Two families stayed comfortably for a long weekend. Homeowners were very accommodating and communication was excellent.

It is not a property for 12 people because the couch in the main room only holds five. The dining area is small for 12. Bathrooms are not on the main floor and could use some improvements. No fireplace or burning in the stove aloud. No hot tub as advertised when we booked. One bedroom is a loft that is not sound friendly or private. It would be nice for just 4 adults and 4 children on the bunks downstairs. (at most) Watching movies in the evenings would be better with more comfy furniture available. But space is a problem for more furniture.
Communication with the host went well under these circumstances. We just felt accuracy of this listing is needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured in the posting and had plenty of room for our group of four adults and five kids - even when stuck inside for half a day with bad weather. The location was great and the slopes were easily accessible via the free shuttle or quick drive in the car.

This townhouse is clean and spacious with5 bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need including glasses, plates, dishwasher, towels, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc.

The sleep situation was amazing! The living quarters a bit small but we had 10 adults and we managed. Super cute rustic vibe.
The refrigerator/freezer was not cold. Not sure if they turn it down but nothing was in the book about having to adjust refrigerator so we didn’t notice until the next day and had to throw food away. Our contact person Joyce was extremely nice and helpful ❤️

This home is a great option if you are a family with some children. I would say it is ideal for 6 people. It sleeps 12 comfortably, however the living space is not really made for 12 people nor is the hot water heater. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor open to a loft. One bedroom is fully open and the other bedroom has a window that is open to the first floor. If you have a quiet group or you all go to bed at the same time this may not be an issue. If you do however have different age ranges with different bed times, the sound carries to all of the bedrooms from the first floor. All in all I still give this house a good rating. It was clean. Beds are comfortable. It has all of the amenities one would need. The shuttle to and from the ski lodge is key.

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for our family. Even though we experienced-9 degrees with -40 wind chill. It promoted close family time. Thank you for making your great place available.

Great set up for families. A little dated in bathrooms and kitchen. One thing for people to note is there is no bath on main floor, so you need to go either up or down to use the bathroom.
Also, should note that you enter into living area. From listing, i thought you entered on the ground floor and had to go up 2 floors to bedrooms upstairs, so was pleasantly surprised:)

We enjoyed staying here. Everything was as it was described. There were five of us and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and easy. Nice floorplan for kids and adults. Upstairs bedrooms somewhat noisy but to be expected with loft openings. Short shuttle or drive to the Slopes. Hiking trials down to main lodge. Everything you want or need to get hill time.

Excellent place and perfect location
There were two families of four that recently stayed and had an absolute wonderful time. There was more than enough space to hang out and sleep. We ate most meals in and everything went smoothly. We did not try the fireplace although it looked very inviting. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

Not handicap friendly
The property was well kept, fully stocked. That was great! There was only a small deck that was not adequate for a larger group. My real problem was the thirteen stairs to go either up or down for the bathrooms. I am handicapped and it was a real challenge to go up and down those stairs several times a day. It would have been helpful to know the floor plan or for Vrbo to list it as handicap friendly or not.

Mom’s getaway
My friends and I decided to have a mom’s weekend and I was excited when we found this townhouse. Joyce was great to work with from the start. She stayed in touch with me and even when we had mom brains and didn’t notice the binder on the counter, she answered my messages quickly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

The condo was a perfect retreat for our white water rafting weekend with friends. It had everything we needed and had a spacious layout for gathering. The wood burning stove was a nice feature!

Perfect long weekend ski trip home base
This property had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, back deck with grill, and easy parking right in front . The kitchen was ideal for easy meals and having 3 levels really gave us space so we weren't on top of each other. As a mom, I cannot go on a ski trip without laundry for all of the wet gear. I also prefer 2 bathrooms to make things easier on vacation. The owner (Joyce) was SO incredibly helpful and she was quick to respond to my many questions. We celebrated both of our sons birthdays during our stay, made great memories and really hope to return soon!

Birthday Snowboarding Trip
This townhouse was perfect! It had the cabin feel to it, making it cozy for my family of 10. The shuttle was super convenient as well. And Joyce was so helpful, she answered any questions I had very promptly. She also left a sweet birthday gift/balloon inside, so I walked in to a great experience. 10/10 would do it again!

Did not disappoint
Great stay! We are so lucky we were able to get in last minute. The process could not have been easier. Property Manager gets excellent reviews and they are definitely deserved. She had excellent communication and was extremely accommodating. We had 2 families~4 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had room. We were there to ski, and swiss mountain area makes that simple. The shuttle came about every 10-15 minutes. The stop is out the door and 2 townhomes over~could not be easier. Plenty of pots/pans. We have already recommended it to other skier families, and we will be staying again.

The owner was fantastic in her communication from start to finish making the process of checking in and checking out very easy. The house was perfect for what we needed. Great location being just a few minutes from the resort. Would definitely stay here again!

5 Star all around
I decided on this property because every single review is 5 star . I'm jumping on the bandwagon and following suit . Firstly , Joyce is an exceptional host . Timely with everything , very fair and informative . I'm certainly not one to nitpick to begin with but I found nothing at all wrong with the house . Quite honestly it smelled amazing once you open the front door . Once the new zipline is up and running I will be staying here again . Great job Joyce and we all appreciated the great experience .

I can't complain
I can't really give it any bad ratings. The location of the house wasn't really our cup of tea. Maybe because the closer you got to the house, the residents displayed their liking for a particular political party. It's not the owners fault.
The shuttle wasn't operating due to COVID. Not the owners fault, but that could have been in the listing as not operating.
The owner is extremely nice and helpful.
The house was really a cabin. Perfect for the winter activities.
