Sea Club Unit 41- "Morgan Beach House" home away from home - 2min walk to beach
Rilassati e goditi questo favoloso complesso condominiale e l'area circostante in un condominio ristrutturato! I servizi includono una grande piscina di acqua salata riscaldata recintata, un molo per la pesca, un'area picnic coperta con grigliate sull'acqua, shuffleboard coperto e la spiaggia è dall'altra parte della strada!
Siamo orgogliosi del nostro condominio! Abbiamo appena ridecorato la camera da letto principale, con materasso king size Brooklyn Bedding e nuovi mobili. Il condominio è 1285 sf, che è la dimensione più grande al Sea Club, ed è al primo piano. Vista sulla piscina da entrambe le camere. La piscina chiude al crepuscolo.
La zona giorno è dotata di Smart TV a schermo piatto e radio Bose Wave collegata a Echo Dot per un facile accesso a musica, meteo, notizie, ecc.
La cucina, che è completamente attrezzata con molti piatti e accessori, ha un piano di lavoro esteso con 4 sgabelli da bar.
Ci sono comodi posti a sedere per 6 al tavolo nella sala da pranzo separata.
La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale (luglio 2018) Brooklyn Bedding, bagno privato completo con cabina doccia, cabina armadio e TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale pillow-top, un televisore a schermo piatto e un armadio separato. C'è un bagno completo nel corridoio. Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola.
Il balcone privato ha piacevoli posti a sedere con tavolino, ventilatore a soffitto e vista sulle mangrovie lungo il canale navigabile intercoastal e la piscina della proprietà adiacente.

CHERYL WAS AN EXCELLENT HOST FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS SHE WAS THERE TO ANSWER THEM. THE PLACE WAS EXACTLY WHAT U SEE IN THE PICTURES, SO NO DISAPPOINTMENT THERE. THE BEACH WAS SO CLOSE, WHICH IS A BIG THING FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. DEFINITELY WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN VERY SOON. THANK U SO MUCH CHERYL!!

This is the 4th year in a row we've stayed at Morgan's beach house, and will continue to return! The beautiful pool is right outside our door, the beach is about 5 minute walk, and the condo is beautiful. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. We love it here!

This was a lovely, clean, everything you need condo to rent. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The pool is gorgeous. A short walk to the beautiful beach across the street. One view was the pool and the screened porch’s view was the inter coastal. Love this place!!

Property was clean and organized. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of linens and towels. Owner was responsive when the key pad stopped working and helped us get into the property. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is our 3rd staying here and we are always so happy to be here. The host, Cheryl, is so nice and responsive. It’s a beautiful condo and it has everything we need. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is large and plenty of seating. The condo is a short walk to the beach. We will be back again next year.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The owner was responsive and helpful. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was very large and beautiful. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo. We will definitely be back. The walk to the beach was easy. Having beach chairs and an umbrella was a bonus! This condo is a 10/10! Our family vacation was amazing. The condo is very spacious and location is perfect. The kids enjoyed having the pool and beach so close. Cristinos coal oven pizza in Clearwater is a must visit spot for amazing pizza and gelato. Communication was great and quickly responsive. Cheryl also gave great recommendations of places to visit.

Morgan’s Beach House in Indian Shores, FL was perfect!
Super easy check-in, theproperty owners were super nice and quickly responded to all our questions during our stay. Loved the pool view from the bedrooms and screened-in lanai. Less then 5 minutes walk to the beach was great!

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and had everything you need, and the screened in balcony made it super nice to not have to worry about any bugs getting in.

Can't Wait to Go Back!!
The condo is stunning! I highly recommend staying at Morgan's Beach house, since there is a pool just a few steps from the front door, the beach is very close by, and the rooms are spacious and modern. Cheryl, the owner, gave us great tips on where to eat, and was always quick to respond to a text. We looked for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, and that is exactly what we found! Love it!

Family Vacation 2021
We have rented from Cheryl at Sea Club Condos for several years now. Great price. Very clean, beautifully decorated, nice comfortable beds and furniture. Just a short walk across to the beach. Most beautiful sunsets every evening. Definitely a wonderful vacation spot.
On top of that you can walk less than a block to Bay 1 ice cream which was a family favorite. IRB beaches are simply beautiful and not too crowded or noisy. Just relaxing and serene. If you want bigger crowd and more activities you are just 15 minutes in each direction from St John’s Pass and Clearwater for Pier 60. My family enjoys every minute and always looks forward to booking next year.

This condo was exactly as described it was super clean had everything you needed great location king size bed in master bedroom is it the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Definitely would stay in this condo again in Morgan’s Beach House

very clean and lovely place to stay
Beds were very comfortable, no basics in the kitchen paper towel, 1 roll toilet paper no steak knives, or barbeque tools, salt and pepper no napkins . Grill is not close to the condo,. no umbrella or beech chairs we bought some. we still would go back for the great location . Owner was very prompt in returning call when we had a question.

Sea Club was so convenient and close to the beach. Renting the 2 bedroom unit was very easy and met our expectations. The photos accurately portrayed the unit and we had no issues at all. We loved the area and plan to return.

We we’re pleased with this property. The condo was clean, the bed was awesome, the kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were nice and clean and having a washer and dryer was a nice benefit! The pool and outdoor common areas were perfect! You can tell the condo owners are invested in their property and want to keep it clean.

Very nice property; So close to the beach.
This is a roomy, clean, and conveniently located property. Having the beach so close is great. The property is well equipped. The kitchen is a great convenience. The pool is located right outside the front door. The Indian Shores location is lively, but not noisy, active but not overwhelmingly busy. Local restaurants are good and there are plenty of them to pick from. This really was a very nice vacation stay, and the property was the contributing positive factor.
