Communication with Christopher was easy. He was proactive and responsive. The home had plenty of room for our seven adults. The kitchen was well stocked. A couple of chairs have seen better days. The fenced in backyard was good for our two pups. It was cold and snowy when we arrived, but Christopher had the place lit and warm for us.

We are a family of 8, and the house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was equipped for large meal prep, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Out in the southwest country side, so expect to see some bugs and critters. The house is a little run down and the dishwasher didn’t work, but the price and the space is hard to beat. Our family spent Thanksgiving there and cooked everything in the kitchen. Overall, it’s a good bang for your buck.

We were there to meet family that we have never met before. Chris was very helpful in planning. He sent out emails prior to arriving with directions and suggestions in the area. After we arrived he had everything prepared and quick to respond when we had questions. The views were amazing and there was plenty of space. It was not far to town and yet far enough away to have time to reflect on the views and quiet surroundings. I would recommend staying here. If we are back in the area we will stay here.

Great location being situated on quiet peaceful campgrounds which short trails plus only 20 min from Santa Fe’s rich history, culture and museums.
The full kitchen, patio with grill, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for our group of 5 women family members between the ages of 35 and 77. While Verizon cell service was weak we could make calls. The WiFi was reliable and stable.
Christopher our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was easy and we felt very welcomed which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel each of us.

We wanted a place out of the desert heat to spend time with our daughter, son-in-law, and 3 teenage grandkids. Our kiddos have some special needs that necessitates separate sleeping arrangements. All was perfect and we will definitely be going back.

This was the perfect vacation home for our Santa Fe spring break trip. Two families, 6 individuals, and one dog enjoyed a 5 night stay in this spacious home. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed cooking out several nights. Christopher the property owner was very helpful and so nice! The property is about 20 minutes from town. The drive is quick and easy. Skiing is about 45-60 minutes from the house. The house is very accommodating for large groups and secluded for nice getaways. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, secluded vacation spot in the Santa Fe area!

This property is a short trip outside Santa Fe. Great place to get away from the city but still close enough to enjoy the town sites and restaurants. The house had plenty room for our family of nine. We would stay there again.

Very comfortable and worked well for our size group. We did a lot of cooking, the kids enjoyed running around in the woods, in the living room area was large enough for our whole group together for activities.

This property puts the “treat” in retreat house. We held a 70th birthday celebration here and had a wonderful time. The house has lots of space and lovely decor. It’s a great space for 10 people, but even for us with 12, there was a large comfortable air mattress and pump available.
The host Christopher was especially wonderful and very communicative. We asked for a couple special requests for the party and he accommodated us perfectly.
We would absolutely stay here again.

We have a big family and were in town for a wedding. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for us and our stay was very comfortable and stress free! Thank you Christopher for a great experience!

The house is very comfortable with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and each kid got there own room. Chris had great communication and checking was easy with the key lock box. I highly recommend this house.

In town with family of 7 for a memorial service. The quiet location with plenty of beds & bathrooms and room to spread out was much appreciated. Time to The Plaza in Santa Fe is about 18 minutes, the drive is pleasant and straight forward.

The lodge was very cozy and clean! Great location if you want to be away from the city. Peaceful and beautiful! Recommend for a group of 5-6 people!

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe. Although this property is a few miles and about 20 minutes drive from Santa Fe, it is worth staying there for the peace and quiet and amazing scenery. The drive to and from Santa Fe is a pleasant scenic drive and not at all troublesome. The home itself is easily accessible and has a carport to park under. The home was furnished with modest yet very inviting furniture and plenty of it for comfort. The house is very roomy and comfortable and has an amply stocked kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and was always quick with responses and extra information that made our trip even more enjoyable. Our family would definitely stay here again.

This place was relaxing and wonderful for a family that includes adult kids. It has plenty of room, plenty of bedrooms, a nice patio outside and is extremely dog friendly. We loved our time here!

We had 3 adults and 4 teens in our party and there was a bed for everyone. Very spacious and comfy. Kitchen really well stocked so I was able to cook for everyone. Lovely location. Loved the fact that it had 3 full bathrooms. Not too far from Santa Fe square and quite convenient forSki SantaFe so everyone was happy!

Loved the property & the retreat house. Nice fenced backyard for dogs & kids. Very quiet & peaceful. Only issue was the pots/pans were pretty dirty & had to be washed before they could be used. Otherwise it was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property - it was great for a family visit and with the perfect set up, as my mom needed an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Christopher was very helpful in making sure we had everything we need. While on one of the walking trails on the property, we saw a deer bounding away. Lovely!

We could not have had a better experience at Bishop's Ridge! Christopher was incredibly accommodating and made things so easy for us. We were a group of 7 friends and everyone was able to sleep extremely comfortably in this clean, warm and cozy cabin. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our cooking needs. It was great to be able to walk around the campgrounds in the snow and explore. I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the wifi wasn't very strong, but it was actually nice to be somewhat off the grid. This would be a perfect visit for a group of friends or a family hoping to really connect, bond, and be in the moment with each other, surrounded by natural beauty! Thank you Christopher!

The property is in a remote location with no cellular reception and limited WiFi which allowed us to connect with each other while playing board&card games. There are some walking trails around but best trails are on the mountain which is about 30min drive. We enjoyed our stay.

we spent Christmas 2020 with very few family members. this was our first time coming to this property but it felt like we were coming home. they have everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. will definitely comeback to this house next time we come to Santa Fe.

Our youth group had the retreat house and cabin A which were perfect for our needs. Can’t say enough about how helpful and accommodating Christopher was as a host!

Check in was a breeze.Christopher, the property manager, was amazing and helpful.Our time at Bishops Ridge was transformational and the space was the perfect getaway for our small group. Sanitation procedures were top notch. The place is a little older and fit right in with the "mountain" vibe. We are grateful and will always consider Bishop's Ridge for our future stays in NM.
