhood, close to the Farmer’s Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, restaurants. The place is spacious, very well appointed. We spent so much time in the side yard with the fountain. Glad we came.

Perfectly located between the Paseo de Peralta art-restaurant-brewery scene on Guadalupe and hippy neighborhood. Great public swimming pool is 4 minute drive away. Plaza is a nice 30-40 minute walk that will take you through a tour of central Santa Fe. Home was beautifully decorated and designed. Didn’t feel like an IKEA rental. Only issue was that thermostat could not be turned down below 76 (!!!). In 95 degree weather that’s not comfortable to sleep in. Additionally, there are no screens on the doors or most of the windows. So you can’t sleep with windows opens to let breeze in. There were fans and that definitely made it possible to sleep decently. Oh and the patio with fountain is gorgeous! Wish I could’ve spent more time out there.

Our family had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Rose was so very helpful from check in to check out. Such beautiful art in this home. John had the home decorated beautifully for Christmas for us. The home was spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer than a week. We didn’t want for anything while we were here. We hope to be back and stay here again. Thank you for allowing our family to stay and enjoy your beautiful home John. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. New Mexico was just wonderful as well. This is a beautiful property: artistically decorated and designed, spacious, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely and serene enclosed patio that surrounds the house. The location affords easy walking access to the. Railyard district(Be sure to ask about the Rail Trail and underpass a block from the house). The owner was attentive and responsive to our questions .

Tranquil stay in Santa Fe
This casita is in a very quiet area and ideal for 2-4 adults. The unit is very comfortable and the patios are beautifully landscaped. The wonderful lady, Rose, who greeted us on arrival, was very helpful the entire stay.
