La ricostruzione approfondita nel 2014 è COMPLETA E PRONTA PER TE con una nuova cucina, pareti, pavimenti, illuminazione, ponti, PISCINA RISCALDATA e si trova sul bellissimo sistema di canali ... rimuovi la tua barca fino a casa. Cammina fino al villaggio di Siesta o alla spiaggia. Vuoi guidare in spiaggia e parcheggiare in spiaggia? Il proprietario ha un posto sicuro per te proprio sulla spiaggia per una macchina.

Nice big house that accommodated me and my family. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Having the parking spot at the beach was very helpful.

We had a great vacation in siesta key. The house was spotlessly, clean and well equipped. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was so convenient to everything. We rode our bikes most places and didn’t even have to worry about parking or using our car. any extra parking space at the beach was great too.

Ron is awesome! Made sure everything was in order and we had everything we needed. Great location. Love that we had a parking spot for public beach. House was nice and clean. Master bed and bath was modern and you looked out on the canal. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best stay. Ron was welcoming and very attentive to all our needs. (which weren't many as the house has really all you need).
The home was perfect. Waking up to the sunrise over the canal every morning was breathtaking. The pool was a perfect refreshing way to cool off after a long day at the beach.
And the parking spot he has reserved for you at the beach is AWESOME! Loved having a private place to park right next to the entrance. Lugging all the things to the beach is my least favorite thing to do and this parking spot eases that pain!

Your home was the perfect place for our family gathering. Everything we needed was there. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out as needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the Village or beach. The beach parking spot was a great bonus. We loved hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Can’t think of anything to ask for. We had a wonderful family trip to Siesta Key. We've been coming to Siesta for many years now, but this was our first time at Ron's house and it was outstanding. The space inside space is open and the views of canal are beautiful. The kids loved fishing right out back. We hosted our cousins for Thanksgiving and plenty of room (2 ovens!). The bedrooms are spacious and accommodate older folks too. We walked to get donuts every morning and ice cream every night. Ron was easy to communicate with and so responsive. Can't wait to go back!

I rented the place for my Family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. 7 adults and a baby. House was perfectly set up with 2 king’s, 2 queens, and a room with 2 twins. They had a pack and play which helped a lot. Pool and hot tub were used daily. Very private and peaceful on a canal. Location is a short walk to restaurants, bars and beaches. They also have a parking spot at another location that gave great access to the beach. Ron was very responsive to any requests. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Siesta Key was perfect. The house was clean and fully stocked. The layout of the home was great for our group of 8. The kitchen was large and perfect for cooking for all of us. The owner was very responsive and quickly answered any question we had. The pool was nice and had plenty of toys for the kids. The parking spot at the beach was definitely a bonus. The location is a quick walk to the village. Overall, it was a great vacation!

This house is very nice and spacious. We had plenty of room. The view to the back canal was amazing as you could see the sunrise every morning. The area is quiet and the background yard is secluded. We really enjoyed our week. We didn’t have any trouble running the appliances and our host Ron was available if we needed anything. It’s a 2 block walk to the village and the beach parking space was a bonus! We will be back!

The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! Pool area is exceptional. Luv’d the house layout. Kitchen is well stocked. There were even 3 bikes in the garage for us to use. Property management was very responsive and helpful when answering our questions. Highly recommend this property! Thank you.

We cannot say enough good things about this property! The house was perfectly located near the village & beach was a very short drive. We really appreciated the private parking spot- the public beach was packed & no parking so it felt like luxury to have access to the private beach. Our family truly fell in love with Siesta Key beach and will definitely be staying at this property again!!! Our family of six adults and one almost four year old granddaughter had a wonderful week in Siesta Key. The location of the house is ideal. Just outside of the village and yet a very easy walk to the village and beach.
The pool area was a huge hit. We spent a great deal of time each day in the pool and hot tub. Both were heated very well. There were plenty of lounge chairs for the sunbathers. The canal was a great spot for some fishing.
The house was well stocked and everything was top of the line. Lots of room for all of us.
Our host was a great communicator and responded quickly if we had any questions. Sunsets each evening were spectacular and our morning beach walks were the best way to start our day. Love seeing the dolphins each morning and finding sand dollars.
Siesta Key Village is one of our favorite spots in Florida. We will definitely be back!

This place met all the expectations plus the location is perfect we really enjoyed fishing off the canal also with the owner having another place on the beach with a parking spot for us was even better. Overall I’ll give this a 10 stars out of five The owner of this property and I stayed in contact pretty much through the whole stay super super cool dude! This property is excellent. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The home was spacious and well stocked. Beds and linens were comfortable and clean. Pool toys were blown up and ready to go. They provide a parking spot on the beach, and 3 bicycles too. Pool and hot tub are heated and light up, very awesome. We walked to dinner every night, very safe and quiet neighborhood. Downstairs king bed is the softest bed in the house, slept like a baby! We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this home!! Thank you so much Ron!!

This is a lovely house - very large and spacious - and was perfect for our family of five, which includes three grown-up kids. The pool and the view over the canal are beautiful, and the parking spot at the beach was a real bonus, as general parking filled early. Beautiful vacation home. The house was in a perfect location to beach and the village.The house was suoer clean and had more than enough of everything we needed coming out of state. This property is amazing and the rent is even better. It has got to be the cleanest property we have EVER stayed at. The owner Rob has made great efforts to make us feel at home and assist us with any questions we have about the property and the area. It was honestly a pleasure staying here. Great pool and hot tub. Super new and clean kitchen and laundry room. The master suite and bathroom were just amazing. We hope to stay at one of Ron’s properties the next time we come to Siesta Key.

Fantastic stay in paradise!
We stayed for a whole week and the house was everything we could ask for. The house was exactly as described, the pool was amazing and Ron made everything else easy for us.
The house is a five to seven minute walk to Siesta Key Village and the beach. The pool was amazing and the kitchen had everything you need. I can’t say enough good things about out experience. We had 10 adults and one toddler and the space was great for the larger group, while also allowing for space for peace and quiet.
Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Beautiful home in Siesta Key
This is probably the nicest property we have stayed at in Siesta Key. The location was superb! Literally a 5 min. walk to downtown; yet no noise or traffic at this home. The pool and setting are just as the pictures reveal--beautiful! The pool was heated to 82 degrees and hot tub was so enjoyable, especially at night. The spaciousness of this home is great. We were a family of 6 and had more than enough space. The bedrooms/beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you would want or need. Lastly, Ron, the owner was so easy and friendly to work with. He checked in to make sure everything was going well and would respond to texts almost instantly. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Ideal location
Our seven-member family has been visiting SK for years during the kids' breaks from school, usually staying in condos near Stickney Point bridge. This year we found this house just north of the village. Instead of renting a car for the week, we rented bikes for all of us. Everything we needed (beach, groceries, village, etc.) was either a bike ride, short walk or trolley ride away. And the house was perfect. Spacious, well-appointed, great pool, quiet neighborhood - everything you could ask for. Ron was a great host.

Siesta Key - Featherbed - Fantastic!
The house was great and accommodated our entire family! 6 adults and one child. If you're planning a family vacation this is the place. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, large kitchen, living and dining area. Great back yard and pool! Parking at beautiful Siesta Key beach included was a great perk. Walk to town to restaruants and shopping. Sarasota close by for groceries. All was great and I would highly recommend for any family or couples!
