Ci impegniamo costantemente a mantenere aggiornata la nostra unità. Godrai di controsoffitti in granito, elettrodomestici inox, nuova illuminazione, nuovi letti, ecc.
La nostra unità ha un letto king-size nel master, un letto queen-size nella seconda camera (questo è un soppalco) e tre letti singoli in una terza camera da letto. È più adatto per le famiglie.
La capienza massima è di sette persone.
I bus navetta GRATUITI servono tutte le aree sciistiche della Contea di Summit.
Diversi ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ci sono anche diversi negozi di noleggio sci raggiungibili a piedi.
Siamo sciatori avidi e solitamente saliamo in montagna circa 20 giorni a stagione. Purtroppo siamo principalmente limitati ai fine settimana, il che significa che generalmente disponiamo solo di disponibilità a metà settimana nel nostro appartamento. La grande notizia è che possiamo offrire prezzi ragionevoli per affitti a metà settimana!

We enjoyed our stay in this well-maintained condo with a parking garage. The ski equipment storage was a little small, but a nice place overall.

This place met all our requirements. Underground parking was nice in that we didn't have to clear snow. Grocery stores are close by. The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed. It even had an air tube fan where you put air tubes into your Ski boots at the end of the day and overnight it dries them up so next morning as you go to ski, you have dry Ski boots!
We will stay here again!

Great ski vacation! Good location, able to walk to the slopes. Very nice to have indoor parking for one vehicle and elevator to condo. Condo was well stocked with all of the essentials, almost too well stocked as there was no cabinet for food. Would recommend and would stay again.

The condo could not have been better. Impressively stocked, cleaned, and larger than we expected. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The view was excellent. The owner was a pleasure and there was plenty of information present in the condo. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Brought the family and our dog for a beautiful vacation at Keystone. The condo was the perfect layout for us and close enough to the mountain to walk to the slopes. Had a great time.

We had a lovely stay at the mountain house. Kristen was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The location was wonderful and I do not think a better place for the value can be had on Keystone.

We have stayed in several condos in Keystone, and this one is my favorite of them all. It is clean. The furnishings are nice. The kitchen is well equipped, and having garage parking was so nice. All these things made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

This condo was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need. The owner always responded quickly when I had a question. It was very convenient to Keystone. We enjoyed the games and puzzles. It worked out perfectly for our family.

Perfect Family Condo
Our family of 5 stayed for 1 week where we felt like we were in our own home. The condo was very cozy and had ample space for everyone. The pantry and closets were stocked with everything. The are cubbies in the closet for helmets and a “warming station” for boots just inside the door. Our 3 teenage daughters loved lounging in the upstairs bedroom, loft and downstairs living room. The pool/hot tub/sauna at the back of the building were fabulous after walking back from a day on the slopes. Highly recommend.

Ideal location and amenities!
Covered parking was a definite plus. Location was just as described and easy to get to lift. The pool area was dedicated to the one building and was well kept and maintained. Owner was extremely helpful in planning process and responsive while we were on property. We had a power outage for five hours and while the fireplace required electric to start, we stayed warm and comfortable in the room while playing the games provided! Great memories!

Great Vacation and condo
This condo was perfect for our family. The owner was great to work with and answered texts quickly. The condo had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well. The location was great, we were able to bike or walk into Keystone. I would definitely stay there again.

We really appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Ski in ski out with a great location. The place was just as represented online and very well equipped. It’s a family friendly place with room to spread out as needed. We would love to come back again some day, and the keystone ski are was so much fun!!

Keystone Vacation
The condo is very nice. Liked covered parking, although the spot was little tight for full size SUV. Easy walk to lift, plenty of room and beds, WIFI, stocked condiments, and kitchen were great. Would definitely stay again. Kristen kept us informed on access and our planning.

Location location location
Being a Realtor for 30 years I’m all about location and convenience. We moved our daughter to Keystone to attend college, this condo was perfect and easy to get to. The parking garage was safe and secure and the elevator was a joy after moving our daughter six flights of stairs in her apartment. The owner was very fast to respond to my texts. We are looking to come back and staying here again in the next few weeks. Fabulous views and private balcony gives the feeling your in a tree house.

Great place to stay.
Good location. Nice, well appointed condo. Only disappointment was that we couldn’t get access code to bike storage area from owner or management company. Had to lock our bikes together in parking garage.

Amazing.
We had a great stay. The amenities were some of the best we’ve ever had. We loved the view morning and night. Walking distance from lots of activities. We’ll stay here again when we return to Keystone. Contact with the owner was always quick and efficient. Thanks!

Great access to mountains, wonderful set up
We loved staying in this clean, well maintained, pet friendly condo. Owners were proactive in getting us in and responsive to questions. During our summer stay we enjoyed nice walks, watching movies on their great tv, and cooking our fun meals in their nicely appointed kitchen. The complex had Mutt Mitt stations to make it easy with our dogs.

Spacious and well equipped.
Great location, ample space, and equipped with all essentials needed to cook in the kitchen! (spices, condiments, decent cookware and a grill on the deck!) We liked the walking areas and took advantage of the hot tub too! The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly.

Every amenity you want, views, easy walk to the lift
Kristen's condo was perfect for our two families. It has a fireplace, balcony with a great view, laundry, pool/hot tub next door, and best of all is a nice walk to the Mountain House base area. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked in a lot.

Condo was very clean and well equipped! Owners were very easy to work with.
Location was handy, we enjoyed taking "day trips" to area villages. We weren't there during the busy ski season, so the area was pretty quiet. We'd stay there again.

The condo was a great size for our family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is very convenient for biking and hiking. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would enjoy returning next year!

Wonderful stay
The condo was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen not only had all the cookware needed, but spices and condiments as well. The pool and hot tub were always clean and well maintained. The view was amazing. It was great having underground parking and an elevator. It was walking distance to Keystone and the bike trail was right out the back door. Kristen was very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. We would love to stay there again. It worked great for our family.

Everything was perfect. Great location and underneath parking with elevator was convenient. Kept ski equipment in car and just drove to each ski location and did not have to rent lockers or carry heavy ski stuff. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfectly kept. The condo was perfect location with awesome view of Keystone it had everything we needed .
I would recommend this property to anyone with a family. The location was perfect. It was a 7 minute walk to Peru Express and our whole family walked it with skis and boots. The view is spectacular you can see the entire ski area. The condo felt like home and we would stay again.

Overall great condo
Overall this place is great. Easy walk to to lifts, nicely furnished, and very spacious. My only peeve is that it's listed as 3 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms is a loft. It wouldn't dissuade me from booking this place but would have been nice to know when comparing to other properties.

This place is awesome!
My wife and I and our two young childrens stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect.
The orientation of the bedrooms were great, and I really appreciated the "little things" being done - example: great cooking pots / pans / spices. Just makes life a little easier.
By the way - I read a few reviews about "the walk' to the lifts. It's totally close. And if you have kids in ski school it's even closer. Don't have one second of hesitation here.
