Godetevi una vista mozzafiato sul mare senza ostacoli da 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno condominio fronte mare. L'unità è dotata di un ampio soggiorno con un grande televisore a schermo piatto, un divano letto full-size, una zona pranzo e cucina completa. La cucina completamente attrezzata è in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La camera da letto comprende un letto matrimoniale peluche, cassetti built-in, e un grande televisore a schermo piatto. Il balcone privato, accessibile dalla zona giorno, offre una stupenda vista sul mare. Location of the property was perfect, and the gated parking was very convenient. We were able to leave all the beach gear in the car and grabbed it on our way to the beach each day. The balcony was nice, with a great view of the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids slept on the pullout couch, we brought sleeping bags and fitted full sheet with use for them which work perfect. Would recommend this condo for couples and small families.

The unit was exceptionally clean. I cannot speak highly enough about the unit, the location and the attentiveness of the owner. I didn't want to leave, I wish I could afford to purchase a unit and live there. I'm already booking my week for next year.

We were first time visitors to New England. This location was absolutely perfect! Beautiful accommodations, clean and so comfortable!

Beach literally on the opposite side of the road. Balcony was spacious and private from other units. Fireworks from the beach are right in front of you, great viewing. Everything you need except food is included and great entertainment on the boardwalk. Owners checked in and offered help with anything we needed. Great stay and awesome vacation spot.

Only 2 things to add a small bistro table with 2 chairs for morning coffee or lunch and a full length mirror that goes behind a door. There is no mirror when dressing in the morning. Thank You Sue and Steve Nichols

Chris provided us with an excellent condo. Attention to details in both the condo and the necessary provisions made our stay just perfect get away. Chris responded immediately to our problem with tv connection. He got it fixed almost immediately. We give him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Thank you Chris

"Work from home" week
Great location, the condo was exactly as advertised. Will come here again. Nice place to work on Zoom calls during the day and walk to dinner at night. Also, the kitchen is equipped so we cooked in also.

Amazing Ocean Front Getaway

The Condo was very well kept. Plenty of towels and everything you would need in the kitchen to cook. Excellent views.

An uncomplicated vacation spot
Chris was a great host and put our mind to rest regarding the cleaning process during this pandemic. We did some grocery shopping and parked the car for the week. These units not only have a spectacular view and incredible amenities, like WiFi, air conditioning, washer dryer and full size appliances they also have a secured entry. If you don’t want to leave the unit, the deck gets full sun in the morning and plenty of things to look at. This is the second year our family has stayed at this location and we have already booked again for next year.

Got in just before the boardwalk shutdown completely (end of October).Easy day trips to Glouster and Portsmouth were fun. Fall colors were almost at peak. Would have preferred king bed over queen.

Excellent Stay
This was my second year back to Hampton Beach - and this condo did not disappoint. It was very nice and exceptionally clean. The owner was awesome and very responsive to text messages. I would recommend this place to anyone - its awesome inside. You wont be disappointed! I would like to rent this one again next year!

This condo is cute, comfy and decorated beautifully!
This was our first time staying in Chris’s condo although we have stayed in the same building before. We loved everything about their condo, slept better than we ever have on vacation, the view is so nice, our favorite restaurants are close by and time in Hampton gives us a chance to spend time with family and friends. We will definitely rent this condo again next year, Hampton will always be “home” to us! Thanks again Chris!

Hampton Beach Perfection.
This condo rental was fabulous. It was immaculate and the furnishings were beautiful. I had one question upon arrival and Chris responded immediately. The ocean front deck was my favorite spot, especially in the morning.

Kris did a great job in communicating, the place was wonderful, clean and well appointed The location, was amazing the fireworks were right across the street. I would highly recommend using Kris anytime and would definitely rent again, and in fact I’ve already spoken to him about the possibility of next year .

PIECE OF HEAVEN
Just returned from this spectacular condo. Couldn't have been more perfect. The owners were great to work with and this condo has everything you could possibly need. Loved all the extras and details that were added when this condo was designed and decorated. It's beautiful and meticulously clean and the bed was also very comfy. The location is great and views from the balcony are amazing. Didn't want our week to end. Had such a wonderful time. Thank you to our hosts for sharing your piece of heaven! Hope we can come back some day.

This is a fantastic condo to rent!
We loved our stay at your condo. The view was spectacular and there was so much to do in a short drive. It was super clean and well cared for. The owner is willing to help you with anything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone.

New condo with a great view of Hampton Beach.
The condo is new, modern and clean. All the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The sheets and towels are plentiful and of excellent quality. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with all the pans, dishes, utensils and appliances including a Keurig coffee maker. If you are looking for the perfect beachfront condo in Hampton this one will definitely exceed your expectations.
